Dr. Kim was very pleasant and sincere with helping us with the pain in the knee. Today's in Office procedure was an ultrasound to see where the issue is. She found some calcium deposits which is causing inflammation. Feeling very comfortable and at ease with Dr. Kim. She has started treatment and will help on relief of this pain in the right knee. I will need to travel to another facility for an MRI and X-ray her office is not equipped with these machines. If you need a Orthopedist come to this office. Tried to change my appointment date got bullied by the phone rep trying to tell me I'm not allowed to change my appointment for personal reasons. This is a all time first excuse. The rep was rude, didn't listen, argumentive, and needs to be fired. I canceled my appointment and test appointments. Doctors really need to know who they are hiring and pass the test on how to have a conversation.

I had been living with increasing pain from a herniated disc that at one point was so bad I thought I'd never work again, let alone watch a movie in a theatre or sit in a plane long enough to take a real vacation. I was on disability from work a couple of times, and had gotten to the point where I thought I was just one of those people destined to take opiates and watch daytime TV for the rest of my life with bad gray roots coming in. At the time, the ADR surgery was pretty new, so we considered a fusion briefly, but I was concerned about loss of mobility. I am so glad I selected this surgery and this surgeon! Dr. Stieber is exceedingly competent but he's also NICE and he cares about his patients as people. For my surgery (performed at NYU), he brought in a fabulous anesthesia specialist who seriously listened to me regarding my tendency to become quiet nauseous with general anesthesia and doubled up on the anti-emetic as a result. I was back at work in just 10 DAYS after the surgery, an amazing feat in my opinion, as I am part of a Facebook group of people who had the same or similar issues and surgeries. I had one of the absolute best experiences of anyone in that group. In fact, my mobility after the surgery is better than it had been in years. I am just so impressed and grateful, and every time i bang my head at karaoke, I think how lucky I am to have had Dr. Stieber as my surgeon. THANK YOU! Also, his office team is great too!

I never heard back from anyone. I called today and was told he does not do these consultations anymore now that the covid restrictions have been lifted. Someone needs to change the website and stop the false advertising. I live in NJ and can bearly walk so a in person visit is out of the question. I am a senior and all alone so.....Who do you believe or trust these days....not sure our medical system is in a sad state of affairs.

I've seen her for lumbar spine issues, but then she helped me through surprising cervical spine issues over the past year. I had a level 2 spine fusion and am grateful for her expertise and help through it all. Both pre and post Surgery. She promised me in the very beginning that she wouldn't even send me to a surgeon unless she really thought I needed to, as I was wanting to avoid that. In the end, she made the best recommendation and was with me through the surgery and post treatment. She's genuine, she cares about your treatment and doesn't steer you wrong in treatment. As long as I live in the area, she will always be my doctor. I highly recommend her. :)

The nurse was told my pain, then I reiterated to the doctor, only to be dismissed. She literally ignored me when I spoke of my pain. She made No recommendations, No suggestions other than a back brace that insurance paid $500 for. BTW, a back brace is no longer recommended. I would not recommend her. My friend thought it could it be that I am on Medicare? Due to the low reimbursement rate? I went to a real doctor at HSS! My new doctor was not dismissive. I now have improvements after a steroid injection, and back to 85% of my normal self.

The technician was very nice and efficient doing her job. I was then taken to the room where I would meet and talk with the doctor. He reviewed my X-rays, talked about my issues and offered solutions. Dr. Anthony was very personable and attentive maintaining constant eye contact, which is very much appreciated. In sum, the wait was not long to be taken in to see the doctor and the staff was very nice as well.
