I consult on the customer experience and I am going to use the service at Nissan of LaGrange as a model for what a WOW experience should feel like. I dropped my Infiniti off overnight for some unanticipated repairs caused by a pothole. John, the service manager was in touch both by phone and text throughout the next day to keep me apprised of the situation with my vehicle. He gave me a time the next day the car would be ready (had to order a part) and the car was ready an hour before the scheduled time. I arrived later that afternoon to pick up the vehicle and John immediately recognized me by name, escorted me to the cashier who was waiting and within five minutes was escorting me to my vehicle...which they detailed immaculately I might add. Before driving off, John ensured they had exceeded my expectations and when I hopped in the car there was a handwritten note on a notecard on my dash. Wow!!! I have recanted this story to anyone who will listen which goes to show you A. what a lost art great customer experiences have become and B. what type of residual effect a great experience can have. I commend John and his team for understanding the value of the experience and would literally drive from Florida to purchase a car here...I may even drive for service...it was that good. read more

For the extremely long wait times to get minimal maintenance done, they could at least have a working coffee machine or a screen that has updated the status on vehicles being worked on. They have one, but it's inoperative as well. read more

DO NOT PURCHASE the Nissan Rogue 2023 from this or any location. Do a search first for the issues with this car. Throttle body part issues. Do cars breakdown? Yes Do new cars breakdown? I'm hoping less frequently but it's possible. The quality of production has gone down everywhere. The service you will receive from this location and their corporate office is Garbage. They sold me new car with eight thousand miles, which completely shuts down while on the highway and by God's Grace no one was behind me. It is towed to their service department and day two I called every hour on the hour to find out what was wrong with my car and to get a loaner because hey I still have to work to pay this car note. They never answered the phone. I had to call the sales department to have someone walk back there to get them to answer the phone. Seth did nothing. Referred me to the service manager Nate who did nothing but tell me they don't have a loaner. He did promise my car would be ready by noon the next day and here I am typing because not one person called me from the dealership or the service department. They won't guarantee to reimburse me for a rental car and I shouldn't have to take on that expense for a car I just purchased brand new. Don't let these salespeople sell you on any related to service because they act like it's a different company once you drive off the lot. Corporate is no better. If I have to spend money on anything it will be an attorney. read more

I bought a 2024 Nissan Altima and three different extended warranty's. I trade it in for a Toyota rav 4 in January 2025. all waiting for my refund from the warranty's from Jan 2025. I hand delivered to Bently Mixon all the paperwork for a refund. He doesn't answer his phone and no answering machine. There is no General Manager this whole time. poor customer service and communication. I had to drive an hour there to personally speak with him and still no refund. next I guess is legal counsel help. read more

Took my truck in for a fuel system issue, I was lied to on the phone about the price of the bill twice and then when i arrived i was once again told a different price. When i asked about why everything was more expensive than what i was told over the phone. Jon Lanham immediately caught an attitude and raised his voice saying " what is your problem dude " getting extremely hostile. When i matched his energy, he immediately resorted to threaten to call the cops on me. Completely unacceptable, unprofessional and honestly embarrassing for Nissan of Lagrange. Prior to this i have never had an issue there. but until they straighten out the attitude situation there i will not be returning. Also to add to it, the problem i took my truck in for was never resolved and when i asked to speak to the GM about 10 minutes ago they immediately hung up on me. DO NOT GO HERE. read more

I bought my Nissan Altima from them back in January and have been very happy with it. The people were really nice and did not pressure me into buying a car when I wasn't ready and did everything they could to make an otherwise stressful process better. read more

This was not a fun experience. Make sure you call in advance and get any tentative offers in writing. I was kept for hours in fake and deceptive negotiations that could have been over in literally 10 min for the 1k price reduction they were "able" to give me an m the end. The numbers that the sales representative wrote on our negotiation paperwork were no where to be found when I was given the final paperwork. Bring along your calculator and a friend if you are bad at math. It was assumed that I would not be able to read a fairly straightforward table that did not contain any of the numbers we had discussed or agreed upon. read more

This dealership has some skeevy people working (for short periods of time due to high turnover). Avoid this place unless you like dealing with headache after headache. They sold me a car in 2019 with a bent axle, but when I brought it to their attention the next day, they said it pulls because roads are sloped to let rain flow off. A month later, the car had a recall and I brought it in for repair. It wasn't until they had it in the shop that they told me the whole front axle was bent and would need to be replaced for $2k. When I asked why it was sold to me like that, they said the car went through a 167-point inspection and the technicians would have noticed that. I told them I notified my seller the day after I bought it of the issue and he brushed it off as the road shape. Earlier this year, I referred my friend to this place and went with her at the time of purchase. We mentioned to the agent that I referred her. Apparently, he failed to file the proper referral paperwork. It wasn't until I got a check up phone call last month that I was supposed to receive $150 as a referral bonus. When I inquired about the referral I did in February, the agent on the phone said I'd have to come in to get it. 40 miles later, when I got to the dealership, I was told I didn't qualify because the agent who sold my friend her car didn't file the paperwork and there was nothing they could do, even though there was clear proof. Lastly, they sold me my car in 2019, but did not include the lugnut lock key, so I was not able to replace my front tires without it or paying to have them forcibly removed and replaced. Years after purchase, this place keeps finding new ways to make me regret buying from there. Avoid. Avoid. Avoid. read more

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE! I can not express this enough. I bought my truck from them in 2021 and in agreement of purchase they were supposed to fix multiple things damaged on the truck. They held my truck for over a month and did not fix a single thing they promised, as well as left black stains on the seats and emergency handles and refused to clean them. 2nd it is a NIGHTMARE to deal with warranty. I went in to the location to get details on my level 3 warranty purchased and they gave me a list of companies to call on my own to track down the answers. They are solely in the business of selling and do NOT care about the customer whatsoever. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE! read more

A friend and I went to the dealership because of the car that he was interested in .No one came outside to ask us about the car. That's very sad when you have to go and find a car salesmen and your the costumer. We finally got someone to let us test drive the car and he was very rude and wasn't really interested in selling the car. He kept saying how much money are you going to put down. I told my friend that if your have great credit you don't have to put nothing down. Would not recommend this place for no one. Beware stay away! read more

I became a member of the Nissan of LaGrange family in March of 2017 when I purchased my 2017 Nissan Sentra. The customer service was the greatest and my salesman, Will Bernard, worked tirelessly to ensure everything was satisfactory. Then, in September of 2019, I renewed my vows (LOL!!) with Nissan of LaGrange when I purchased my current vehicle; 2019 Nissan Rogue Sport. Again, Mr. Will Bernard, along with Mr. Wesley, made sure I was good and squared away! I would definitely recommend Nissan of LaGrange to everyone! I've never experienced great customer service at a car dealership as I did with them. read more

My husband and I went to NISSAN in Lagrange, GA. We brought the paperwork we got off their site to the dealership. First RED flag was we asked for the lady who's name was on the paperwork and she handed us off to someone else. The gentleman didn't hardly knew what he was doing. He keep saying "we both will find out". 2nd RED flag was he raised the price and he let my husband test drive around the block. Long story short, we WILL NEVER shop there again. We felt like we were treated like crap and not good enough for any of their vehicles. SHAME ON YOU!!!! read more

I traveled 4 hours to purchase a car from this dealership. I was very disappointed in how we were treated by the Sales manager, TR. He was the most rude and unprofessional person I have ever encountered. Sammy, my salesman and Buddy, the GM were great. Not very helpful especially when I drive 70 miles to get there. Sales reps rather play on their cellphones instead of helping the customer. You see, these sales reps have a special gift to look at the customers and know what their credit score and financial situations are without talking to them. I was looking for a Mercedes Benz GLS 450 back in July 2021. Tho had two or three on the lot but I received no help. I left and found my Benz in Atlanta, Ga. DO NOT WAIST YOUR TIME. Hands down- 20th FEB 2021, worst place Ive been in GA. Ill start off, with them mailing you a "pull tab" event. ( got it- Bring people in) If you match the numbers and win- the Dealership pulls the, "Its not actually true" CARD, once you go to collect. Its a SCAM. (Fine Print says they are suppose to, but they made their own rules.). VERY dishonest/deceitful Location. Even reading the small print at the bottom, they are supposed to honor it, but they do not. Second, One of the Most miss-organized company Locations I have ever seen- (Traveled around the world-). they have a small lot, mixed with used and NEW vehicles. Used vehicles are not priced correctly, and does NOT have a price tag. Sales associate has no Idea of what is on the lot and what its worth is on the vehicles.(then they say they have 14 years experience,, while taking 15-20 min PER vehicle you ask a price about to go in and ask. ) most NEW Vehicles do have a sticker price, but sales men have NO IDEA What they are selling. If this place was " housing", its about as shady as section 8. DO NOT WAST YOUR TIME. Go to KIA, down the street. ask for Ronnie, tell them Donny sent you. That place, they are good People. read more

Please be cautious using the Service Department at LaGrange Nissan. They are thieves and are unethical. The service representative advised me that all of my sparkplugs needed replacement. He didn't know that I had just replaced them all at another dealership in Atlanta. He was emphatic that it was necessary. I called the other dealership and they told him that if replacement was needed, it would be covered under warranty. He then returned and told me the were only replacing one plug. I asked, why was it necessary to replace all of then when they thought I was paying, but only replaced one when they found out they were to pay? No legitimate answer, from the advisor or GM. I will never go back there. Do yourself a favor, find another place to service your car. A place that want lie it try to cheat you. True experience!!! read more
