Took my truck in for a fuel system issue, I was lied to on the phone about the price of the bill twice and then when i arrived i was once again told a different price. When i asked about why everything was more expensive than what i was told over the phone. Jon Lanham immediately caught an attitude and raised his voice saying " what is your problem dude " getting extremely hostile. When i matched his energy, he immediately resorted to threaten to call the cops on me. Completely unacceptable, unprofessional and honestly embarrassing for Nissan of Lagrange. Referred me to the service manager Nate who did nothing but tell me they don't have a loaner. He did promise my car would be ready by noon the next day and here I am typing because not one person called me from the dealership or the service department. They won't guarantee to reimburse me for a rental car and I shouldn't have to take on that expense for a car I just purchased brand new. They sold me a car in 2019 with a bent axle, but when I brought it to their attention the next day, they said it pulls because roads are sloped to let rain flow off. A month later, the car had a recall and I brought it in for repair. It wasn't until they had it in the shop that they told me the whole front axle was bent and would need to be replaced for $2k. When I asked why it was sold to me like that, they said the car went through a 167-point inspection and the technicians would have noticed that. I told them I notified my seller the day after I bought it of the issue and he brushed it off as the road shape. Earlier this year, I referred my friend to this place and went with her at the time of purchase. We mentioned to the agent that I referred her. Apparently, he failed to file the proper referral paperwork. It wasn't until I got a check up phone call last month that I was supposed to receive $150 as a referral bonus. When I inquired about the referral I did in February, the agent on the phone said I'd have to come in to get it. 40 miles later, when I got to the dealership, I was told I didn't qualify because the agent who sold my friend her car didn't file the paperwork and there was nothing they could do, even though there was clear proof. Lastly, they sold me my car in 2019, but did not include the lugnut lock key, so I was not able to replace my front tires without it or paying to have them forcibly removed and replaced. I consult on the customer experience and I am going to use the service at Nissan of LaGrange as a model for what a WOW experience should feel like. I dropped my Infiniti off overnight for some unanticipated repairs caused by a pothole. John, the service manager was in touch both by phone and text throughout the next day to keep me apprised of the situation with my vehicle. He gave me a time the next day the car would be ready (had to order a part) and the car was ready an hour before the scheduled time. I arrived later that afternoon to pick up the vehicle and John immediately recognized me by name, escorted me to the cashier who was waiting and within five minutes was escorting me to my vehicle...which they detailed immaculately I might add. Before driving off, John ensured they had exceeded my expectations and when I hopped in the car there was a handwritten note on a notecard on my dash. Wow!!! I have recanted this story to anyone who will listen which goes to show you A. what a lost art great customer experiences have become and B. what type of residual effect a great experience can have. I commend John and his team for understanding the value of the experience and would literally drive from Florida to purchase a car here...I may even drive for service...it was that good. read more

Please be cautious using the Service Department at LaGrange Nissan. They are thieves and are unethical. The service representative advised me that all of my sparkplugs needed replacement. He didn't know that I had just replaced them all at another dealership in Atlanta. He was emphatic that it was necessary. I called the other dealership and they told him that if replacement was needed, it would be covered under warranty. He then returned and told me the were only replacing one plug. I asked, why was it necessary to replace all of then when they thought I was paying, but only replaced one when they found out they were to pay? No legitimate answer, from the advisor or GM.
