Needed a battery replacement during a 2K-mi relocation. Stopped in as this was the closest place... after 2 jump starts in the same day & 3 in the same week, I had no option to be choosey & have research time. They took my car in immediately, checked the starter/ignition & battery & determined I only needed a new battery. I was in & out in less than an hour... reasonable pricing. -1* only as they didn't reprogram my radio... it was flashing asking for a code... fortunately, I wasn't far, drove back & they reprogrammed the radio/CD player. For $300... I shouldn't have had to return for basic service. 3.5-4* out of 5. -1* for the inattentiveness of the mechanic, who didn't reprogram the radio/CD player. For me, they offered decent service. I'd stop by again if ever in the area. read more

This is the absolute worst car dealership in the world. They need to change their name to -Mike Patton of Lagrange ,we don't know anything. #worstcardealershipintheworld. I was having issues in my glove box I called them and made an appointment to come out. I woke up early on a Saturday morning, drove over an hour in the freezing cold . Me- hi my glove box has issues , I have an appointment at eight WCDITW-ohhhhhummmmm Me - what's the problem? WCDITW-your car is under warranty with bmw we can't fix it Me - why didn't anybody tell me that on the phone? Did you realize I just drove an hour here on my day off? WCDITW-oops, probably a sales guy answered the phone they don't know anything . Mike Patton owes me a full tank of gas !! Thanks again for wasting time driving back-and-forth your dealership when I could've spent that time in church with my family . Kyle was my sales rep I talked to call a week prior to me coming knew that it would take me an hour to get there . Let's start there ! Then i explain to Kyle about my current car situation and all the concerns I had he assured me that he would change my whole car experience! His words not mine ! So it's Friday I'm at the dealership Kyle says like me tell you about some of our options 2018 ford taurus I said no! He proceeds to ask me why because they are ugly he says I like them personally well Kyle im not here to buy a car for you im here for ME!!! After a couple of less than stellar experiences at other dealers ( including a trip to a dealer 70 miles away only to find out that a car that a salesman and I had talked in great detail DIDN"T EVEN EXIST......!! ) it was nice to find a dealer and salesman who played it straight with us. Robbie was very patient and helpful and spent a lot of time with me. He was straight up on every aspect of the deal and all of the information he gave me about the vehicle, monies and costs, warranty, etc, was spot on. I had to bring the vehicle back the next day for an inspection and he sat and chatted with me the entire time I was there when he could have (should have?) been on the floor trying to make additional sales. Overall a great experience and one that other dealers should use as a model of how to treat customers. read more

They are very nice when you are buying a car (naturally). I bought my car there new and have had service multiple times. I live about 50 minutes/30+ miles away from the dealership and I work full time. The first time I was told it was time for an oil change and so I brought my car in on my rare afternoon off. Service department says, "you don't really need one" and I said "why did you schedule it then?" "Well, I guess they should have asked you your mileage." Fast forward several months. I had my car in for an oil change a few months previously, and I get an alarm telling me that I really need to get my oil changed. I call and tell the dealership this, and they tell me I should bring my car in. I bring it in (after getting time off with great difficulty), and find that the people who serviced my car forgot to reset the computer and of course I don't really need an oil change. Fast forward several more months (yes, I am still the dummy thinking I can get good service there) and I have my car in for service about the 4th or 5th time and they tell me my tires should have been rotated several thousand miles ago and now they are ruined. I say, "well, that's strange, because y'all have looked at my car several times since I bought it and I always ask what else I need to have done with my car and no one has mentioned this to me." They looked at me and basically said, "well, yeah, we should have noticed that but we didn't." I had my husband call and talk to them because I was about to lose my temper and they said that we could bring the car back to have it looked at (gee, let's drive 30 miles for nothing...again), but they couldn't promise anything. Then a few days later I got an email with 10% off if I wanted to rotate my tires, saying that I had declined to get the service when I was there. I didn't actually decline it, they told me I shouldn't do it! They also didn't even allow me to say if I wanted it. This was a Saturday, and they were obviously trying to rush me out. They also admitted that the guy who used to be in charge of that service (rotating tires), had quit a year before, and so they might have been falling behind in that department. Kimberly was great. She gave me an out the door price over the phone before we drove down. We lived 45 minutes away and really appreciated that. I was pleasantly surprised at their no haggle policy. The prices you see are lower than other dealerships and they are their bottom line price. You know the price before you walk in the door and dont have to play games. The other dealership in Union City we were shopping at never would give me a out the door price on the phone, even though we had already been in there once and looked so we went to Mike Patton instead. Worst service ever. My sister and I looked into buying a car for my parents. My sister and I live in Illinois and my parents live in Lagrange. After weeks of research and talking to a salesperson named Brandy, we finally decided to make the 12 hour drive down to GA to buy the car for my parents. We of course triple checked with Brandy to make sure we had all the paperwork needed to make the big purchase. We get there, we take the car for a test drive, then we finally sit at the desk to finalize the deal and she starts to tell us about other paper works we needed to bring as if it was so obvious. She even brought in a manager to explain to us again as if he was talking to a 5 year old making us feel like idiots. They already pulled all the information they needed before we came in because she knew our situation exactly but still epically failed to let us know what we needed. If English is not your first language and you have the slightest bit of an accent, do not go here. They will make sure you feel like illiterate idiots and will not fail to belittle you and dehumanize you. That I can guarantee! Honestly I would give them 0 stars if yelp would allow me to. If you're looking for a better car deal, save yourself the money, time, and patience and just make the trip to Atlanta Toyota for the best customer service and deal. We went there to purchase a car for a far better deal and the best customer service available. read more

Not to be trusted -- incompetent and/or dishonest. Paid $100 diagnostic fee and problem remains after two attempts to fix. Left messages with service manager who has customer service person call back -- he's too busy. If we had not gotten second opinions and just accepted what they said, we could have spent thousands unnecessarily. It was a very cold morning and our IMA light came on. It went off later. They said this $3000 battery needed to be replaced before the air conditioning unit could be replaced ($2000). Another technician said no problem with battery and relay for air conditioning clutch should be replaced as first step. The air bag light remains on and it has been a battle trying to get them to apply the diagnostic fee. Third trip there. They just read computer print outs. Don't seem to have any real expertise or experience or time for those who question their diagnoses. Not to be trusted. read more
