Even though they were closed and he was tired from his day of hiking with his family, he took time to get out of his car and answer any questions we had. He was extremely polite and said he would get with us first thing in the morning on a price. The next day, Greg did just as he said and gave us an excellent price on a like-new car. We drove up that afternoon, and he had Mr. Randy Kraus meet us for a test drive. Randy was also very polite and not pushy at all. We loved the car, so Randy prepared the paperwork and transferred us to their financing department. There we met Mr. Jeremy Marx who made the financing paperwork process simple and stress free. He showed us options for available service plans and additional warranties, but did not push us to buy any of them. He was very polite and professional and a joy to do business with. We arrived at 5:15 and were out the door by 6:30. From start to finish our car buying experience was simple and enjoyable, but their excellent service doesn't stop there. Somehow we failed to notice the driver's side floor mat was missing until the next day. We believe it was left out by accident during the detailing process. I gave Greg a call that afternoon and without hesitation he gladly offered to send us one for free. Later I noticed that the maintenance guide was missing as well, and before I could contact Greg, it had arrived in our mailbox free of charge. So even after the sale, they have continued to provide excellent customer service! They have earned a customer for life! I recently had a deer accident with my 2013 Toyota Tacoma. I went car shopping as most people do in this type of situation. Since I have owned Toyota's going back to 1985, I knew what I wanted. I stopped by my old dealership to see what they had, I was not impressed to say the least. I already knew what the other dealerships in the Atlanta area had and the kind of service they provided from past experiences, it wasn't good. I was so happy to hear that, he went and got the keys and gave me and the wife time to look the truck over. When he came back we all went for a ride. I fell in love with the truck during the ride and Jason did not pressure me at all. In fact he only really told me where to drive during the test drive. Well I must say I did not lead him on that I really wanted it and we left. The following day I called Jason to see if we could lower the price some and if so I would make the deal. Well LaGrange granted my request and lower the price some and I put my deposit down to hold the truck. A few days later we went back and bought that truck. Jason and Lagrange Toyota also told me that one benefit from buying from them was free tires for the life of the truck as long as I keep my service at their dealership. I must say I was highly impressed, since I drove 50k miles a year with my job in the southeast that alone was a big savings to me and a great help. We recently purchased a 2020 Honda Pilot with Lagrange Toyota. I can honestly say out of the handful of vehicles we have purchased through other dealerships; this experience has by far been one of the best! Our salesperson, Steven Adamson, listened to what we wanted/needed in a vehicle, and easily identified several options. He was very knowledgeable about his inventory and helped us narrow down our options to the perfect vehicle to meet our needs. Many dealerships try to push certain makes (in this case Toyota), higher priced, or newer vehicles even if it isn't what you want. We never felt pressured into any decision. Also, I want to note, we brought in our vehicle to trade which had a lot of issues. We were up front and honest about the issues, knowing it might not be worth their time. They could have looked at it quickly offered us a low-ball number or turning it away completely (which is often the case with other dealerships). Instead, they took their time to ensure they could (and did) provide me with a fair and honest evaluation and estimate. After spending months researching trucks of all makes and models my husband and I began our search to actually find the right vehicle for us. This was back in November... My 2nd purchase from LaGrange Toyota. Let's just say I would rather drive 45minutes and get the level 5 star level of service than drive 10min and not have my expectations met. I have been considering a Land Cruiser since it's re-release in 2024. I test drove one at LaGrange Toyota and knew I would get one BUT I wanted a very specific color interior and exterior. Just bought a used 2016 Lexus LS 460 from LaGrange Toyota, and it was a good car-buying experience. The dealership is large, open, bright, exceptionally clean and well maintained. Staff greet you warmly at the door, and escort you to the receptionist instead of trying to grab you quickly outside for a sale. We had made an appointment with Wayne Pittman to look at the vehicle, and he was ready and waiting when we arrived. The car was cleaned and parked at the door, ready for us to view and test drive. Wayne had good product knowledge, and had apparently driven the car home the day before to familiarize himself with it. Wayne and his sales manager were friendly and put no pressure on us to buy. After a few emails and phone calls, I drove 40+ miles one way to LaGrange to meet Mr. Bobby Sabia and start my Toyota purchase. We discussed options, availability and other details.
