Always such a relaxing incredible experience! Everyone is very respectful and kind. Hygienic and peaceful.

Getting a massage, letting a stranger touch you is a vulnerable experience but is supposed to be an enjoyable one. I went with a group of friends and two of us had male masseuses. One of my friends got a full body massage but said the male masseuse worked only on her butt while she was face down. We all understand that the glutes are large muscles, but when it goes from treating a muscular area, to crossing a boundary of feeling violated and taken advantage of -- that is unacceptable. We all came for a relaxing experience and to leave with a friend in distress from what she experienced is so horrible. Not only this but there was lots of talking between coworkers during the massage. Will not be returning. And yes, I am reviewing the correct business. read more

Based on the reviews I decided to give this place a try. It seems promising and I want to consider going back. I was greeted and asked what service I would like. I said #2 the body massage which was $50. The therapist was obviously trained and used good techniques. The pressure was very light and I would have liked it to be stronger considering how sore I was coming in. The massage ended and therapist met me at the front to pay. I told her to add a $12 tip and gave her my card. She charged my card and charged me $77. I have no idea how she got to that amount. The massage was $50 the tip was $12 and even with the $2 credit card charge it should have been $64. I was shocked when I saw the receipt in my car. This place is clean and has potential and is a legitimate place but not as likely to go back since I was overcharged by $13 and the massage was not certainly worth that price. read more

I have been to this spa twice. Both times I paid over $100 for a 75-minute body massage with hot stones. The masseuses were firm but they did not have good technique. Also, they left the hot stones on my body too long, which made me very uncomfortable. I got overcharged both time and will not be going back. read more

Avoid avoid avoid! Do not go to this place or you will regret it big time. What a waste of time and money. I was told to go here by a co worker. The prices are not that cheap. They do not even do the full time of the massage, they did like half of the time when you include them leaving in between and coming in late. At first, the owner Yanmin acts so friendly and then when it comes down to money and providing the service , she does not care about the customer. They do not practice REAL massage, I do not even think the people who work on you are licensed massage therapists as I know all the in and outs of actual massage therapy. I went in for a foot massage to see what's the hype and she refused to give us foot massages and upselled us to full body massages. We were already there so why not: The "therapists" god knows what their title is started shoulders and some foot at the end. This is not a full body massage and she specifically said "we focus on the areas you tell us".. we said focus on shoulder and foot but not forget about everything else! It is called a full body for a reason. Plus the woman working on me kept leaving every 5 minutes to probably answer phones or whatever she was up to. I was also getting slapped during it because she wouldn't say where she wants my hand or feet so she would slap me to move it. So unprofessional! I should have left as soon as I realized it but did not want to be rude. If you're still hesitant and think this is just another negative review, please re think it again. If you have some self respect and some expectations, you are better off somewhere else. You work hard for your money to be wasting it here. read more

Excellent massages every time! They are all great!! Better than any of the fancy day spas I have been to.

Best massage experience! The employees were so thoughtful and nice, they knew how to personalize our massage to our needs. I highly recommend everyone come here they have the perfect energy and customer service ! Will be back very soon! Thank you sooo much ! Amazing service read more

I've been coming here for about two years now. I have never had a negative experience. The place is split into a private massage area (where you get undressed for a massage) and a more public space where the massages are fully clothed (but man! Still so effective and good!). The prices are very fair. The place is clean, the masseuses are nice and great at what they do. This is definitely a go to place for me. read more

Two stars because the actual massage is good. The problem is the unpredictable mood of the woman who runs this place. I have been coming here for years and experienced her many attitudes- This was final straw- made an 8:00pm appt- With her- when I arrive she tells me they can't take me. She tries to make it my fault somehow scrolling through her phone looking for my number. She was very nice when I used to come and get private room and spend more money. One time she pointed and grunted at the open area for massage- so sorry not to spend $40-for a private room. I'm done with her! Plenty of great places out there! read more

This place forced me and my BF to pay extra tips. At the beginning we all agreed to pay 10%, and then the lady said we need to pay 15 bucks more each after we done the massage then she was like I won't let you leave if you don't pay me extra tips. Worst ever, no more!!!!bu hao No it is ur place, I didn't review wrong, so please no one come to this scam place, I had never wrote this such bad reviews, but this place actually drive me mad read more

This place was by far one of the most unpleasant massage experiences Couples massage for us 5 min into massage there was a huge argument with owner and another customer. Fine that's understandable but then she comes in and starts talking to our masseuses about drama. The entire massages was talking and conversation. Not cool We left more stressed then when we came in. read more

I was looking for a Thai massage. Even though they have this item on their price list, they don't have anyone trained or experienced to do the Thai massage. I quickly realized this and called to stop when the guy " walked " on my back. They are doing the Chinese style. After he was done, I was surprised to be asked to pay 20% tips since their price was already higher than other compatible massage parlor. I felt been cheated. read more

Gary is the best! He knows exactly what he's doing and can tell what he needs to work on!

I have something called gastroparesis. Their tummy massage is amazing and their staff are So mindful, qualified and effective - there is much to Chi and energy balance that comes from these massages too. It's just great. Their massages (deep tissue) are also incredible. Get the hot stones and the muscle balm. Great staff. Clean. Really good. Fair price. Go! read more

This is our go to massage place! My boyfriend and I always get the full body massage and they haven't disappointed. We are both pretty picky and prefer deep massage and they deliver. Thank you!!! read more

It was very noisy which isnt helpful when trying to relax. incoming customers and the workers all seem to forget to use quiet voices and limit conversations. Massage was ok but not good enough to distract me from the noise read more

I went for a 60 minute foot massage today and loved it! Gary applied just the right amount of pressure I like.

This place is awesome! I showed up with five ladies for my mom's birthday. They were so incredibly accommodating, sweet, the massages and cupping and facial massages were amazing. Yen the manager is the BEST! Can't wait to go back read more

This place is amazing and very relaxing! As side from being super clean and professional this spa was recommended by a coworker and I'm so happy to discover this spot read more

I came here for the first time today and unfortunately I will not be returning. My masseuse was friendly, but her massage was just mediocre, borderline bad. Throughout my service, I wanted to ask her to stop because she wasn't focused, she left the room a few times and even was chatting with her co workers; I didn't feel relaxed at all. I was hoping for a better experience as they have decent reviews on Yelp, but sadly that wasn't the case today. read more

I have been coming to Nirvana for probably four years. I absolutely love their services. It's a clean, kind and gentle environment that has helped me with not only anxiety but pretty serious muscle aches and pain. I endorse their services without any reservations. I have treated family and friends to their massages for special occasions. Enjoy! read more

Nirvana is definitely not your average Chinese massage place. The place is nice and clean, with soothing essential oil infused in the room plus great music. The technicians are quite consistent with their work, and many of them has been working there for many years. There are many service choices on their menu and you will be able to choice premium oils if you like. Overall great value for the service and I have been there throughout the years. read more

My wife and I regularly come to this day spa. They are always professional and provide an outstanding experience. We both highly recommend Nirvana Day spa. read more

Horrible manager. I made an appt for 3 o'clock. Got a call to change to 3.30 then a text to 4. I called to confirm she said to 4.30 then she went off on me about not understanding them being Chinese working on CNY. As if it is my fault that I am making an appointment on CNY. She kept yelling at me I couldn't even get a word in. Then hung up on me. I guess they don't care for my business then they will not have my business. read more

I wanted to like this reasonably-priced place. Alas, it was not meant to be. Having to pay $10 extra for oil to be used during a massage is ridiculous. That should be standard, even at their rates. The massage was not good. Mostly back & legs, the same stroke over and over until it became annoying. With so many massage facilities in the area, it's no sacrifice to not return. read more

Worse experience ever ! Called in to be there in 20 mins then we we got there, they said they couldn't take us ! Come back in a hour . I called an hour later wanted me to come back in two hours ! Definitely not worth the wait !!! read more

My usual is 75 min. Full body massage. It's so relaxing here. I love the tranquil music and how professional they are. I have had soft to uber firm massages here depending what I want that day... They do offer extras like inferred and essential oils you can add. It's clearly the best massage place and the prices are amazing!
