I am a 34 year-old female construction worker who cycles daily. My muscles are constantly sore and fatigued. My schedule doesn't allow me to go to a regular massage therapist where I have to book an appointment well in advance. So I usually go to the Chinese foot massage places where I can simply walk in. Needless to say, these are always hit and miss. Let me tell you, this place is a hit. One of the best massages I have had, and I get them regularly. The lady was strong, did a fabulous deep tissue, her strokes were long and fluid. There is a bar bolted to the ceiling where she could hold on as she walked on my back, allowing her to control the amount of pressure. It was simply fabulous. The place is clean, smells fresh, I was seen right away on my lunch hour at straight up noon (most places are usually packed at lunch and run out of therapists, I saw at least five other people in there, and there were at least two masseuse's waiting). She did a hot stone massage near the end of the hour, and while those sat on my back, she gave me a fabulous head massage. Simply fabulous! read more

Terrible experience. One lady started, walked out after 15min without saying anything, and a different lady started with no explanation. And then she went out 3-4 times to take payments from other customers. I was never fully covered, at one point sheet was completely off when she walked out and back in. Terrible. Worst massage of my life. On top of that she harassed me for tips. I put 20% and she asked for 40%. When i said no she actually threw a hissy fit and stormed off yelling about me to the others about how i sucked! She didn't do anything for half the massage. She took no directions and wasted as much time as possible barely moving her hands around with zero pressure in random areas like my knees. Lady, you deserve 0% tip. DO NOT GO HERE. read more

I went for a massage at this place the other day and my experience was less than satisfactory. The lady was on the phone and she kept going to the front door and greeting the new comers. Been twice. First time was amazing & her name was Candy. Tonight was my second time and will be my last. The lady who massaged me tonight used one hand the whole time with minimal effort. She pulled my underwear up so far My genitalia and proceeded to which felt like her playing the drums on my buttocks. I don't know if she just didn't know what she was doing or if she was trying to give me a " happy ending" but I hated every second of the massage, if it wasn't for my friend in the room next to me enjoying I would have gotten up and left, I just kept praying it would get better. This is an outstanding facility! I found this place through a friend of mine who told me that he has a bad back and comes here regularly to have his back treated. He told me they were outstanding here so I tried them. I had injured my shoulder mountain biking and needed a place to come for regular massage therapy to work out the issues that my muscles were going through. I found the staff here to be very friendly and really professional! After several sessions I had almost complete use of my shoulder again. It was outstanding. My husband really likes this place and assured me that they don't do happy endings here and took me there and they assured me they don't do happy endings. However, last week after going here he had lots of oil on his genitals. He had so much oil there covering all of the skin on his genitals that they were very sticky, so sticky the oil must have been directly applied and lots of it. I have been going to Oaks Therapy Massage in TO for two years now. The ladies are all professional, efficient and skilled. They ask which degree of pressure you wish and they actually listen and provide it! I love that I can get a very good massage plus the hot stone treatment without having to pay an upgraded fee. Their prices are very reasonable and they always make room if you walk in. I have never once had them take advantage by making my massage shorter than I paid for. I think loyalty is a vastly under-rated quality, so I sincerely appreciate their loyalty card as well; You earn a free massage after 10 massages! Be sure to ask for your card. As there is not a dedicated receptionist to welcome guests, there is a bell in the front door to alert therapists someone has come in. If I were to advise two things it would be that the Bells be downsized to a softer tone Or fewer bells, because it can happen that you are relaxing and now you hear jangling bells and conversation between the new client and the receptionist. If they had a full time receptionist, no bells would be necessary. Although the massage rooms do not have closing doors but rather, curtains, I never felt unsafe in my room, and the table is comfortable, if not luxurious. If you need a thick padded massage table with $400 luxe sheets and massive heating elements to enjoy your massage, then perhaps this lovely place is not for you...perhaps you are better served to visit a high end spa where the prices are extortionate but the bedding more cushy. But if you want to do massage as part of regular health maintenance and not break the bank, and if you want nice people and strong massage...not the barely there massage I have had at other places on occasion, and if you want a safe and clean local establishment that is dependable, this is a great option! Me and my husband went here for the first time today. The massage I got was good, especially the hot stone. Good for my back. The lady I got she was good and I have no complaint against her. But when we gave each of them 20% tip the lady who gave my husband massage demanded more. She said it's no good. I was shock, I never had this experience before. I just added few dollar more, even that she didn't even appreciate it. She just gave us dirty look. Be aware if you decided to come to this place. I totally don't recommend for anyone to come to this place. There's a lot of other places in Thousand Oak Blvd you can go. I will definitely not be coming here again. read more

I called and they said I could come in right away. I chose a 90 minute massage for $60.00. The ambience was nice. The room door was a curtain. It was a little too warm. I told the therapist that I didn't want hot stones. I asked her to walk on my back while balancing herself from the rails on the ceiling. My back cracked which I was hoping for. Ahhhh. I am surprised there are not many reviews. I have done a hour for $40 at this place every few months for a year now. And it's just great you get A full body with hot stone. Different from the foot massage places. The ladies get right to your sore spot where you need it . Standing on you sitting on you and using their body weight hanging from the bars above. The Thai massage can feel a bit to close for comfort. Like dry humping middle schoolers but it's not one of them happy ending places. Well they never offered that service to me I just went today at 4pm and had one of the best massages ever. Go now you'll love it . read more

I do not recommend going to this place. I have had over 50 thai massages in my life and this one was the worst. I came here once before and didn't love it but decided to give it another shot since my boyfriend lives nearby. The woman who mans the desk and asks for payment before you start is the one I had today and the same one I had last time. I only realized this once she started and I couldn't exactly stop it because my boyfriend was in the next room having a massage as well. And we paid upfront! This woman is older in age and probably the owner or another masseuse's mother. She did not know what she was doing. At all. I felt like my 10 year old niece was playing spa day and rubbing lotion on me. She also set up a folding chair that she moved around the table as she put lotion on my body so she could sit while she worked. The compartment to rest your face in while face down smelled...let's say...not fresh and felt suffocating so I opted to rest my head to the side. Of course that isn't comfortable so I had to switch sides every few minutes. Also the place is very noisy and when someone walks in the front door you can hear every word. I did not feel very safe. They should keep the door locked. All in all, I will never go back. read more
