I was so nervous to go so I hope my review helps someone else wanting to go but too scared. Once you check-in they lead you to one of the massage beds. You sit on the end of the bed and they bring a tub of warm water to soak your feet. I throw my shoes off to the side. They bring out a large cloth with ties and hold it over you so you can take your shirt off while being covered and they tie it in the back. They lower your bra straps to the side and clip your hair up starting to work your back and neck while you're sitting up soaking your feet. Once done you will lay on your back face-up with a blanket over you and washcloth to cover your eyes. They dry your feet and begin working from your head, both arms, feet, and legs. You will flip onto your stomach and they will untie the back the cloth string (to expose your back). You can take your bra off here (I usually do). They work on your back, neck, thighs, etc. Then they bring the hot stones out. They feel amazing on your back. They put the hot stones away and re-tie the cloth strings. They continue to work on your for another 5-10minutes. Once your hour is up you sit up and put your bra back on (over the cloth) Su will untie the cloth and you can pull it out from under your bra (so you are always covered). Then you but your shirt back on, shoes, jewelry, etc. Walk to the front, pay and tip generously! I've had massages $90 each and this places charges $40 plus $10 tip! (I usually tip $15-20 because Su is the best) I came multiple times before finding a masseuse I like. Keep going until you love it! All the customers in there look so relaxed and always have a smile on their face. I came here while pregnant too (you stay face up the whole time).

(I think maybe he has watched someone give a massage once and figured he was armed with all the knowledge he needed.) He rubs knee bones and goes around and around my ankle for 2 minutes. (He must have been daydreaming.) The man doesn't know the difference between bone and muscle. He compressed my head between his hands. Rubbed my face too hard, pulling my skin. There came a point where I just couldn't take it anymore. I had to stop halfway through and leave. About 30 minutes later my husband comes out after his massage is completed. She stopped massaging him when our hour was up, but apparently, she forgot (or didn't care) that the first 15 minutes was a foot soak. She had some knowledge of how a chair massage should go but it was still the worst massage he's had at a foot massage place. They were very nice when I said I had to leave. I didn't explain the real reason for my departure. I'm all about patronizing a mom and pop but these folks are offering a service they simply have no idea how to provide. Just don't come here.

We've been here dozens of times and have always been satisfied - and ALWAYS tipped 20%. This was the first time I ever tipped anything lower, and it was 17% - which is pretty generous considering I should have tipped nothing. The masseuse had a cold and was breathing heavily right by my ear and sniveling the whole time. It was so gross, that halfway through when both masseuses left the room (for a rather long time - which happened multiple times) I asked my husband if we could just leave. We stayed and I regret doing so. The masseuse had such a terrible technique, it was like he was chopping vegetables as fast as possible on my back. He didn't listen to the focus areas I wanted, and I was just so uncomfortable and skeeved out by him. Instead of the lady at the front desk asking if anything was wrong with the massage, she was visibly annoyed that we only gave a 17% tip, and gave me the dirtiest look. What poor customer service. If she had bothered asking and apologized for the experience, I wouldn't have written this and would have considered going back. But I guess they'd rather have no business at all from us. That's fine. Side note for anyone in the couple's room - I've always been suspicious that in the corner of the room where the ceiling meets the walls, there is a sizable hole. I try to turn away from it because I've always wondered if there is some kind of recording device up there. Why would you have a hole in that specific spot of the ceiling?
