I got a massage here two days ago and my neck shoulders and back are still bruised. I never asked for deep tissue or to be beat up. I feel like communication could be improved on. I feel like they should assume everybody wants light touch unless told otherwise I was also told that the $50 Foot Massage only includes feet not the neck or the head or the back. That I had to upgrade to the combination. Which was only five dollars more but I still feel like I was swindled. definitely not coming back. I got what I paid for. read more

We love it here but there's a few pitfalls that keep it from getting a 5-star review -- including but not limited to talking a lot, walking in and out of the room, lack of air conditioning, and a language barrier. My friend and I booked a 90 minute massage and were in the two person room together. During the entire massage the owner kept coming in and talking to the women. One of the ladies talked so loud every time she responded to the owner it literally startled me. I did not relax the entire time and when we said something to the owner she basically was unaffected. The quality of massages here has gone down the drain. You come out with more pain honestly than feeling refreshed. The masseuses here are very rough besides one individual. They are not organized whatsoever so you don't know who that individual is and request them. Instead you usually will get extremely rough and aggressive masseuses who will be very harsh on your back and shoulders to the point where you will encounter a lot of pain. They also don't understand a word of English so it's very hard to communicate your preference and if you do they ignore it. I've been wanting to try out this biz and finally did. I did 60 min full body hot stone massage and added the muscle "oil/arnica" for $60. Went in a curtained off space. It is dark but looked clean and fresh. The face hole could have been more cushioned but they put warm blanket over me which was nice...while warm. Hot stone portion was short. Massage was firm and overall good. They don't speak English so that is challenging. I would go back. read more

I have been going here for years and keep going back so this is less about the place and more about a callout on one person. Facility is clean and tranquil. Most of the people do a great job and it matches the price. With that, beware of the elbow of doom. When they're short staffed they have the woman that answers the phone give massages. It is a never ending rug burn. Aggressively grabbing and elbow poking for an hour. I always avoid her and ask for someone else but with the limited English spoken it doesn't always work out. Keep supporting them but be patient and ask for an alternative. I am not confrontational but moving forward I will just choose no massage over a massage with her. read more

I haven't been back since COVID happened. The look has definitely changed. I went from a watching everyone get a massage, to having curtains to NOW having walls to divide each section. The place looks well kept and clean. When I arrived I was greeted, asked what service I wanted and immediately taken to the little room. In a matter of minutes I was able to peacefully take my mind off of a long day of work. I got the 90 minute massage from a gentleman and the time flew by. I wish I would have gotten his name. Down side is that the prices have gone up and that is not including tip. There was a sign that said CASH only but I did pay with my CC and left the tip in cash. Be ready to spend a good penny. If you're looking for an okay 53 minute massage in a cool temperature where staff talk to each other during the massage, this is the place for you! If you're looking for a decent combination massage that is advertised as 30 min body and 30 min foot massage and ends up being a 40 min body and 13 min foot massage, you're gonna love this place! If you love having your therapists watch you count out your tip and snatch it up like fish food in a Koi pond, this is the perfect spot! If you need a deep tissue but are ok with a soft rub-in of massage oils, you're never gonna wanna leave this place! I have been to this place a few times because of the reasonable 30min prices when working in the area, yet recently in 2023 it seems like a business run in a 3rd world country. First they massage hard, no medium here... second they leave the front door open and you hear the street noise... third the staff talk to each other during your massage which is so rude, as I am there to relax & rejuvenate. read more

Such a bummer and I'm not sure really who to blame! It was my Birthday and I had gift certificates my husband bought for me last year each for a 90 min massage. I had two of them. We both went in today for massages to use on Birthday and the lady at the front said sorry can't take them! So he spent $120 a year ago and because it's under new ownership they wouldn't touch them. She pulled up some text about how the previous owner didn't pay them a penny for previous purchased gift certificates. Our massages were nice, but nothing to rave about. I started with a guy but during my massage a lady came in and requested a man so next thing I knew he left and a lady took over. My husband said his lady kept leaving the massage to answer phones. Sad to say, but the quality and customer service have declined since I began coming here. I recently went in and had previously called asking for the foot massage. When I arrived, the gentleman at the desk said I asked for a different service (of course, one more expensive). I said no, I know what I had asked for. He then proceeded to say we wanted a more expensive service. I firmly said, I know what I want and this is what I called for. The workers were upset and continued to give an attitude. During the massage, the woman masseuse was barely putting an effort and was squeezing my skin where it was painful. About a quarter into the massage, they masseuse switched to the gentleman who was at the desk. He yelled at me to "move up" and kept taking calls and helping other customers DURING my massage. Overall this was the worst massage I had ever received, it was actually painful. Sadly, I will not be returning, which is unfortunate because I would frequent this spot, regularly. read more

I've had some pretty crummy foot massage but this place is definitely one of the best reflexology i've been to. They just opened earlier in the year & currently have a $20 promotion for their 1Hour Foot & Head to Toe Massage that normally costs $25. Yes, it's your typical Chinese Foot Massage place that dips your feet in warm tub of water, gives you a head to toe massage while your clothes remain on & as you remain reclined on a recliner, & they give you water or tea after your massage... but it's so much better than most of the ones I've been to (and I've been to a lot as a reflexology junkie). I like this place because their recliner chairs are very comfortable. The place is kept dim with relaxing music playing over head. I especially like it because noise level is kept low and talking is kept to a minimum unlike some massage places I've been to. And I REALLY like this place because they spend a good amount of time on your back and they stretch your joints! Jeanie or Jeamie did a FAB job. It's like she read where my pain was & massaged it away. $20 is ONE heck of deal.. Even better than some of the $50+/hr massages that i've had! All they ask for is atleast a $5 tip.. way more than fair. Do call ahead before stopping by to see if they're busy or not because most of the time, they are fully booked & you wouldn't want to be kept waiting too long. My friend lives all the way out here and took me to this hidden spot. It's located right next to a Thai restaurant in a little shopping center. Don't judge this place because of its unassuming nature, they do really good work and take care of their clients for sure. We got a 30 minute back neck and shoulder massage and were treated to a very nice experience, I wish they had this place further out in LA. I see some people here complaining about tipping the masseuse but since the massage is so cheap it's only right to tip the masseuse at least 10 bucks. Remember these people are only working for a percentage of whatever you're paying them for this cheap massage so don't be a cheap person and make sure you tip the masseuse well! read more

Still 4 star but the guy I had today was a bit too rushed. I felt a bit like There was a race going on which make it not as relaxing. No foot massage at all just a ton of back and mostly stroking. Very little to no digging into the knots. He was nice and was respectful of pressure but I didn't leave feeling as if my knots were worked out. He did amazing on my neck when I was face up but not so great on my upper back, shoulders where I hold tension. Good on legs but perfunctory. I think next time I will ask only for one of the ladies. I'm usually a big fan of foot spas. Great full body massages without the frills and crazy price tag. I asked for a hard massage and got one but all the movements were too quick to relax. It was somewhat therapeutic - less back pain after but I felt like he didn't know where all the muscles in my back were and was massaging my spine at times. Also you could hear everytime someone walked in and could hear the whole conversation loudly of them deciding what massage to get. Also they used blankets to cover you up instead of sheets/towels so perhaps it was clean but I think that would be harder to wash. Other places I've been to at least try to whisper. I may try another therapist next time but either way not my favorite place. read more

I've seen these type of Foot Spa places popping up all over the place, but had no idea what they were about. A friend was very generous and offered to treat me to a massage, and I'm glad she did! There is one room with about 8 chairs setup in it, it is dimly lit, with quiet music playing. the massage is fully clothed, you soak your feet in warm water while they massage you from head to toe hitting different pressure points. They even check to see if they are applying to much pressure. I was completely relaxed when I left there, and the giant knot in my shoulder and neck were gone. The only distracting thing was a little bit of chit chat between the people who work there. My friend has been several times and said that was the most talking there has been in all the times she has been, it wasn't a ton, they were still definitely focused on easing your tension. An hour massage right now is on sale for $20, its usually $25. I definitely want to go again. read more

When I brought up that it wasn't what I had asked for, the boy in the front laughed and rolled his eyes continuing to swipe my card. I was hoping to like this place, as it didn't have horrible reviews, but I just cannot recommend it. Granted, my review is based on my one visit with one masseuse. Maybe others are better, but I don't think I'll be going back. You do get what you pay for, as it's not a very expensive massage. I have had great experiences at foot massage places elsewhere, however. Here it was done without any enthusiasm. I did not feel better than when I came in. I did speak up to ask for firmer pressure but that didn't help. My foam roller does a better job than the experience I had here. Oh, and they added a dollar more for the tip than I had said, but then they did not give that extra dollar to the masseuse when they cashed out the tip. Just thought that was odd. Yes, a Five Star Rating, so far as i've experienced, now i have been here 4 time's, 1st was David, then Ami, Nancy and lastly with Anni, can't tell you who was my favorite might steal her, hahaha....LOL ‼‼ Needless to say all have been exceptional in the fine Art of Reflexology, i go here mostly for my foot & leg therapy as i am a diabetic and have the need for Blood Flow activity in my lower extremeties, i used to go to a Acupuncturist, who also did deep tissue therapy, and was terrific, but the cost was getting to me and Bingo i found Sole Touch for much reasonable prices for my ciruculation problems, and actually the massages performed here at Sole, have been equally as good as my acupunctrist, so i am happy a camper, have found Sole Touch, altthou i do make a 35 min drive to get here i'm totally HAPPY read more
