Wow WHAT A AMAZING SUNDAY RESET! We went in at 9pm. We were taken back fairly quickly. We got a 60 minute full body massage with hot stones. So relaxing for me. Nancy serviced me and she spent some time massaging my head, neck and shoulders. I suffer from chronic migraines and my head always feels pressure specifically in the left side. I left feeling less pressure, light headed and so relaxed. I will be back Nancy!!!! I highly recommend this place for a quick and quality massage experience. read more

When I arrived this past Sunday around 4:00PM, , the place was empty. Two women were seated in an office. One came out, asked what I wanted, and then took me to a room to begin the service (I was instructed to undress and face up). About five minutes later, a rude woman came in and asked whether I had a reservation. I told her that I did not, and the other employee had already told me to come into the room. The woman then abruptly said "no reservation" and "no massage." You Leave when I tried to say something. At that point, it felt unprofessional and disrespectful--especially after the process had already started. As a result, I will not be returning and urge others to do the same. Just because there is a language barriers it is not an excuse to be rude to paying customers or anyone.. I understand staffing can be difficult, especilly when they only have their family working there, but if a reservation is required, it should be clearly communicated up front (or at least before any service begins). It also seemed like the initial "yes" was handled as a back-up in case someone else's appointment did not arrived, which made the situation worse. For what it's worth, the business across the street provided a better experience and was much more polite. read more

I got a massage here two days ago and my neck shoulders and back are still bruised. I never asked for deep tissue or to be beat up. I feel like communication could be improved on. I feel like they should assume everybody wants light touch unless told otherwise I was also told that the $50 Foot Massage only includes feet not the neck or the head or the back. That I had to upgrade to the combination. Which was only five dollars more but I still feel like I was swindled. definitely not coming back. I got what I paid for. read more

We love it here but there's a few pitfalls that keep it from getting a 5-star review -- including but not limited to talking a lot, walking in and out of the room, lack of air conditioning, and a language barrier. You can't really customize massages but there is a decent selection. Wonderful pressure and the oils used never negatively affect my sensitive skin. read more

What a perfect Sunday Reset! We went in at 9pm and we were taken back fairly quickly. In a private room with a curtain and 2 beds. We got a 60 minute full body massage with hot stones. So relaxing! Nancy was my masseuses and I was so empresses at the way she massaged me head, neck and shoulders. I suffer from severe migraines and always feel pressure in my head. I left feeling less pressure and the ability to live my head around without discomfort . Thank you Nancy! We will be back for sure. Highly recommend this place for anyone that enjoys a good massage! read more

Unfortunately I did not have a great experience. Was not peaceful or relaxing at all. Service was available when I called for an appointment. read more

SMELLS LIKE WET PAINT-not healthy /therapeutic. I thought the room with a bunch of tables super close to each other and the vibe was very odd. read more

My friend and I booked a 90 minute massage and were in the two person room together. During the entire massage the owner kept coming in and talking to the women. One of the ladies talked so loud every time she responded to the owner it literally startled me. I did not relax the entire time and when we said something to the owner she basically was unaffected. This is definitely not the first time I've had a not so great experience unfortunately but I will not be returning. read more

The quality of massages here has gone down the drain. You come out with more pain honestly than feeling refreshed. The masseuses here are very rough besides one individual. They are not organized whatsoever so you don't know who that individual is and request them. Instead you usually will get extremely rough and aggressive masseuses who will be very harsh on your back and shoulders to the point where you will encounter a lot of pain. They also don't understand a word of English so it's very hard to communicate your preference and if you do they ignore it. While the prices are very very reasonable, you will not have a satisfactory massage coming here read more

I've been wanting to try out this biz and finally did. I did 60 min full body hot stone massage and added the muscle "oil/arnica" for $60. Went in a curtained off space. It is dark but looked clean and fresh. The face hole could have been more cushioned but they put warm blanket over me which was nice...while warm. Hot stone portion was short. Massage was firm and overall good. They don't speak English so that is challenging. I would go back. read more

Great massage, I'd go back when I visit again in September 2025. Highly recommended this spa.

I haven't been back since COVID happened. The look has definitely changed. I went from a watching everyone get a massage, to having curtains to NOW having walls to divide each section. The place looks well kept and clean. When I arrived I was greeted, asked what service I wanted and immediately taken to the little room. In a matter of minutes I was able to peacefully take my mind off of a long day of work. I got the 90 minute massage from a gentleman and the time flew by. I wish I would have gotten his name. Down side is that the prices have gone up and that is not including tip. There was a sign that said CASH only but I did pay with my CC and left the tip in cash. Be ready to spend a good penny. Totally worth it though. read more

I have been going here for years and keep going back so this is less about the place and more about a callout on one person. Facility is clean and tranquil. Most of the people do a great job and it matches the price. With that, beware of the elbow of doom. When they're short staffed they have the woman that answers the phone give massages. It is a never ending rug burn. Aggressively grabbing and elbow poking for an hour. I always avoid her and ask for someone else but with the limited English spoken it doesn't always work out. Keep supporting them but be patient and ask for an alternative. I am not confrontational but moving forward I will just choose no massage over a massage with her. read more

If you're looking for an okay 53 minute massage in a cool temperature where staff talk to each other during the massage, this is the place for you! If you're looking for a decent combination massage that is advertised as 30 min body and 30 min foot massage and ends up being a 40 min body and 13 min foot massage, you're gonna love this place! If you love having your therapists watch you count out your tip and snatch it up like fish food in a Koi pond, this is the perfect spot! If you need a deep tissue but are ok with a soft rub-in of massage oils, you're never gonna wanna leave this place! I can't wait to debate between coming back here and taking my date to Dominoes pizza! read more

Update: Going on 5 years now. I'm so happy they made it through Covid/past couple of years. Since my last review they've made some upgrades to the interior (built mini rooms for more privacy) and added new staff. I absolutely recommend Jenny or Mike. read more

I have been to this place a few times because of the reasonable 30min prices when working in the area, yet recently in 2023 it seems like a business run in a 3rd world country. First they massage hard, no medium here... second they leave the front door open and you hear the street noise... third the staff talk to each other during your massage which is so rude, as I am there to relax & rejuvenate. read more

Such a bummer and I'm not sure really who to blame! It was my Birthday and I had gift certificates my husband bought for me last year each for a 90 min massage. I had two of them. We both went in today for massages to use on Birthday and the lady at the front said sorry can't take them! So he spent $120 a year ago and because it's under new ownership they wouldn't touch them. She pulled up some text about how the previous owner didn't pay them a penny for previous purchased gift certificates. Our massages were nice, but nothing to rave about. I started with a guy but during my massage a lady came in and requested a man so next thing I knew he left and a lady took over. My husband said his lady kept leaving the massage to answer phones. Such a bummer because I was a loyal customer prior to Covid and I'm not so sure we will be back! read more

I had a full body massage today it was so amazing idk the name of the man but wow! From my head to my toes I heard every crackle n pop I've been going here for maybe 7 years and I've never had a bad experience! read more

Horrible customer service! The foot massage was terrible! The Receptionist was on her phone, on speaker, for much of my massage! They do not understand English either. I would not recommend! read more

SO far from a foot massage!! And talk about hitting the pressure points!? We're fairly new to the area and I've been trying to find a good local masseuse. I prefer one that is more interactive where they stretch and move you around...THIS IS THE PLACE. Ask for Annie, she's amazing and I plan on coming here every single month going forward. I don't know why they call it a foot spa because I basically got a full body massage... with hot stones AND hot towels for an unbeatable price! If you want fancy lemon water, diffusers going and complimentary robes, this place isn't for you. But if you're actually looking for expert hands that will get the knots out while you relax and release, this is it. No frills here. Straight to the damn point.. Pressure point that is. ;) read more

Was ok first time here . I had a guy and a lady take turns. Wish it would have been one person. Not really personable, just come in pick a package sort of thing. Maybe next time it will better. read more

Unfortunately the quality has gone downhill. If you call to make an appointment with a specific masseuse- they will book you and tell you to come in. Then when you get there give you someone different. Has happened multiple times read more

Sad to say, but the quality and customer service have declined since I began coming here. I recently went in and had previously called asking for the foot massage. When I arrived, the gentleman at the desk said I asked for a different service (of course, one more expensive). I said no, I know what I had asked for. He then proceeded to say we wanted a more expensive service. I firmly said, I know what I want and this is what I called for. The workers were upset and continued to give an attitude. During the massage, the woman masseuse was barely putting an effort and was squeezing my skin where it was painful. About a quarter into the massage, they masseuse switched to the gentleman who was at the desk. He yelled at me to "move up" and kept taking calls and helping other customers DURING my massage. Overall this was the worst massage I had ever received, it was actually painful. Sadly, I will not be returning, which is unfortunate because I would frequent this spot, regularly. read more

Dirtiest place ever. They use the same towels and flip them over. They will rip you off. Do not give them large bill you will not get your change. They do not take credit cards as stated the lady told me they don't want to pay taxes you're probably going to get Covid from going there super dirty read more

I've had some pretty crummy foot massage but this place is definitely one of the best reflexology i've been to. They just opened earlier in the year & currently have a $20 promotion for their 1Hour Foot & Head to Toe Massage that normally costs $25. Yes, it's your typical Chinese Foot Massage place that dips your feet in warm tub of water, gives you a head to toe massage while your clothes remain on & as you remain reclined on a recliner, & they give you water or tea after your massage... but it's so much better than most of the ones I've been to (and I've been to a lot as a reflexology junkie). I like this place because their recliner chairs are very comfortable. The place is kept dim with relaxing music playing over head. I especially like it because noise level is kept low and talking is kept to a minimum unlike some massage places I've been to. And I REALLY like this place because they spend a good amount of time on your back and they stretch your joints! Jeanie or Jeamie did a FAB job. It's like she read where my pain was & massaged it away. $20 is ONE heck of deal.. Even better than some of the $50+/hr massages that i've had! All they ask for is atleast a $5 tip.. way more than fair. Do call ahead before stopping by to see if they're busy or not because most of the time, they are fully booked & you wouldn't want to be kept waiting too long. This is my massage place when I'm in the area. Frankly, I don't give a D* if you come here or not because I don't want to be waiting the next random time I stop by for a massage!! read more

Sole Touch Foot Spa - Massage Near Me - Moorpark, California

Great clean professional and a great value. I used to go to spa in TO and now I go to Moorpark where they moved. Wirth the visit.

Overall have had some good massages by annie but last time put me in slot of pain prolly won't be back.

I went with a friend and this place is great. Got a full body massage and it was wonderful. You definitely get your money's worth. Can't wait to go back. read more

Unbelievable!!! 5 stars all the way. This may have been the BEST massage I have ever gotten! $20 for over an hour of a premium massage including reflexology. Hubby and I decided that we will go weekly and stick with the masseurs we had. We both tipped $20 each and still felt it was a real steal at $80 for the both of us. We felt slightly better about having lunch next door since we may have missed this gem. If you want really good Thai, visit Pronpiya down the street. read more

This place is sooo awesome! Foot massage?! No, it is literally a whole body massage...for an incredible price. I've spent hundreds on massages and I have to say, this place was just as good as a fancy spa, if not better. They used firm hands and all different types of methods that I've never really have had before. I felt like a person walking out of there. My girlfriend suggested we do a girls night & we started here with the hour foot massage special. I really enjoyed my first experience & definitely will be back! Thank you, Sole Touch. read more

I've seen these type of Foot Spa places popping up all over the place, but had no idea what they were about. A friend was very generous and offered to treat me to a massage, and I'm glad she did! There is one room with about 8 chairs setup in it, it is dimly lit, with quiet music playing. the massage is fully clothed, you soak your feet in warm water while they massage you from head to toe hitting different pressure points. They even check to see if they are applying to much pressure. I was completely relaxed when I left there, and the giant knot in my shoulder and neck were gone. The only distracting thing was a little bit of chit chat between the people who work there. My friend has been several times and said that was the most talking there has been in all the times she has been, it wasn't a ton, they were still definitely focused on easing your tension. An hour massage right now is on sale for $20, its usually $25. I definitely want to go again. read more

My friend lives all the way out here and took me to this hidden spot. It's located right next to a Thai restaurant in a little shopping center. Don't judge this place because of its unassuming nature, they do really good work and take care of their clients for sure. We got a 30 minute back neck and shoulder massage and were treated to a very nice experience, I wish they had this place further out in LA. I see some people here complaining about tipping the masseuse but since the massage is so cheap it's only right to tip the masseuse at least 10 bucks. Remember these people are only working for a percentage of whatever you're paying them for this cheap massage so don't be a cheap person and make sure you tip the masseuse well! read more

Still 4 star but the guy I had today was a bit too rushed. I felt a bit like There was a race going on which make it not as relaxing. No foot massage at all just a ton of back and mostly stroking. Very little to no digging into the knots. He was nice and was respectful of pressure but I didn't leave feeling as if my knots were worked out. He did amazing on my neck when I was face up but not so great on my upper back, shoulders where I hold tension. Good on legs but perfunctory. I think next time I will ask only for one of the ladies. But again still a lot better than what I've encountered elsewhere. read more

I'm usually a big fan of foot spas. Great full body massages without the frills and crazy price tag. I asked for a hard massage and got one but all the movements were too quick to relax. It was somewhat therapeutic - less back pain after but I felt like he didn't know where all the muscles in my back were and was massaging my spine at times. Also you could hear everytime someone walked in and could hear the whole conversation loudly of them deciding what massage to get. Also they used blankets to cover you up instead of sheets/towels so perhaps it was clean but I think that would be harder to wash. Other places I've been to at least try to whisper. I may try another therapist next time but either way not my favorite place. read more

I've been going to this place for many years it is a great service depending on which massage therapist you get some are lazy and smell like cigarets others are good and know what they are doing needless to say my last massage there will probably be my last read more

FYI: When you ask and pay for a full body massage, this does not include face, hands, and feet. Also, when you ask for deep tissue and hard pressure, you get a light back rub. Probably one of the worst messages I've had. If you are in pain, save your money and go somewhere else. Terrible customer service as well. When I brought up that it wasn't what I had asked for, the boy in the front laughed and rolled his eyes continuing to swipe my card. This place doesn't care if you are in pain nor do they care about giving a quality message. They are more interested in you paying and their tip at the end. read more

I was hoping to like this place, as it didn't have horrible reviews, but I just cannot recommend it. Granted, my review is based on my one visit with one masseuse. Maybe others are better, but I don't think I'll be going back. You do get what you pay for, as it's not a very expensive massage. I have had great experiences at foot massage places elsewhere, however. Here it was done without any enthusiasm. I did not feel better than when I came in. I did speak up to ask for firmer pressure but that didn't help. My foam roller does a better job than the experience I had here. Oh, and they added a dollar more for the tip than I had said, but then they did not give that extra dollar to the masseuse when they cashed out the tip. Just thought that was odd. They didn't say it was a credit card fee or anything. read more
