They just give you a little donut with a paper towel on it that's disgusting. You smash your face into the massage table over and over again during the massage. If you turn the light on after your massage I'll see how disgusting that pillow is too. Yuck. Apparently there is a wine tasting room next-door. My mom just had foot surgery not too long ago and she asked that they avoid her foot, which they did not and she had to tell them to stop multiple times. At the end, we went to give a $5 tip per massage (10%) and the owner demanded more saying it's a minimum of $10 tip per person. First of all, there's no such thing as a minimum tip. Second, $5 was too generous for the kind of massage we each got. I will not be going back and encourage you to go elsewhere as there are plenty of other great parlors in the area.

I was so nervous to go so I hope my review helps someone else wanting to go but too scared. Once you check-in they lead you to one of the massage beds. You sit on the end of the bed and they bring a tub of warm water to soak your feet. I throw my shoes off to the side. They bring out a large cloth with ties and hold it over you so you can take your shirt off while being covered and they tie it in the back. They lower your bra straps to the side and clip your hair up starting to work your back and neck while you're sitting up soaking your feet. Once done you will lay on your back face-up with a blanket over you and washcloth to cover your eyes. They dry your feet and begin working from your head, both arms, feet, and legs. You will flip onto your stomach and they will untie the back the cloth string (to expose your back). You can take your bra off here (I usually do). They work on your back, neck, thighs, etc. Then they bring the hot stones out. They feel amazing on your back. They put the hot stones away and re-tie the cloth strings. They continue to work on your for another 5-10minutes. Once your hour is up you sit up and put your bra back on (over the cloth) Su will untie the cloth and you can pull it out from under your bra (so you are always covered). Then you but your shirt back on, shoes, jewelry, etc. Walk to the front, pay and tip generously! I've had massages $90 each and this places charges $40 plus $10 tip! (I usually tip $15-20 because Su is the best) I came multiple times before finding a masseuse I like. Keep going until you love it! All the customers in there look so relaxed and always have a smile on their face. I came here while pregnant too (you stay face up the whole time).

There was only one client when we arrived so they had space. After waiting 15 minutes we get separated and I immediately demanded that we be together. They put us in a booth not next to one another despite there being space available but instead one where my daughter was laying opposite another client. What really was unacceptable is the entire time I was being massaged the gentleman therapist was coughing continuously and constantly sniffing. He did mot wear a mask and did not blow his nose nothing. Just kept sniffing and coughing the entire time every 2 minutes or so. When they moved my daughter and I for the feet reflexology portion of the massage, he continued to cough and sniff his nose mucus now directly in front of me less than 3 feet. No mask no consideration to look away. Im diabetic and have lupus and my daughter has cerbral.palsy. On departing I complained to the young fellow who seems like he was the manager and only one who spoke English about the situation but he merely apologized and disregarded my issue whild an elderly lady who was waiting to be attended to, heard the discussion and looked very perturbed.
