I'm 24 female been coming here for a year now. ASK FOR SU!!! She's amazing light/medium pressure. If you want stronger pressure go morning/midday. If you want lighter pressure go after 5pm. I was so nervous to go so I hope my review helps someone else wanting to go but too scared. Once you check-in they lead you to one of the massage beds. You sit on the end of the bed and they bring a tub of warm water to soak your feet. I throw my shoes off to the side. They bring out a large cloth with ties and hold it over you so you can take your shirt off while being covered and they tie it in the back. They lower your bra straps to the side and clip your hair up starting to work your back and neck while you're sitting up soaking your feet. Once done you will lay on your back face-up with a blanket over you and washcloth to cover your eyes. They dry your feet and begin working from your head, both arms, feet, and legs. You will flip onto your stomach and they will untie the back the cloth string (to expose your back). You can take your bra off here (I usually do). They work on your back, neck, thighs, etc. Then they bring the hot stones out. They feel amazing on your back. They put the hot stones away and re-tie the cloth strings. They continue to work on your for another 5-10minutes. Once your hour is up you sit up and put your bra back on (over the cloth) Su will untie the cloth and you can pull it out from under your bra (so you are always covered). Then you but your shirt back on, shoes, jewelry, etc. Walk to the front, pay and tip generously! I've had massages $90 each and this places charges $40 plus $10 tip! (I usually tip $15-20 because Su is the best) I came multiple times before finding a masseuse I like. Keep going until you love it! All the customers in there look so relaxed and always have a smile on their face. I came here while pregnant too (you stay face up the whole time). read more

A little nervous when I walked. Not your typical spot. However, I was wrong. Very professional, clean, got right to business. They had plenty of men and women options to massage you if you have a preference. I walked in with knots in my neck and left knotless and relaxed. Thank you o have already recommend ya'lol to people! read more

The first time I went, my last time, I used a gift card from a friend which clearly said one hour massage paid for with a $15 tip fee required. I show this to The gentleman at the desk and he seemed confused but we agreed he would honor it. Afterwards receiving a rough massage he said I would have to pay $25. I explained to him again that we already agreed that the massage for $40 had been paid and I would just owe the $15 for the tip fee and he was arguing. I said that wasn't right so I gave him the tip and said please give this to the girl and I will never be back. I can't believe he was trying to cheat me, especially being my first time there. He barked several times at the workers and it was a very uncomfortable place. read more

Paul is great! I always request for him as he maintains professionalism and quality of work. Not rushing, proper deep massage. Job is done well! read more

I've been going here for years, I used to take my kids here. I've never had any issues. I went yesterday, had a great massage and tipped very well. I normally pay cash, but after leaving a healthy tip, I ended up paying with my ATM card. I got a notice of fraudulent charges to that account within about 5 hours. Nearly 10 over night. This is the only place I used that card yesterday. I'm not saying it was them, but I'm guessing their system may have been hacked. PAY CASH. read more

This massage place is literally the best in Simi valley! They do kinda different style in a big room but the last time I went (today) I got my own private room with curtain which was even better! The massage therapists are really nice, professional especially Wendy! Totally worth the 60 minute price and well deserving of a generous tip! Other places in town have crazy prices and I will definitely be coming back to this one! Plus you can't beat the fact there is also a pozoleria and pollo loco in the same parking lot read more

I've been to this place many times. I come here because it's an open room. So you can see that there wouldn't be any funny business going on. Because there aren't any back rooms. Without an appointment, I usually get helped right away. I will say every masseuse is different. I am always asked, "if it's okay". If they are too light or too hard, then the customer didn't speak up. They do ask for a minimum $10 tip. But they put in hard work and they deserve it. A fancy massage would cost a lot more. So for a deep tissue massage that clears out all your knots, this has helped me time and time again. I will always come back because of the price point and service. read more

I decided to take another visit to this place recently and was pleasantly surprised. The price of $35 plus $10 mandatory tip, did mot increase as the male receptionist had told it was. So, that was good. The service area is about the same. It is a comfortable setting, even if it is not private. They do have two private areas, but that was not a big deal for me. I was given service by Mary, who is a very professional and nice lady. She was extremely thorough and has strong hands. I was very pleased with her timing and attention to my areas that needed more attention. I strongly recommend this place, as the $45 total amount is a very fair amount for the session. read more

Hadn't been in a while. Last week's massage by a male masuse was horrible. His hands smelled like fried fish and it was clear he had been drinking cause his breath smelled of hard alcohol. They need to upgrade their towels. The current ones look like cleaning rags. read more

Do not recommend. The massage was ok, not great, actually a little rough. The problem is when I went to pay. They have a sign that a $10 tip is greatly appreciated. I tipped 20% of $55 which I felt was appropriate for the service but they chased me back to the front desk and asked for more. I've never been chased and demanded more tip by anyone. I gave a couple extra dollars and they rolled their eyes at me. This was well over 20% but they didn't want me to leave till I paid more (which they never disclosed exactly how much more they wanted). I have never in my life been treated so horribly. Will not be going back. ETA: they expected 28% apparently read more

Pretty firm massage. It was worth $40. Hot stone was appreciated part of massage. Not sure that masseuses understood my English. I used to go to urelax in TO. This Simi massage was very similar. It has been in Simi for years. read more

10 out of 10 experience, as always! Highly recommend this place when you need a little stress relief!

Been coming here for years, and I always leave impressed by the quality of the massage for such an amazing price. 20/10 experience!

Steven is amazing! so good i tipped him $40. the massage was perfect and he kept checking on me. People here complaining about having to tip $10 is ridiculous. please be generous, they work so hard for the money and deserve every penny! read more

I went in for a 60 minute foot massage as I received a gift card. What I received was more of a 20 minute foot massage and then a back 'massage'. I was unaware this was not just a foot massage place. It was a very hard massage and I was sore the following day. Also the masseuse was hard to understand and apparently wanted me to take my top off but I could not understand her so she just grabbed it and pulled if off. A bit uncomfortable as there is not privacy between others receiving the same service. read more

Came today for a 90 minute massage with Peter at 10:30. Usually I have the place to myself for awhile. Not today they were packed from opening. Peter always knows how hard I need it and I even kinda fell asleep today. Lol. The front office guy is always nice, and this is my usual spot. Tip generous people, the massages are super cheap. read more

Good people. Relaxing Good massages I like it since it's close by Reasonable rates. Nothing fancy. read more

There were four of us who came in for 90-minute massages at the advertised rate of $50. We confirmed the rate and mentioned we would tip in cash. The man at the front ran our credit card but charged us less, which we questioned--and again confirmed we were doing the 90-minute massage. Then another woman came in and told us it was only for 60 minutes. When we tried to clarify, the staff became visibly annoyed and had an attitude with us. The woman kept pushing us to still go through with a 60-minute massage, but at that point, I was done dealing with their rudeness. Not worth the hassle. Never coming back. read more

Best massage ever. Saw Wendy and she was strong from start to finish. Had the 90 min and it was rejuvenating. This is a Chinese foot spa so you will be in a room with others and will hear some movement around you. This is deep massage work so do not expect a Swedish! Great place great price great experience. Definitely returning read more

The services are good for what they are, there is nothing fancy, pretty straightforward. One large room about 15 beds. Things to keep in my mind. Tip is cash only and mandatory! My husband and I paid 100.00 for 2 massages, which is a good deal, however as i mentioned, it is straightforward. Since we didn't know tip was cash only we gave them 20.00 which is 20% tip (it was the only cash we had at hand). The ladies came to the reception and demanded more, If I could have added it to the card i would have tipped more because I do realize that they are working hard for their money. However, tips are supposed to be up to the customer and 20% is acceptable. We ran to the bank, and my sweet husband gave an additional 20.00. So they each got 40% tip. This seems a bit too much to expect when the environment is just not up to that level. It was embarrassing and completely uncalled for. If you have expectations; outline them and make it easy for the customer to abide by the rules. read more

All the female massage therapists are excellent! I usually have a massage once a week here!

Massages are OK but customer service is terrible. They DEMAND $10 minimum tip for $35 massage. I tipped $8 which is almost 23% & I was chased to the parking lot by the lady demanding $10. read more

Wish I could leave zero stars!!! Massages were ok but when we left, a 16% tip, for each of us, after receiving a $30 foot massage, for each of us. They LITERALLY, chased after me and my girlfriend and we're banging on the car door, surrounding us, and demanding $10 each tip! It was really scary! The lady wouldn't let us back up until I finally told her we will get more money, and come back. AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE!!! We should have read the other reviews first, but apparently, they expect a $10 tip, no matter what service you receive or how good or bad it is..Awful!!! read more

This business requires a $10 gratuity on a $35 service PRIOR to receiving the service (via credit card). The sign on the wall says "appreciated" but when I wanted to run my card for $40 they said no, $45. I said no, and he took my card out of the machine and gave it back to me. I left without getting a massage and will never go back. If it is required, it is not a gratuity. Buyer beware. read more

I have come here a lot and always have a great massage! Just recently I received one of the best massages I've had yet with Ten! She is amazing and I actually fell asleep which never happens! For ladies, I recommend wearing a loose tank top that you can pull down your shoulders so they can access the area! read more

Tips are usually decided on by the customer unless there is a large group at a restaurant, right? That's a rhetorical question. I handed the gentlemen 2-$20 bills for my one hour, $30 foot massage. When he handed me a $10 bill back, I asked for 2-$5's instead. I had a $1 bill in my other hand and when he spotted it, he pointed to a sign that said $10 gratuities - followed by something like appreciated, maybe. I doubt it said required. I was too upset to see the exact wording. That is over a 30% tip. Had the massage been very good I might have tipped more, but in my mind 20% or $6 was sufficient. I left him with the $10, turned around, left, and vowed to not return. I know it's $4 - it's the principle of the thing. read more

I went to this Sun Spring massage for a long time, but yesterday i paid a gift card and I had only $8 and $100 bills, so I gave $8 tip to the lady and she came to complaint to the information desk she want $10 tip. So I asked the lady in the information if she have a change to my $100 bills to give the women a $10 tip. $35 and 1hr she like $10 tip and why they tell you how much tip they want? read more

This place is great the massages are wonderful the staff is friendly and kind. They start you off with a wonderful hot foot soak and then get right into a good massage from head to toe you walk out of there feeling so wonderful so mellow so relaxed. read more

Paul is also very good if you want a deep massage, would highly recommend Paul and Peter!

***CASH ONLY*** BRING CASH One male smells like strong cigarettes but he is great if you want the massage on the harder level. Overall, ok place. I've only tried the men (just happens that way) and they are overall good. read more

Great place for an affordable, deep tissue massage. Some therapists are better than others. I go to Peter and he does a great job, however, I do prefer stronger/more pressure in my massages. Once you figure out who fits your style best, this is so worth making a routine out of. The massage is done in a large dimly lit room with several beds. I recommend women wear stretchy pants or shorts and tank tops for better back and neck access. Men can wear shorts and take off their shirts. $30 for an hour and tip therapist directly for their full hour of hard work! read more

Paul is the best there is. IF you enjoy extremely deep massages. I go to him weekly, sometimes twice weekly... I'm a 5'0 girl and can handle it. Some of these reviews about him are making me laugh, but I do agree he is hardcore. He is usually efforting so hard that he is sweating on me lol. We laugh during my massages because he knows he's going HAM and he knows I feel it. I think he's literally amazing. For everyone saying they feel ripped off, I only feel ripped off when I pay for a massage and the masseuse barelyyy lightly rubs my back - that's ten times worse to me than being sore a day later from a true massage. read more

Service is horrible now. Smacking me around , throwing the towels on and then rushing you out and demanding a 30% tip in cash! Done with them read more

Mandatory 30% tip on top of the advertised price... Be ready for that.... You are not allowed to tip according to how you feel the service was... Massage was not very gentle... more on the rough side, and not very relaxing... The staff kept talking during my visit and it was distracting. Was willing to get past that and try em again, but not after the man at the desk shamed me for tipping my lady 20% instead of 30%.... Oh yeah he did this in front of other customers.... read more

cash only business despite their claim of accepting credit cards, so they don't have to claim all income and pay taxes. And they tell you how much tip to pay!! HAHAHA. Half assed massage as well. This "business" has been there for many years but nobody wants to claim it on yelp Very shady operation read more

So the massage was worth the environment. Is it quiet? no. is it cheap? yes! 30$ for an hour massage that was great, you soak your feet first. There is a lot of noise and my friend said he hated the music but the massage was worth it! read more

I come in every once in a a while for a 1 hour full body massage and I love it! The ladies there are super strong and I always ask for a hard massage and they deliver. They really get deep into your muscle tissue. It's a little painful but totally worth the relief. Also affordable ! I always pay around 60-70 dollars with tip. read more

Went for a foot massage but it felt more like the guy was just rubbing lotion on my feet. And to find out it's a mandatory $10 tip for a weak foot massage. If you're looking for a good massage after a long week of hard labor at work do not come here they'll just load you up with lotion. read more

Horrible place, my masseuse was rough, didn't explain what will she do next, I wasn't able to relax the whole entire time. she even put the hot stone on my back without me knowing it . Omg I will not come to this place. She even let me take off my top with guys around , she didn't close the curtain. read more

The most unrelaxing massage experience ever. From the cigarette aroma to the loud sound of the washer and dryer going while employees are talking it is hard to relax. No thanks I will spend more and go to a better establishment. Waste of money. read more
