Oh my gosh! Christina was a life saver!! I have never gotten a therapy massage before and was really nervous about everything but she welcomed me with open arms and made me feel so comfortable! She talked me through what she was going to do before we started (which I appreciate!) and after that I was in heaven haha. My back feels so much better now! Already set her up for another booking , thank you so much Christina! Highly recommend!! read more

Updating my review a year later to say I still love Christina! I never would have considered myself someone who wanted a deep tissue massage, but Christina is so focused on your comfort and needs that my massage is always perfect. I started seeing her as an attempt to replace seeing the chiropractor for back pain and I'm happy to say I haven't seen the chiropractor since! She focuses on a holistic body first approach, and gives wonderful direction on how to continue your healing outside of your massage. read more

I've been seeing Christina for several months now and she has brought my body into balance again. I'm not sure I have ever felt this whole before. After a shoulder injury--coupled with hyper mobile joints--and much PT, she has been instrumental in my ongoing healing process. Her years of experience and deep knowledge of the muscles, tendons, nerves and fascia come together through her healing hands. I thought I would have to give up my 30-year yoga practice but I am now stronger than ever. Christina works to restore the body's energy flow just as artfully as she addresses the physical body. I can't say enough about the amazing person I am fortunate to have with me on my healthcare journey. Christina is the BEST! read more

I am 30 weeks pregnant with my 2nd baby and have been in search for a message therapist to relieve me of some lower back and shoulder pain. I have had many prenatal massages and always leave disappointed. I found Christina on Yelp and decided to give her a try, and I am so glad that I did! Christina is so personable and made me feel so comfortable. She demonstrates a true passion for helping people. She targeted my main areas of concern with just the right amount of pressure that I needed. Thank you Christina for finally giving me some much needed relief!! Christina right from the start had wonderful customer service. I reached out to get a massage gift certificate for my boyfriend and she got in touch with me right away to get everything scheduled. Her kindness and caring energy made the whole experience lovely. Thank you, Christina! read more

Truly, the most rejuvenating massage I've ever had. Christina was conscientious of my needs from the initial point of contact. The massage room vibe was comfortable and welcoming . My massage itself was epic. We had some relaxation and then targeted trigger spots to get my back and hips loosened up. I can't wait for my next session. read more

Christina is an incredible massage therapist. I've received massages from dozens of therapists over the years but none have been able to address chronically sore areas of my body like Christina. Highly recommend her if you're looking for a healing experience. read more

Christina is very kind, and approaches her clients as special, with individual needs.

Hands down the best massage I have ever had! I'm old and have had many, many massages in my lifetime and this was a top tier massage! I was pleased to see that Christina had a dedicated room for the business and it was so clean and beautifully decorated. She is so professional and immediately made me feel comfortable. She asked me what pressure I would like and if I had any specific areas that I wanted her to pay special attention to then she checked in with me during the massage which I appreciated very much. Don't let her size fool you! She's small but mighty! I was walking on a cloud when she was done with me. I can't wait to go back! P.s. I'm not gonna lie, I kind of want to gatekeep her but I won't. Lol Christina, make room for me even when you get too busy ok? read more

I've gone to Christina a few times now and can't recommend her enough! I just tell her where I feel pain and she knows exactly what to do. I feel very comfortable with her and always leave feeling better in mind, body and spirit. She's very knowledgeable and always does an amazing job! read more

By far one of the best massages I've had in a long time. I could hardly keep my eyes open when I got home!

I started going to Christina about a month ago as a result of a back injury that wouldn't go away. She used deep tissue massage and resolved my back problem within several weeks. Although Christina spent a lot of time focusing on my back issue, she also gave me a fill body massage that was amazing. The 90 minute session was very reasonably priced and I'm in no hurry to stop although my back problem is long gone. Christina is super sweet, always checks on how I'm doing and I would highly encourage anyone looking for a massage therapist to see her first. You won't regret it. read more

I'm a plumber by trade and my back is always a problem area. That day I was in so much pain, that I desperately needed a professional massage. I called some places around but because it was a Sunday, most of those places were closed. I found Christina and left her a message. She called me back shortly after and she was able to see me that same day. I'm so thankful she was able to. I needed a deep tissue massage and she worked on my problem areas, which made me feel so much better, pain was gone. I certainly will go and see Christina for my massages, she's very professional and her setup is very relaxing. Highly recommended. read more

Today was my first massage with Christina and it definitely won't be my last. She was amazing. I'm pretty particular when it comes to deep tissue massages and she exceeded my expectations. She's welcoming, incredibly knowledgeable and very thorough with her evaluation. I highly recommend Christina and love supporting small independent businesses like hers! read more

One of the easier 5-star ratings to write. Typically, I will ponder and teeter between should it be 3 stars or 4, etc. but this massage experience is delightful on multiple levels and is a no brainer 5-star rating. First, while unusual, it is out of a private home. I wasn't worried but this was a new experience. It was thoroughly enjoyable. Christina as a dedicated room with pleasant music and was clean and quiet. For me a genuine pleasure are the dogs which are very friendly and fun to pet before and after the massage (Bubba has a great haircut and Maggie is just so gracious of a dog). Christina is a consummate progression with a great sense of humor and creates a very comfortable and relaxed environment. I prefer a deep tissue massage due to the overall health of my aging body which has been pounded from long runs and being thrown from horses way too often. These massages are both enjoyable and therapeutic. Parking is easy. While the street has lengths of no parking it opens up for parking right in front of the house. I have parked there 3 times without issue. Cochrane is a fast street so be careful getting out of your car but as long as you looking you are perfectly safe. I hope you enjoy your experience as much as I have. read more

CHRISTINA ZOTTI's massages are muscle-meltingly delicious. As professional artists, it's so important to find someone who can read and understand your body's needs. Our one and only therapist had to move out of state & it took a couple of years before FINALLY finding Christina. Every inch of you is cared for, leaving you a puddle for couple of days! We are now very grateful, monthly clients. ‍ Christina loves what she does and it shows in her amazing massages. Her slow, powerful technique is truly something special. If you are lucky enough to get a chance to have her work on you, DON'T WAIT! Her schedule fills up quickly. THANK YOU, CHRISTINA! You are RARE a find! read more

WOW is the best way to describe my massage! I love deep tissue massages and of course, require a clean and tranquil space. Christina delivers on all. The massage itself was amazing and I can't recommend her enough. Plus, the massage room is zen and I felt a sense of peace as soon as I walked in. I fell asleep a couple of times. If that isn't a sign of a great massage, I don't know what is. After my first massage, which I found through Yelp, I booked regular sessions every two weeks. Excited for my next one! read more

Life saver......... Saturday last minute I was urgently looking for MT to treat my stiff neck. I ran upon Christina's yelp page and decided to call her. Within 20 minutes she did respond with a text message stating that she was busy till 4:30 PM and she would contact me at that time. Around 4:35 PM she did call me and I explained to her what had happened and that I needed treatment as soon as possible. Despite her busy schedule for the next two weeks, immediately she was able to take me the following day at 11:00 am. Sunday morning she greeted me at the door with a warm welcome. Fast forward to Sunday evening, my neck is feeling so much better and I'm more relaxed. Woke up Monday morning with expected soreness due to her amazing deep tissue work. On the road to recovery. Thank You Christina for your healing touch. read more

I just had my second massage with Christina and I feel so blessed that I found her AND she could fit me in her schedule. I have had some lingering lower back issues that made it painful to sit, even for short periods of time. After explaining the issues to Christina, she worked her magic. Christina did a combination of deep tissue massage and soothing strokes. She is extremely professional, consistent in her approach and does a great job adjusting pressure, as needed. She is the perfect combination of a gentle spirit with strong hands and it's clear that she truly cares about providing a wonderful experience. I highly recommend Christina. read more

I got my wife a massage for her birthday by Christina and needless to say she absolutely loved it. She said it was hands done the best massage she has ever had. 90 minutes of pure bliss. Will definitely be repeat customers. read more

I just had the best therapeutic massage on both my legs. I fractured my ankle and had surgery and I was immobile for two months. This caused my foot and leg muscles to atrophy. I am going through physical therapy and my muscles are sore and ankle gets pretty swollen after being on my feet for a while. Christina really worked on that area and got the blood flowing and reduced the swelling. Now my legs are relaxed and honestly I don't feel anything. There is no pain! I can't wait for my next session with her. Christina is a true healer. Thank you, Christina! read more

I waited to write my review of Christina because, even though I knew right off that the woman gave a relaxing massage, I had come to her in the hopes of doing some deep therapeutic work. Well, I've been seeing her weekly for two months now (she offers a discount if you book a block in advance) and the work she's done on my hip has been a total game changer. I fell about 5 years ago and jacked up my hip and it was just getting worse and worse. I reached a point where I either had to quit running or get serious about unwinding the giant knot that had formed in my hip. Christina has helped me do that and kept me active. I am so grateful. It's also just lovely to get a weekly massage. I will almost be sad when the hips is all better and I don't have such a good reason to see her so often. Can't say enough good about her work. read more

Christina is a healer! She has provided more long-term pain relief than any doctor or medicine. Her rates are competitive and she's very professional with a heated, adjustable table/bed. She makes massage into an art form as well. She uses the perfect amount of pressure and finds those knots easily. I had far less pain after Christina worked on me than I've experienced in months! read more

I have never had such a wonderful experience as I had with Christina and I have had a number of massages. I very highly recommend her.

I was given a birthday gift for a 90 minute Rehabilitative Massage from Christina. I am a nurse, 60 years old and experience back and neck pain frequently. In addition to Christina being kind, professional and discreet, the massage that she gave me was the best i have ever had. The next day at work I was free of pain. Two days later i remain free of back pain and muscle spasms. What a Godsend!!! Thank you Christina read more

Honestly it was a fantastic massage. I stayed relaxed for three days which normally doesn't happen. Everything Christina does is deliberate and intentional and I didn't want to fall asleep so I could enjoy more of the massage. Really great. read more

Christina is an angel sent from heaven! I have been struggling with severe pain from my chronic illnesses for two years and before her hadn't really found anything that worked well for alleviating my symptoms. One of my biggest health issues is really intense joint swelling and pain due to MCAS, most mornings I'd wake up unable to bend my fingers. After only a few weeks going to Christina I was able to not only wake up without pain but use my hands in the morning! She has been such a gift in my life and has played one of the biggest roles in minimizing my daily body pain. If you're looking for a massage therapist, she's the one! She is kind, empathetic, patient, and overall just an amazing person :) read more

I have been working with cinematographic equipment for more than 30 years. I have had to load and unload trucks and warehouses full of very heavy equipment and cases countless times. Today, I can feel the consequences of those years, and my body has been suffering a lot because of that. In the last few years I have tried almost everything to relieve my muscle and joint pain including orthopedists, physical therapy and rehabilitation, and acupuncture. After so much time and money invested in therapies I think I finally found something that is helping me. After only a few therapy sessions with Christina, I have finally started feeling much better. You can see that she has a lot of experience with what she does. A session with her is not your typical massage session at a luxury hotel or beach resort, Christina is a therapist who knows exactly what she is doing and heals. Thank you Christina, you are improving my life. read more

For me, getting a massage has always been a welcome treat. After my session with Christina, I can't help but think I've somehow been shortchanged by other massage therapists. Attention to detail, pinpointing problem areas, and pampering are all inclusive. She's a true professional with insightful knowledge of how to remedy any ailments. Her studio is zen like and well maintained. Treat yourself, book a session with Christina! read more

Ok, I'm 66 year old long distance trail runner and I'm only able to continue with the help from others, largely that being massages to prevent or fix injuries. Through the years that means many different people and many different styles, I can easily say that Christina is by far the best. Though many are good, Christina takes it to another level by being very intent on learning exactly how my body works, the right pressure in the right place. She takes the time to figure out my needs specifically, be it working on fixing a problem or getting in front of a problem through smart questioning and observation. On top of all that she's a wonderful and caring person, which is another form of great healing, thanks Christina. read more

There aren't enough stars for Christina because she is the absolute GOAT! I love getting regular massages and I can tell you hands down that Christina is the best at what she does. I highly recommend booking a session with Christina!! Treat yourself, you'll be so glad you did! read more
