If the doctor seeing you for the first time is looking that close at your insurance card there is something shady going on. I was very clean and concise with what I wanted as for as asking her to please talk me through what adjustments she would do before doing them. She didn't care. She started pushing on my back really hard and it hurt me which I told her " that hurts" she didn't care. She does the first adjustment so hard I couldn't breath from the pain. I push her away and tell her "that was too rough" she didn't care. The rest of the adjustments were just as bad. She yanked my to the bottom of the table like a piece of meat. She pulled the back on my pants and underwear down without asking or warning me before hand. This lady hurt me so bad I could barely get back to my car. I sobbed in pain ( which I was not in before I got there) my entire drive home. She hurt me so bad I could hardly move for three days!! I lost time from work because of this. Dr. Hahn has a wonderful energy and it resonates in her work. She uses several different techniques to ease the pain. It's not just a Band-Aid either. What she does has lasting effects. Although I've only been a client of hers for about two months, I feel like I've been seeing her for years. I highly recommend Dr Hahn because she is great at what she does. She takes the time to listen to your issues and she presents a plan to get you better. I feel like some of the other doctors would be doing random exercises and use very strenuous activities in order to achieve the same results as Dr Hahn (in 30 minutes instead of an hour session.) Like many people, I had a regular chiropractor who I was fairly happy with. I have been to many…read morechiropractors over the years and the work and results were fairly similar. I had an acute back problem which hadn't improved after thrice weekly visits to my regular chiropractor for three months- over 30 visits. He had always helped me within a week or two, but not this time. I went to two other chiropractors and had no results to show for it. Finally, I was recommended to Dr Hahn and felt I had nothing to lose by giving another try to regain my lost mobility. Dr Hahn was unlike any chiropractor I had been treated by my entire life. Her knowledge was encyclopedic and her experience was very broad and holistic. Again, unlike other chiropractors, she sees only one patient at a time and she worked, really worked, on my back and body for the better part of an hour. No massage chairs, no machine stimulation, she just used her skilled hands and stayed at it. After one week, I was 90% mobile and pain free. After the second week, I was able to do everything I was able to do before-walk for an hour, stand for an hour, sit at my desk and work for an hour, ride my bicycle, row on my rowing machine, I felt great and continue to feel great 8 months later. I have referred members of my family and friends and each one sings her praises and recounts how much she has helped each one recover fully from their ailments. She simply loves helping people and treats each individual with personalized care and designs an exercise program to help them maintain their pain free condition. One of my friends even comes to see her from Boston after similar experiences with many chiropractors. Every other chiropractor I have ever seen spent 1/10 the time Dr Hahn does on each visit. She's not trying to get rich (and won't with the degree of care with which she treats every patient), she's not running a mill- she truly wants to use her knowledge, skills and experience to help her patients to a healthier, fitter, happier life. She is truly a unique medical practitioner for this day and age. A rarity for any professional to be sure.
