Patrick Sau was the best chiropractor with The Joint Chiropractic . He has been my chiropractor for years. I followed him to Simi Valley from Thousand Oaks even though it more than doubled the distance I had to drive to see him 26 miles each way. I am upset with the new management that he is no longer there. I am thinking about canceling my membership with the Joint. I have used multiple chiropractors around town. I love The Joint; the price for 4 monthly visits is equal to one visit at most chiropractors, and there are no fancy therapies that don't do much, or just aggravate the situation. The doctors give you their attention and time. They listen to you right then and there and adjust as needed. I even find that each doctor is a little different and a better depending on my needs. Sandra was a great chiropractor to see for my first time adjustment at a new place. Definitely will be seeing her again. The office experience was good! Came this morning at 10:30, already a couple people waiting and one new patient. I know from my own experience a new patient takes 15 to 20 minutes. I do give this place a 5 ... staff is always friendly and the doctors so far are incredibly helpful and actually listen... I first met dr. Titus and then dr. Ball and dr. Rice and so on..... until I get to doctor patel.. omg never again... he did adjust me and it felt good... but his attitude sucked and he thought I was the problem when I said it hurt when he was stretching my back .... It was a little tender and I get that some pain comes with it... but to blame me that I shouldn't be feeling that and that it's probably my fault for apparently sitting all the time.... I want to start off by saying the staff here is very friendly. My husband and I went in here for our first time and this place is a disaster! There was a mildewy smell right when you walk in and construction fans across the entire clinic not to mention cords all over the place which could be a major tripping hazard. I also tried to get some water from the water dispenser in the lobby and this was an ice breaker for me as there was NO waterMy husband and I just came from the gym next door. We did not end up getting seen as this place looked like a joke and should not be open while they are "remodeling". Miranda was amazing the moment I walked in the door (actually even on the phone prior to me coming in!). Miranda's energy was so warm and inviting, making you feel cared for immediately. She also made sure to offer me great deals going on to help save money! Dr. Sandra Rosso (Sandi) listened and cared to my needs while also giving me pointers to help my adjustment last longer. Five starts isn't enough to describe my feeling about Dr. Bal's adjustments. I was looking for a doctor at the Joint because I'm new to the area. I'm a long time chiropractic patient and I was not getting the relief I needed from other Joint locations. I was paying for my membership to the Joint and also paying 55.00 per adjustment with another doctor at a separate practice to try and obtain relief in my neck. Immediately after my 1st adjustment with Dr. Bal I could tell this wasn't like any other adjustment. He doesn't do the shredding moves on my neck but it's still a great full body adjustment. I always tell him after my adjustment, I no longer feel like my body is fighting me. I feel relaxed. Even while my son is on summer break we still drive over 20 miles to get adjusted by Dr. Bal. Never had a wait longer than 20mins. If there is wait they will text when you are next so you can go shop or grab a cup off coffee instead wasting time in a waiting room. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND. My story: I'm 30 years old. For 8 years, i had been battling chronic constant pain in my neck+ back+ right arm from a 2014 car accident. I could not lift more than 5lbs due to sharp pain in my hands and/or back. I also had limited range of motion in my right arm and back. For years, I had been in an out of doctors offices; some telling me the pain was permanent, but I refused to accept that, and I was trying anything and everything I could afford, but none of it got rid of the constant pain. After 8 years of that, I told myself one more push. If it wasn't significantly better by the time I turned 30 (so 6 more months) I would give up. For this final push I went to The Joint. I started in January 2022, twice a week as directed, and as of July 2022 I'm PAIN FREE for the first time in 8 years! Thanks to them, I can finally get back to living my life. I mostly saw Dr. Wolverton. He was friendly, clear in communication, reassuring when I was doubting, and gave me additional stretches and exercises when I asked for them. This is one of the best doctor experiences I have experienced. I'm still going to this day to improve posture and assist in increasing my mobility as I step back into the gym without fear of pain.
