I went in after suffering from what I thought was a pinched nerve for several weeks. Dr. Randa was so compassionate and caring. She got me diagnosed and set up on a treatment plan immediately. I wasn't sure if I would like the no-appointment adjustment setup, but surprisingly, it works pretty well. There has only been one that I waited along time (about 30 minutes) for her to get to me. The office staff is consistently pleasant and helpful. I wish that the office would contract with more insurance providers. Unless you have BCBS (I think), all of the cats here is out of network. Most importantly is the quality of the care. Dr. Randa is wonderful. Her adjustments are firm and "assertive" but rarely actually hurt. I feel better and better after every session and I am feeling very confident that if I stay with her program, I will avoid surgery or long term pain management. read more

Wow!! Just left a massage with Krystine. I have never had a massage this amazing. She is extremely strong and gave me the deepest deep tissue I've ever had. The moment she released, I immediately felt relaxed. She has wonderful energy and I believe I've found my permanent massage therapist. Thank you Krystine read more

Dr. Randa and her staff are amazing. I came to Dr. Randa a few months ago with severe lower back pain, I'm feeling so much better now and so happy I found this place. The office is so welcoming and you feel the care they have for all their patients the minute you walk through the door. Thank you Cobey Chiropratic read more

A family member of mine went into this place today to make an appointment and the front desk person was COMPLETELY rude. Told my family member that they don't serve people over 65. That is age discrimination at its finest. You call yourself a wellness center? I will detour anyone from going to this place! What a joke. SHAMEFUL way to treat a senior citizen. read more

Came here today for the first time with a coupon for a deep tissue massage. The ladies in the front were extremely nice. My massage therapist was Zach. He is great at deep tissue, and we hit it off right away. He will dig in there deep and work those knots out. The 90 minutes went by way to fast. I have to say Zach is the best at working the neck! I get serious neck tightness from teeth grinding and stress, and he really got in there! I will definitely be coming to see Zach as often as possible. His music choice was also really good, not the typical water sounds. If you need a great deep tissue massage, please go see Zach, you will not be disappointed. read more

If I could give Dr Cobey and her team more stars I absolutely would. You walk into her office and you instantly feel at home. Sarah and both Jen's are always sooo kind and welcoming. The customer service here and just all around care is impeccable. I leave their office always in a more uplifting mood and feeling a thousand times better than when I came in. Dr Cobey you are a CHIRO genius, thank you for always making time for me and fixing me right up! I can't thank you enough for what you have done for me thus far. I had a recent massage done by Casey who is also so knowledgeable about the body. She made me feel extremely comfortable and was able to help with my neck and back pain. I highly recommend her she is incredible and I won't go anywhere else now. I truthfully don't know what I would do without this office, they are true lifesavers! You guys are the best! read more

Been having a lot of headaches and wanted to get a better solution than just meds. I have never been to a chiro and was nervous. Making an appointment was easy and it is a free first appointment. Dr. Cobey is great we talked had a little bit of cracking nothing big. I had to get an x-ray before I was able to really be adjusted they could do it there or I could do it somewhere else. Their office was super clean, it is hard to wear a mask and have adjustments the other place I tried they had me take mine off but they had one on. The only issue for me was that my insurance would not cover the appointments and they are $$$ so I had to find a place that would take my insurance. If you want top-of-the-line care and insurance is not an issue then I would go here for sure Dr. Cobey is a very kind and caring woman that wants to help you feel your best. read more

Stevie was amazing! I needed this massage so desperately and she knew exactly where I hurt without me saying a word. Very professional. I highly recommend her! read more

I've also seen Casey regularly and she's awesome. She's super nice and a great masseuse.

I have been coming to this chiropractic office for at least three years now, and I have always felt so good when I walk out. Of course sometimes I'm a little beat up, but that's because Dr. Randa is putting my body back in order!!! She is the best, and always knows what's going on with my body when I come in. Even if it's been a few months between treatments, she always pinpoints exactly what the issue is, and within a few treatments I'm back to myself again. She is the best, and so knowledgeable, and you can tell she loves what she's doing, because she passes on those good vibes to her patients! All of the staff that are there, are so nice, accommodating, and very friendly! I love coming to this office, because I know after one visit or sometimes a few, I'm back to myself again! read more

I had the best deep tissue massage with Stevie! I work in healthcare and carry a lot of tension in my neck and shoulders. My tension has been severe to the point where I was living with constant aching pain, affecting every part of my life. After my massage, my neck and shoulder pain was GONE. I could move, sleep, and live without pain. That is priceless. Anyone looking for pain relief, I 10/10 recommend getting a massage with Stevie. read more

I started going here for deep tissue massage a little over a month ago and Casey is incredible! She really takes the time in the areas that need it the most. Everyone in the office is great and it's super clean! Definitely the best massage in Simi! read more

ok, I am not kidding Stevie is the best. I have had shoulder pain for a week, Went in yesterday and she has made it 80% better. I dont expect 100% because it has been really sore. Cant wait to go back read more

I can't compare this massage to any other massage because this was my first massage ever, but I had a pregnancy massage this morning with Joy. I booked this to hopefully get some relief in my lower back and she did just that! She is so lovely and accommodating. Knowing this was my first massage AND I'm pregnant, she checked in with me periodically to make sure I was comfortable with everything she was doing. She also, without me even telling her, worked out the exact spot in my lower back that has been causing the most pain and she offered cupping therapy in that spot which she said isn't typical for a pregnancy massage but that I would really benefit from it. I will be back one more time for another pregnancy massage before baby comes. read more

I've been suffering from frozen shoulder and finally made myself an appointment here. Their knowledge is incredible! Not only did my range of motion improve in my affected shoulder, I feel other parts of my chest and arms are more relaxed and on the road to recovery. I like how the Dr talks you through what's happening... for someone like me who likes to keep their eyes closed, this is helpful so you won't have any sudden jerks or reactions. I felt comfortable and welcome here. I'll definitely come back and recommend WOW to others! read more

After reading all the great reviews, I called because my hip and back were giving me some problems. I called the office and said I was a new patient with an issue with my hip and lower back. The receptionist said I am sorry, but I will have to book you out for a new patient consultation in three weeks. Considering that I am having a problem now, three weeks seems to be a ridiculous amount of time to go to a Chiropractor. It would appear that they would prefer to avoid taking in new patients. read more

Dr Randa is the best. Ive been to chiropractors in the past and no one has ever explained the body like she does and adjust where I feel amazing and not in any pain after. I have referred her to several people because she is so wonderful! read more

I'm not impressed at all. I had been going to a chiropractor for years that I absolutely loved. Unfortunately I moved too far away from said doctor. I decided to give Dr. R. A try here. First I was over charged. My old place was $80 a month and I would go 4-8 times. I told her that after she told me it was $65 each time. She immediately jumped on it and told me she would give me the same deal. Awesome, I thought. She didn't take X-rays because she said i didn't need them since I've had some within the past 2 years (even though she never saw those X-rays). I never even had a real exam from her! As I went to leave she told me I only needed to go twice a month. I went twice that month, and felt I needed to go again. As I went in, I was told by the receptionist that I needed to pay $65 to be adjusted. I said I thought I was allowed to come up to 8 times for the $80. She said no, it's $80 a month for two times. That was the deal I worked out with the doctor supposedly. She said if I coughed up $65, then next month they would only charge me $15. So being a pushover, I did it. I got another sub-par adjustment, and was on my way. I never came back. Here are other reasons I did not go back asides from being ripped off: my son said his adjustments from her hurt (she was able to over bill his insurance for them). He had been seeing a chiro for years also, and never complained of it hurting before her. My neck also hurt after every time. My old chiro did adjustments based on how I was feeling. (faceplates for stuffiness, neck for anxiety/stress, hips for mensies, headache treatment, etc. Not once in the 3 times that I went to her did she ask how I was feeling or if there was anything I would like adjusted. read more

Dr Randa is AMAZING! I have been to several Chiro's over the years and she really knows whats shes doing. She makes you feel so comfortable and is great at explaining in detail. I continued going to her during my pregnancy and she prevented any additional back pain im sure i would have developed. Also after my baby was born, she adjusted her at just 1 week old! I highly recommend Dr Randa and her office. The staff is friendly and helpful. They make you feel like family. The massage's here are not only fabulous...but great prices too. read more

I started going to Dr. Randa after another mom suggested seeing her for my baby's reoccurring ear infections. And I was blown away by her professionalism and knowledge and the care she gave to my baby. To this day, my toddler still goes to her a few times a month and LOVES her adjustments. I'm convinced that her care has also helped to improve her weakened immune system from constant use of antibiotics. My daughter loves her!!! Then I started having hip/back/neck problems. I tried physical therapy but always felt worse when I left. After talking to Dr. Randa I decided to see her for my issues. After just the initial adjustment I felt amazing! Like I was walking on air!!! Now, after a few months of treatment I am feeling amazing and know the things that I need to do to help keep my back and body feeling well. And with two littles under 3, it's not easy! I'm so glad I was referred to Dr. Randa. She is truly a hidden gem in our town. She is the nicest, most caring and professional chiropractor I have ever been treated by. I can't believe I took so long to get this done, but I'm so glad to finally be taking care of myself so I have a better quality of life! Dr. Randa is the best. I have been to so many chiropractors but no one can beat her skills. She is very thorough, gentle but strong. I have to drive 2 hours just to get an adjustment from the very best. It's worth the drive and I get better each time I see her. read more

Dr. Randa is a very talented healer with a wonderful knowledge base and disposition. She cured me of a chronic neck issue that had been plaguing me forever. The pleasant and efficient staff of lovely girls there really make the office visits a nice experience. I also want to mention a very gifted masseuse who works there named Joy. I am a sculptor by trade, and my hands, arms, and shoulders really build up deep knots and tension. I have had a lot of massages in my time, but none as fantastic as hers. She has strong hands, a great attitude, and a real gift for finding the problems unique to your body and working them out using a variety of techniques. read more

Dr. Randa, is the consummate professional. I am a person that is on the computer for hours on end and over the years my body has expressed it's dislike for the positions it put it in. Dr. Randa to the rescue!!.. She is the best! She not only explains what the issues are. She gives you simple solutions on how to help you correct what is wrong. She makes common sense suggestions, is never pushy, nor judgmental. She knows her craft and works hard to help you understand your body. After seeing my chiropractor for 25 years, I was devastated when he moved out of the area. My friend kept telling about Dr. Cobey and when my neck pain became unmanageable, I finally scheduled an appointment and went in for x-rays and an exam. Dr. Cobey is very, very good at what she does. I never thought I would trust another chiropractor, but then she isn't just another chiropractor. I literally recommend her to everyone that I know with pain. read more
