I have been a patient of Dr. Diballa's for 6 months now and out of the 20 some years that I have had to go to the Chiropractor, she is hands down the best Chiropractor I have ever experienced. She is very passionate, caring, thorough, she spends quality time with you to work on your situation, her energy is soothing and she makes you feel comfortable as soon as she greets you with her warm smile. Her appointments are never a quick crack and your on your way. She really takes the time to treat what needs to be treated. I would recommend her to anyone who's looking for a good caring Chiropractor. read more

I have never done a YELP for a doctor- of any kind so this gives me an opportunity to share with you outside of my foodie reviews! The story: My husband fell 70ft and lived to tell about it. Fast forward- I was (am) so protective of him and will do anything to make him happy and healthy! Moving fast forward again- I went to the restroom in our work building of Westlake Village, and I met a wonderful woman who I happen to have a small conversation with. I asked her what she does. She said that she is a chiropractor in the building and I am mediately got excited and wanted to introduce her to my husband. We were moving from one office to another and I introduced her to my husband. Fast, fast forward- he has been seeing Dr. Diballa now for months and we absolutely recommend her because she's not your typical gimmick chiropractor that tries to sell you things. She's all about taking care of you and your well-being. He goes to her once a week and comes out feeling more relaxed and rejuvenated. We can't say enough about her service, kindness, attentiveness, experience and knowledge. Thank you Dr. Diballa for taking such great care of my husband! You are the Best of the Best! read more

My first yelp review, so stay with me here... Dr. Susan Diaballa should be your go to chiropractor! Just about 3 yrs ago my right leg was going out on me and I had lower back pain. I finally couldn't stand the pain any longer and with the recommendation by my co-worker, I called Dr. D and instead of making me wait in pain, like I thought might happen, she told me to come in that day! Well she fixed me up and I'm still going in for regular adjustments. She continues to help me feel better than ever! Definitely good for my soul! read more

Susan, was Spectacular strongly recommend visiting her if you are in pain. I visited her with a neck pain that was haunting me for a couple of days, she quickly assessed me and placed me on the table I which she then placed a heat pad upon the area in which was in pain to loosen the muscles & then she came back in and started to massage the muscles in which she then applied pressure and made pain go away all the while listening to soothing sounds in which she has going in your personal room, she then went ahead and adjusted my back and neck in which felt amazing. she then place me on my back and placed an ice pack on my neck and let me rest for 10 minutes. Susan does a great job walking you through the procedures in which she is about to perform and does it with the utmost care and the quality of her work is worth each and every dollar. I have my follow up setup with her and advise anyone and everyone to visit her and share this post you have read to let her know how important she is to the community and helping someone in pain. Thank You Susan your hands are works of art. I look forward to further follow ups to make sure I am in my best form. read more

I found Dr Diballa on yelp and took my mother there urgently for very sharp back pain. She could barely move, her pain made her scream, climbing in and out of the car was extremely difficult (the things we take for granted..) so Arial (or Ariel, ugh sorry I'm not sure of the spelling), her receptionist managed to find us an opening the day of - mind you I had called 3 other chiros before and none could take my mom on that same day. Arial asked us if she could call us back and did her little magic and the next hour, we could come in. After my mom's first appointment, she was about 60% back to her normal self, which was life changing for her. She saw Dr Diballa again the day after and came back recovered. If you want a miracle you may want to see Dr Diballa. Which is me today! I hurt my neck while training for a dance competition and same thing, just called Arial and she managed to find me a slot in an hour. I'm hoping for the same miracle my mom got! read more

After having experienced a previously ridiculous and unhealthy occurence with a local chiropractor, I was very skeptical of the profession, but was referred to Dr Diballa by a colleague to assist me with pain management, due to prior neck/back surgery. Well, my distrust for chiropractors is over! Amazing how good that I feel, now that I am in the hands of a true medical professional! Thank you, Jesus!!! Amen!!! Dr Diballa is fantastic!!!! She is very personable, highly competent and skilled, and really takes an interest in her patients well being. I have been treating with her for nearly 3 years now and have observed a significant reduction in my chronic pain, thanks in large part to Diballa. I could not be more pleased and have referred her to several friends...Also, no long waiting periods either! She recently moved to a new office, which is quite comfortable and provides a very healthy and warm environment. I rarely give recommendations, but this is one I heartedly give without any reservations! read more

I never review, but I feel compelled to let others know how truly wonderful this healer is! I called the office on Tuesday with a stiff neck and shoulder hoping to get an appointment in the next week or so. The receptionist was so kind in answering my insurance questions and had the Doctor speak to me personally to set up an appointment the same day! Not only was I greeted warmly, but I was comforted and reassured that I would be well taken care of from the get go. Dr. Diballa is extremely caring, personable, and knowledgeable. I have been to many chiropractors in the past few years, and she is by far the best. I am shocked at how well I feel today, just after two visits! I don't think I've ever wanted to hug a doctor after a visit before, but she was just so wonderful that I couldn't help myself. I will be (and already have started) recommending her to ALL my family, friends, and coworkers. I'm also going to be trying out a few of her magic muscle moves on my boyfriend, because I have never felt a massage so amazing in my life! She makes those decade-old knots just melt away....
