I've been dealing with severe TMJ issues for years--constant headaches, neck pain, dizziness, and even occasional blurred vision. After seeing Dr. Jeri for just two months, the improvement has been incredible. I felt relief almost immediately. The dizziness is completely gone, headaches are now few and far between, and my neck has noticeably better mobility. I'm also sleeping better than I ever have. Dr. Jeri is exceptional--thorough, attentive, and genuinely invested in your well-being. My only regret is not coming to see her sooner. read more

I've been coming to Dr. Jeri for years. She's an excellent chiropractor, extremely knowledgeable, and I trust her with all my family's adjustments (including my kids, ages 3 and 7). Recently, I had limited range of motion in my neck, and she was able to get me in quickly and fix the issue. I'm beyond grateful and highly recommend her. read more

There are many great reasons to go to Healing Choices--easy parking & office access, easy online scheduling, simple and transparent billing, clean and cozy office, etc., but the biggest reason is Dr. Jeri is simply an amazing healthcare provider! Her treatments consistently get me back on track whether it's been from an injury, major surgery, sleeping on a new mattress, new exercise regimen--she's helped me through so much. She's an excellent listener with expert command of her practice. She pinpoints issues quickly and makes everything feel miraculously better. No fear-inducing scary adustments, but mostly pings with the activator or gentle manipulation. My most common experience is going to her for a maintenance visit, saying, "Oh, by the way, there's been this small odd pain...." She feels around the area and makes me realize the pain hasn't been small at all, but affecting a signficant part of my body, then with a few pings of the activator, a little muscle massage here, a little limb movement there...I walk out a new person--more comfortable, more flexible, stronger and happier. Why go through life in pain or out of balance? Do your hard-working body a favor and go see Dr. Jeri. She's an absolute gem! read more

She's incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and truly understands your situation. She really listens, and you feel completely at ease during the session. I highly recommend cold laser therapy with Dr. Jeri! She tried it on my knee that had a pain level of 9/10. After 5 treatments, my pain level is 2 or 3/10. The laser therapy is fast and painless and it helped me tremendously. If you are having a hard time getting rid of pain, you should try her cold laser therapy. You will not regret it! read more

I've been seeing Dr. Jeri at Healing Choices for several years now and have had chiropractic, cold laser, and massage therapy treatments. I can't speak highly enough about the approach that Dr. Jeri takes with her clients. She treats her patients holistically and will do adjustments from head to toe. Cold laser therapy was the most effective treatment I had ever received for a long term knee injury. I have been pain-free in that knee for 5 years now, and pre-laser treatment I was dealing with daily pain. I've seen Dr. Jeri routinely throughout pregnancy as well, and she does specialized adjustments that are pregnancy-safe and help alleviate the inevitable discomfort that comes with pregnancy. Dr. Jeri is amazing--if you're looking for a chiropractor with a focus on overall wellness and who is committed to listening to and working with each patient individually, then look no further! read more

I've been seeing Dr Jeri since 2004 and started in her LA office. I like to tell people that she helps me walk upright. Because I have a job where I sit often and drive long distances, my mobility is sometimes compromised and Dr Jeri puts it back me into alignment and action. What I appreciate more is her holistic approach--I suffer from multiple autoimmune disorders and she has helped tremendously with everything from massages, CBD oils, supplements, stretches and my favorite: laser therapy. I've used the laser for hormone therapy, thyroid stimulation, lymphatic drainage and even plantar fasciitis with notable differences and improvement. I appreciate her, the staff and everyone's interest in creating a balanced mind, body and spirit. I've since moved near the Thousand Oaks office, which has its own cozy-cool vibe and is tucked away on an adorable street. The LA office is more "efficient" and doesn't have the same comforts, but the location is ideal in Culver City and the services are the same, which is what really matters! read more

Dr Jeri is amazing!! I am so thankful that my health journey took me to her. Not only has she improved my chiropractic health, she has also helped me improve my cholesterol and hormone levels. Helping me to feel better than I have in years. She offers a well rounded health experience. What I am most impressed by is her intuition and how she knows what you need at each individual visit. I have seen other chiropractors and they always do the exact same adjustments each time no matter how you are feeling. She doesn't do that. She assess you and treats you as your body needs each time you are there. read more

I am very happy that I found Dr Jeri. She is amazing and has helped me tremendously with my chronic back pain. From our first meeting, you can tell she has your best interest at hand. Warm, friendly, and just a caring human. That's all the traits you look for in an individual you are asking to help you in pain. The office staff is amazing as well. You feel very welcome from the minute you walk in the door. Thank you Healing Hands for helping me with my issues. read more

I have found Dr. Jeri from Yelp. I have to say she is truly the most knowledgeable, patient, and honest chiropractor I have ever met. She took the time to talk to me and I have never felt rushed. She has helped my shoulder heal. She helped me pick the right pillows, and discover the root cause of my foot and knee pain so I can wear flats again. Her goal is to make me feel better, and she would ask me to come less frequent when I don't need as much help ... a VERY HONEST doctor :). Her energy is so positive, fun, and kind that I can feel and see it every time I am at her office :) read more

I can't recommend Dr. Jeri and the staff at Healing Choices enough!! Do yourself a favor and call for an appointment ASAP!! I just wanted to get that out of the way in case you don't end up reading my long and glowing post about Dr. Jeri and Healing Choices! I was referred to Dr. Jeri by my son's pediatrician. My son was suffering from back pain and neck pain. Dr. Jeri barely touched him before she noticed that he might have a slight curve to his spine. She didn't want to treat him until she knew what was going on, so she ordered x-rays and we scheduled a follow up for afterwards. He did in fact, have a slight 3% curvature that was probably the cause of the pain, spasms and tightening he was experiencing. She adjusted him (once per week, initially), gave him exercises and instructed him on how to sit and stand properly. Within 2 weeks, he felt 80% better. He continued to see Dr. Jeri for regular maintenance and within one year the curvature in his spine was reduced to 1%!! During this time, my other son, and myself also became patients of Dr. Jeri. I have had years of intermittent back pain and spasms that I thought I just had to live with. With routine maintenance from Dr. Jeri, exercises and monthly therapeutic massages from her amazing massage therapists (also in her office), I feel so much better! I am no longer constantly worried that my back is going to go "out" if I move the wrong way. I have utilized her office not only for chiropractic care and massage therapy but I have also had wonderful results being treated for my hormonal cystic acne by the Cold Laser Therapy (LLLT) she has in her office. While going through menopause, my chin would break out with painful bumps. The cold Laser Therapy cut down on the amount and the severity of the cysts that I would get monthly. Last thing, I promise - the use of the supplements she sells in her office has been an amazing positive change in my life. With her guidance and knowledge, I am on a regimen of supplements that has made my body and mind feel healthier. She also has extensive knowledge of the CBD line of products that she uses and sells in her practice which I have used in many different ways (inflammation, pain, brain fog, ect...) with great results. Her office is a wonderful resource for our community!! read more

I walked out feeling so much better! I went into Dr. Jeri's office in pain and unable to walk much at all. I walked out feeling great with the pain alleviated. It was my first visit to a chiropractor and I was a lifelong skeptic. I have now been convinced that I made a great decision to see Dr. Jeri. Her office staff is very friendly and welcoming and this made me feel at ease as soon as I walked in. Everything was explained to me quickly and comprehensively. Dr. Jeri is very nurturing and gentle and explained everything she wanted to do before getting started. She made sure I was comfortable with any suggestions she had for my care. After only about 20 minutes I was able to stand up and walk without any pain at all. She gave me some instructions about stretching and exercising to do at home to strengthen my back. I would highly recommend to anyone with back pain or needing an adjustment to make an appointment with this awesome healer. read more

My wife and I have been patients of Healing Choices (Dr. Jeri) for well over 16 years. Dr. Jeri has managed my lower back pain to the point that I only need a tune up every few months. I feel amazing. Dr. Jeri and her Cold Laser Therapist, Crystal, are quite literally, my "healers". I have suffered with CHRONIC plantar fasciitis, in both feet, for the past 5 years. I could barely walk after getting up from sitting. I sought podiatry and none of them could resolve my pain... Waste of time. Recently Dr. Jeri suggested Cold Laser Therapy and foot and calf massage. This was the answer!! This was never suggested by my podiatrist. After 3 back to back therapy treatments from Crystal I saw astonishing results. I never thought I would ever heal from this debilitating pain but I did. My pain was a 10 when I began therapy, now it is a low 2 in both feet. I'm now walking and hiking again... I'm so thrilled over this! Healing Choices also gives me at home exercises and stretches to keep my pain under control. You have to check out Healing Choices. Dr. Jeri and her staff are very kind and professional. Go see Dr. Jeri and Crystal, you will love this kind of treatment and you deserve to feel better. read more

Dr. Jeri is the best! She had fixed me after a car accident, and then I have continued to go to her for adjustments for the past 10 years. I was referred to Dr. Jeri and she is amazing. Her office is very welcoming and Laura, her front desk staff, is very friendly. I have tendinitis in my left shoulder and did physical therapy for 2 months, which offered little help. My friend mentioned that she goes to Dr. Jeri and told me to try it. I was a little skeptical and nervous but I decided to go see her because my shoulder was not getting better. I had a hard time lifting my arm above my head, had some swelling in my fingers and it was hard for me to grip things. I had a hard time doing my daughter's hair and I definitely had a hard time doing my zumba class because a lot of the movements required me to lift my hands above my head. I went to Dr. Jeri for 3 weeks and I can honestly say that my shoulder is about 90% better. I was able to do both my daughter's and my hair with little to no discomfort. Two day later, I went to zumba class and was able to raise my hand over my head. I still have a little ways to go but Dr. Jeri gave me some great exercises and other things to do to get my shoulder back in shape. I will continue to see her until my shoulder is 100% better and plan on taking my son to see her as well. She explains everything that she's doing and tell you why she's doing it. I would definitely recommend her to my friends and family. read more
