They just give you a little donut with a paper towel on it that's disgusting. You smash your face into the massage table over and over again during the massage. It's ironic because I saw the face hole extension things under the bed when I dropped my earring. They just don't use them. When they have you flip over they give you a pillow to lay your head on. If you turn the light on after your massage I'll see how disgusting that pillow is too. Yuck. Apparently there is a wine tasting room next-door. That sounds very appealing to get a massage and then go winetasting after I guess? However, you can just hear the live music booming through the walls while you're getting a massage. It's not very relaxing. During my experience my lady did not understand what the word "NO" meant. I think that she thinks it means to bruise me over and over and make me stop the massage. When I asked him to work on my hands he sat down moving his hands over my hands without applying any pressure at all. What made it worse, I had two appointments canceled with less than 30 minutes notice. For a session with a "Master Therapist," I expected much better. I felt like the quality and care simply weren't there. I will not be returning.
