Been going here since 2014. I feel great after I see her. I always get chair massage or a foot massage sometimes both.

My schedule doesn't allow me to go to a regular massage therapist where I have to book an appointment well in advance. So I usually go to the Chinese foot massage places where I can simply walk in. Needless to say, these are always hit and miss. Let me tell you, this place is a hit. One of the best massages I have had, and I get them regularly. The lady was strong, did a fabulous deep tissue, her strokes were long and fluid. There is a bar bolted to the ceiling where she could hold on as she walked on my back, allowing her to control the amount of pressure. It was simply fabulous. The place is clean, smells fresh, I was seen right away on my lunch hour at straight up noon (most places are usually packed at lunch and run out of therapists, I saw at least five other people in there, and there were at least two masseuse's waiting). She did a hot stone massage near the end of the hour, and while those sat on my back, she gave me a fabulous head massage. Simply fabulous!

And then she went out 3-4 times to take payments from other customers. I was never fully covered, at one point sheet was completely off when she walked out and back in. I gave this place 6 months before writing a review so I could see if the service and billing met my…read moreexpectations. Overall, I give this place a 4.5 stars. In the beginning, I tried a few massage therapists to see who I would regularly go to and by the third time, I found the right person for me. I also found a back up person in the event he was not available. On two separate occasions, I brought friends with me and one loved it and another thought it was okay. If you're going to give this place a chance, you need to go a few times to try people out. Anyways, the ladies at the front desk were nice and billed on time. When I cancelled my membership, I had to print a form, fill it out, and scan it back to them. The process wasn't something that could be done over the phone. Once I did that, I wasn't billed on August 17, 2024 and I was glad it was easy to stop my membership. The reason I stopped was because I have an ongoing subscription elsewhere that I need to start using and I don't need both. Once the other ends, I will definitely be back. The minor issues I didn't like here was the start and end time - some therapist don't do the full 45 mins when you pay for 60 mins. They take too much time off for the dressing part and consultation. Then management doesn't restock their water bottles all the time so you don't get your water at the end. Parking has never been an issue but it's a small lot and my friend had to park on the street when it was full. These aren't deal breakers but not 5 stars worthy.

I ended the session early, deeply uncomfortable, and reported it to the front desk immediately. The owner, Janice, initially apologized but later defended the therapist's actions, saying she "didn't have time" to ask for permission. No apology ever came from the therapist. I've filed a formal complaint with the California Massage Therapy Council. This was a serious violation of boundaries, and others deserve to know.

Nancy gave me a massage and listened to my needs, she even added hot rocks to help with some of my lower back pain. I felt safe, the place is clean, and has a wonderful atmosphere. If I had only two words with which to review my experience here, they would be "fast" and…read more"furious." With more words, something like this: I was really stressed out and trying to avoid burning out totally so I thought I'd get a massage. I came in during my lunch break to ask about an evening appointment and the woman behind the counter asked what time, I said 4:30 and she said okay, see you then. She didn't ask for my name, contact info, what I wanted done or for how long. Do they only have one option here? I came back at 4:30 and the woman showed me to the massage room. It was minimalist but functional. She didn't seem ready to volunteer any information so I asked how long the massage would be? 60 min? 90 min? I was told one hour. She left while I undressed and lay on the table. She returned and began. I told her I had come in because I had injured my left shoulder and wanted some help. She focused almost the whole hour on my shoulders which I appreciated, but overall she was just so... uncommunicative. She asked nothing of me, and only once asked if I was okay. She was very strong and seemed knowledgeable in the ways of muscle massage, but did not seem to have a great empathy for me as a customer. I'm more sensitive than most and her strong touch was mostly uncomfortable, sometimes painful. She responded some when I flinched, cried out or tensed up but her fingers and hands felt like steamrollers over the knots in my muscles. I already knew I liked a slow massage, but this made me 100% certain. It felt like she was trying to cram 120 minutes of massage into 60 and the hot towel was nice, as were the hot stones when they didn't feel like they were burning me. Her abrupt departures from the room to get those things was a little awkward though, and twice the pressure she put on my sore muscles reduced me to tears! I waited a few days before writing this review. I wanted to see if the massage had made my shoulder better. If the gain was worth the pain. The next day, my shoulders and neck were literally sore to the touch. Gentle pressure on them hurt, though that went away by about the second day. My shoulder feels better than it did, but I don't have improved range of motion I had hoped for. Finally, I was hoping a massage would pull me back from the brink of burnout, but I had to take two days off work after my massage because the whole thing had so completely worn me out it pushed me that much more over the edge. Also I had no idea how much things cost since there was really no communication! After my massage I went out to the front desk (where the woman asked me for only the second time if I was okay) and asked how much it was. She said $40 per hour. I confirmed I had been there for an hour and paid/tipped and left. Final thoughts: If you like a strong massage and are not too picky about technique or communication about your wants/needs, this might be the right place for you. If you need someone who makes an effort to understand you as a person and your needs for massage, I recommend looking elsewhere.

If you've been searching for a professional who combines skill, convenience, and a healing touch, look no further. Here is why you need to book with him: * Ultimate Convenience: Finding a therapist with amazing hands who is also mobile is a game-changer. Justin comes right to your door with everything--table, oils, and tools. Being able to melt into healing relaxation on my lunch break is a work-from-home luxury I didn't know I needed! * Versatility & Skill: It is rare to find someone who can cater to different needs so perfectly. My husband prefers to be "destroyed" by deep pressure, while I look for pure relaxation. Justin mastered both styles effortlessly. * The Healing Touch: He isn't just a massage therapist, he's a Reiki Master. You can truly feel that extra level of "the works" in his technique. It's a holistic healing experience that goes beyond just a standard massage. * Affordable & Flexible: Despite the high-end service, his rates are incredibly affordable. While he has a space in the Agoura Hills, his mobile service to LA and VC is a phenomenal value. Whether you need deep tissue work or a relaxing escape, Justin is the best in the business. Do yourself a favor and book an appointment--your body will thank you!

There's something truly special about receiving this kind of work in an environment where you already feel safe and at ease -- it amplified the healing in such a beautiful way. Jay seamlessly blends therapeutic massage with reiki, chakra balancing, and intuitive energy healing. I could actually feel stagnant energy releasing and a sense of balance being restored as he worked. The experience went far beyond physical relief -- I felt emotionally lighter, energetically clearer, and more aligned in myself. Jay has a grounding, calming presence that immediately puts you at ease. If you're looking for bodywork that honors the mind-body-spirit connection and comes to you, don't hesitate to book.
