However, I tried to schedule a massage yesterday, which I showed up for. I was hesitant about having a male masseuse but I truly needed a massage and Holy was out of town. The male masseuse made me feel uncomfortable, mentioned that the solution to my problems were to marry a masseuse and when I mentioned I'm in a relationship he mentioned him giving me foot massages . I then left the massage early (20 minutes into the massage) and I spoke to the lady at the front desk who was very sweet and understanding, and told me that I am scheduled the following week for a regular two hour massage with Holly. I left feeling better that a place was so understanding excited for my massage with Holly the following week. I then received a call from one of the owners the following day while at work stating that she was sorry about my experience but she was asking if she could charge 55 dollars for my massage with the male masseuse who thought I had just left to the restroom. I did not feel comfortable going back and explaining the scenario to the masseuse, I had thought that my experience with the front office staff was sufficient. I then told the owner I have no problem pls charge me 60 and I will not be returning to this massage spa. This is a place supposedly run by women, I was expecting greater understanding and care rather than immediately pivoting to the charge. As a regular customer as well, I was shocked especially I explained the entire sequence of events over the phone . Very disappointed. I hope no one else has this experience, but it was important I shared my own.

If you've been searching for a professional who combines skill, convenience, and a healing touch, look no further. Here is why you need to book with him: * Ultimate Convenience: Finding a therapist with amazing hands who is also mobile is a game-changer. Justin comes right to your door with everything--table, oils, and tools. Being able to melt into healing relaxation on my lunch break is a work-from-home luxury I didn't know I needed! * Versatility & Skill: It is rare to find someone who can cater to different needs so perfectly. My husband prefers to be "destroyed" by deep pressure, while I look for pure relaxation. Justin mastered both styles effortlessly. * The Healing Touch: He isn't just a massage therapist, he's a Reiki Master. You can truly feel that extra level of "the works" in his technique. It's a holistic healing experience that goes beyond just a standard massage. * Affordable & Flexible: Despite the high-end service, his rates are incredibly affordable. While he has a space in the Agoura Hills, his mobile service to LA and VC is a phenomenal value. Whether you need deep tissue work or a relaxing escape, Justin is the best in the business. Do yourself a favor and book an appointment--your body will thank you!

My schedule doesn't allow me to go to a regular massage therapist where I have to book an appointment well in advance. So I usually go to the Chinese foot massage places where I can simply walk in. Needless to say, these are always hit and miss. Let me tell you, this place is a hit. One of the best massages I have had, and I get them regularly. The lady was strong, did a fabulous deep tissue, her strokes were long and fluid. There is a bar bolted to the ceiling where she could hold on as she walked on my back, allowing her to control the amount of pressure. It was simply fabulous. The place is clean, smells fresh, I was seen right away on my lunch hour at straight up noon (most places are usually packed at lunch and run out of therapists, I saw at least five other people in there, and there were at least two masseuse's waiting). She did a hot stone massage near the end of the hour, and while those sat on my back, she gave me a fabulous head massage. Simply fabulous!
