I took a chance on this hidden gem & I am so thankful I did! I went to Sam after a 12+ hour flight & had a lot of pain in my hips from sitting so long. He was able to work out majority of my tightness and gave me an amazing deep tissue massage! Most massage therapists I've found give only relaxing massages, but Sam was able to keep me relaxed while also providing results to improve my pain. And the prices are affordable! Will definitely be coming back! read more

This was my second time at Jade Spa and it was fantastic again! Sam, the owner, is professional, knowledgeable and very kind. He takes the time to discuss your individual therapeutic needs and ensures your masseuse is well informed prior to your treatment. I tried cryotherapy for the first time to help ease my sciatica pain and it was extremely beneficial. I would highly recommend Jade Spa for any of your massage needs! Sofia and Amy were THE best therapists I have had in years!!! read more

I made a last minute booking online for a 1hr deep tissue massage and I am so glad I did! Making the reservation was super easy and quick. I was pleasantly surprised when I walked in because there were crystals and fun things to look at near the counter. My therapist was Sam who is also the owner! I was having a lot of lower back pain and the massage was amazing. I didn't want to leave. When I left Sam gave me some chocolate and aesthetic butterfly pea tea. I will definitely be back sometime soon! Thanks Sam! I was reluctant to write this review because I want to keep this place for myself. Oh well enjoy! read more

Great experiment at Jade Spa. I had quite the kink if my neck and Sam was great and seemed very knowledgeable. Woke up feeling so much better and more relaxed after the deep tissue session. I live in Simi Valley and wanted to try something closer to me. This place got great reviews and they specifically had an office massage for those who sit at a desk all day like me where my neck and shoulders were just killing me. Called and made an appointment same day and when I get there they were so nice, offered me water and snacks, the place was so clean too, and after they even gave me a free air freshener diffuser! My therapist Markie was so nice and attentive. Always checking to make sure I was ok and the pressure was good. Definitely would come back! read more

Very nice relaxing massage. Manager is very helpful and nice. The price points are good and you actually get a 60 minute massage instead of 50 minutes which is not usual for most places. read more

My husband and I did a couples massage today which we both loved. I got a prenatal massage and my husband got the Thai massage. My massage therapist made sure I was comfortable and my belly was supported. The massage itself was very relaxing. It was exactly what I needed during this stage of my pregnancy. My husband said his Thai massage was incredible. The establishment is very clean. The staff was friendly. We got offered bottled water before and after our massage. The only complaint I have is that you can hear the chatter from the salon next door while getting your massage. We were able to tune it out, but having the spa music a little louder may help. read more

I just recently had a one hour massage from Sam. He was very attentive and really good. I came out of the massage really relaxed and rejuvenated. I highly recommend this place. Sam at Jade Spa has absolute magic hands. I've had a lot of massages over the years, but this was truly on another level. From the moment the session started, Sam immediately knew exactly where the tension was and how to work it out. Every movement felt intentional, precise, and incredibly relaxing. I walked in carrying stress in my shoulders and back, and by the end of the session I felt completely reset. The pressure was perfect, the flow of the massage was seamless, and the entire experience was both therapeutic and deeply calming. The atmosphere at Jade Spa is peaceful and welcoming, and you can tell they really care about providing a high-quality wellness experience. read more

First experience today with fiancé and I. Exceeded our expectations and more. They found all of our knots and more. It was painfully good. Highly recommend! Thank you, Jade Spa! read more

Love love love this place! Sam is an incredible masseuse!! I spend a lot of time at a desk and the Office Syndrome service always gets me right! What I appreciate most is how collaborative the service is. He checks in, listens, and tailors the massage to exactly what I need in that moment. He is very knowledgeable and informative about pain if you ask. No cookie-cutter service here. If you're a chatterbox like me, Sam is so easy to talk to; but if you're looking for a quiet, calm service that is also respected. I love this place and I will keep coming back! read more

I made a last minute massage appointment and they were so accommodating. I immediately heard back from Sam about my preference on a female or male massage therapist. My first time going to Jade Spa and had a really great massage by Sam. Would highly reccomend this place. Very friendly and relaxing!

I had shoulder surgery this past summer and I'm still recovering but the 10 minute massages at PT just aren't long enough. I walked by the Spa one day and the incense smell was very inviting. The owner, Sam, was very kind and his spa offers many different types of treatments. I was so impressed I booked a 90 minute massage. The rooms are clean, private and very comfortable with a hanging robe if you need one and a warm massage table to lay on. The massage was fantastic! I knew it was going to be great when they placed a heating pad on my lower back before the massage even started. I will definitely go back. Sam is very knowledgeable and really worked out all my kinks! read more

I'm not going to make a long drawn out story over my experience at this particular spa, the main thing I wanted to emphasize is that it was night and day different between the one I went to in the city of Long Beach on stern Avenue. I really felt that I got my money's worth this time. 1.The place was clean, it was very quiet and peaceful also. 2. Immediately upon entering the Spa I was greeted professionally. 3. After speaking with me to identify what my needs were, I was escorted to a room where the room was also very clean. 4. Instructions on the process that would take place next were clearly spelled out. 5. The therapist did identify herself. 6. Really concerned when I heard the voice of a female, I was not quite certain I was going to get a deep tissue massage that I expected but I was surprised. When the female therapist completed my deep tissue massage, I actually felt that I got my money's worth and then some. 7. The only thing I didn't like about is that I had to drive so far to get a good massage but sometimes you have to travel or spend more to get what you're looking for. Gas prices out here is greatly expensive, Make sure you get your gas before you travel to this location if you're looking to go to a really good spa that will obviously be a good drive in this case. Thank you very much. read more

Sam is the best! I came in sore and came out feeling like I was walking on a cloud. But the best thing was what he did for my knees. I didn't know massage could be so helpful for arthritic knees. Can't wait to go back! read more

I need deep tissue bodywork regularly for a health condition- and Sam at Jade Spa delivers! It's a clean, professional space, and reasonably priced. Sam has expertise, experience, and professionalism. I felt great after his work and will be returning! read more

I had a Swedish massage with hot stone with Kelly, and it was the highlight of my week. I work in a high stress job and my shoulders were tight. She spent more time on the Swedish massage portion than the hot stone part, which I prefer. The pressure was a moderate pressure, which helps get rid of the knots on my shoulders. I felt so relaxed at the end of the massage. At the end of the massage, I got a cup of lavender tea and a piece of chocolate, which was a nice treat. Other spas I've been to only give you a cup of water. The spa is beautifully decorated. Bathroom is large and clean. Lots of parking available. I'm looking forward to my next massage. read more

New spa in town, I had to try it out. I was greeted by the friendly staff who helped me choose the Combination massage and facial. Sarah was my masseuse and she worked wonders on my tense back. The facial was calming and I noticed my skin looked and felt better. When I was checking out, they prepared a lavender and butterfly pea flower tea that was quite refreshing. I then made an appointment in two weeks for myself and my best friend. Service was excellent and happy to find a spa with great customer service! read more

Hands down one of the best massages I've ever had! I booked Sam for a 90 minute Swedish massage for sciatica pain, and he worked miracles on my back and my neck! I literally walked out an inch taller because my neck has not been that straight in years. He used several techniques that I've never experienced before that got right to the core of my issues, and he was able to pinpoint all of my problem areas. I cannot recommend him highly enough, and I've been telling all my friends and family about Sam and Jade Spa! read more

Wonderful couples massage! I was fortunate enough to have the owner as my massage therapist and he did an excellent job giving me an actual deep-tissue massage. I hold a lot of tension in my neck/shoulders and I left more relaxed than when I came in. The following day I had even less tension and felt like I had regained some range of motion. I greatly appreciated the heating option on the massage table as I often get too cold! I loved that there was a couples massage space. Overall--it was a great, relaxing experience and a wonderful date! My husband was so relaxed he took a brief nap and I now have witnesses to him snoring! We will be coming back. read more
