I tried a new place because my three back ups were all booked the day I wanted to go. This place is very dirty. They have disgusting carpet that never gets vacuumed in the rooms. I only know this because I dropped my earring and turned the light on and was met with a very gross flooring. They don't use the table extension for you to put your face through. They just give you a little donut with a paper towel on it that's disgusting. You smash your face into the massage table over and over again during the massage. It's ironic because I saw the face hole extension things under the bed when I dropped my earring. They just don't use them. When they have you flip over they give you a pillow to lay your head on. If you turn the light on after your massage I'll see how disgusting that pillow is too. Yuck. Apparently there is a wine tasting room next-door. That sounds very appealing to get a massage and then go winetasting after I guess? However, you can just hear the live music booming through the walls while you're getting a massage. It's not very relaxing. During my experience my lady did not understand what the word "NO" meant. I think that she thinks it means to bruise me over and over and make me stop the massage. I have a black bruise on my vertebrate. Never go here.

My mom just had foot surgery not too long ago and she asked that they avoid her foot, which they did not and she had to tell them to stop multiple times. At the end, we went to give a $5 tip per massage (10%) and the owner demanded more saying it's a minimum of $10 tip per person. First of all, there's no such thing as a minimum tip. Second, $5 was too generous for the kind of massage we each got. I will not be going back and encourage you to go elsewhere as there are plenty of other great parlors in the area.

This place is not ready for customers yet. We made an appt and they had us waiting in the lounger chairs with our feet in water for 15 minutes. There were only two people working at the time and the man had to finish his other customer before starting on me. Nothing said, no communication whatsoever. We were just laying there waiting for something to happen. Now we're getting both our massage. The phone rings. She leaves. Then comes back. Some device started playing a loud commercial. She leaves to turn it off. She comes back. Meanwhile, the man has no idea what he's doing to me. He's pushing on all the wrong parts of my body. There is no real routine or methodology. (I think maybe he has watched someone give a massage once and figured he was armed with all the knowledge he needed.) He rubs knee bones and goes around and around my ankle for 2 minutes. (He must have been daydreaming.) The man doesn't know the difference between bone and muscle. He compressed my head between his hands. Rubbed my face too hard, pulling my skin. There came a point where I just couldn't take it anymore. I had to stop halfway through and leave. About 30 minutes later my husband comes out after his massage is completed. She stopped massaging him when our hour was up, but apparently, she forgot (or didn't care) that the first 15 minutes was a foot soak. She had some knowledge of how a chair massage should go but it was still the worst massage he's had at a foot massage place. They were very nice when I said I had to leave. I didn't explain the real reason for my departure. I'm all about patronizing a mom and pop but these folks are offering a service they simply have no idea how to provide. Just don't come here.
