Sometimes it's not a good fit. Maybe the room is wrong or you're just not vibing with this particular massage therapist. So say something. Stop the massage and ask for another therapist or the one you want. This is your time that you have paid for. Don't lie there for an hour getting angry then leave a one star review. Don't be a victim. Get what you came there for. It's up to you to leave relaxed and fulfilled. Every massage therapist there is excellent or they wouldn't be there.

Incredibly accommodating, always makes me feel so welcomed, and truly goes above and beyond to make sure I'm comfortable during every appointment. She'll literally pull out laptop and iPhone chargers for me, checks in throughout the service, and has the most positive attitude ever. She's also a perfectionist in the best way possible. My nails always come out exactly how I want them, clean, precise, and flawless. You can tell she genuinely cares about her work and her clients.
