I've been to Lucy's several times pretty much always pleasantly surprised with the quality of the good massage if you're lucky enough to get Anna it is really in amazing massage read more

The massage was terrible. Worst 60 dollars i ever spent. My neck and shoulder still aches after the massage. The massage therapist was in a rush and i had to explain what deep tissue was. I would never recommend this place read more

This place is poorly run and managed. Each time you go they give you a different person to deal with. They raised their price to $60. Is it worth the increase? No very mediocre. read more

this place is a sleeper. looks like it won't impress you but the ladies there know their stuff. they are older ladies if that bothers you but for me i come to feel better and they don't disappoint. Very reasonably priced and a simple shop with little extra going for it. if you are there for ambiance this is not the place, but if you want a great massage you have found the right place. one of the best massages of my life (and i have had a lot) was from a tall older lady here. Bless her she was on point with everything i asked for and i came away surprised at her massage skills. heavy well deserved tip. I will be back. read more

I have been going here since I moved to Camarillo (5 yrs) it's efficient and a great deal price wise. These ladies are strong. It's hard to communicate any special requests but I find that they will figure out what needs work and fix it for you you should away get 90 minutes for a good deep tissue massage. read more

I have been coming here for a year now and always have a good experience. They always have you pay up front which I don't mind. Today after finishing my massage I asked the lady if I had to sign the receipt to tip to which she said she had to run my card again. She asked how much I wanted to tip and I said $5 as the massage wasn't all that compared to other times. She started laughing and said "just $5 not $10" I said no. She then asked if I didn't like the massage. At this point I was in disbelief that she was laughing in my face. I straight up said that tipping was optional and that she was being rude and walked out. I called back and asked to speak to the owner or manager and of course she answered and said "we busy" and hung up on me. I had my friend call to try and get ahold of the manager and she hung up on her too! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I will never come back!! read more

Best experience here ever!! My husband and I came in tonight for two 90 minute massages.. Rebecca and Garice were just perfection We highly recommended Lucy's in Camarillo and will consistently be coming back!! read more

We called before arriving, good thing we did because they couldn't do a walk in. When we got there an hour and half before closing time they still took us in. Private room included full body, removing your clothes, oil massage starting prone, and hot stones. Susan is a small lady but she's strong and she used her elbows and knees on my back. She pulled my extremities which reminded me of a Thai massage. I appreciated how she reminded me that I can request softer or harder or if I had any questions. Definitely coming back to try the foot reflexology. read more

Great massage. Nice atmosphere, quiet and peaceful. Several people working so no problem waiting. Everyone here is very skilled and professional. Great one hour or 90 minutes even better. I strongly suggest Lucy's for a healing massage read more

This was my first time getting a massage so I don't have anything else to compare it with, but it was definitely worth it. I'm constantly on my feet for work and after a long week I called to see if they had availability for a foot massage and I went in within the hour. The massage was lovely, price was great, and the staff were kind and friendly. Will be going back. read more

Terrible experience. Both Masseuse gave terrible massages and had to get told watch boundaries multiple times. I'm not sure if their really licensed. Stay away. I have better massages done for myself. Don't do it. PLEASE!!! read more

After the disaster at the first place I went to, I called this place and the lady who answered very clearly told me she could see me within 5 minutes. I made it here in a New York minute. They're in a weird corner. Not gonna lie, it was a little confusing getting here. I actually ended up across the street. The nice lady greeted me at the front and led me to the room at the very back. I didn't catch her name, but she went to town the moment she walked in the door. I have to say that was a different kind of massage. She asked if I wanted it soft or hard. The answer of course is hard. It didn't seem like she was at hard level, but then I started hearing bones pop. That was the very definition of a full body massage. She really went to town. I'm so glad I shaved today because she straight stretched all my limbs. I'm coming back for the 90 minutes session. read more

Terrible customer service, poor English, rude. It was all so bad. Maybe if you spend more and are a man but I walked in and waited for an hour foot massage only to be snubbed by the visibly annoyed woman. After waiting she scowled at me that she could only do 30 minutes and I should have left but I didn't. I was hoping to have a decent ending to a very stressful day and it was NOT. Never again! No stars read more

Been going here for 10 years and was always good, but the last time was really mediocre massage and gave it one more chance to only be really disappointed! Had an appointment and still waited 35 min before being seen. During the massage the masseuse was interrupted 5 times, leaves n comes back. The massage was so subpar it didn't even feel hardly any feel the pressure from their hands, like they didn't want to be there and just wasting time on non massaging techniques to finish your hour. Too many other great places and sadly I'm done with this one place look elsewhere read more

Terrible, this is definitely a whore house. Can hear people having sex, I left early told them I was uncomfortable listening to people having sex. They still made me pay full price and were surprised I didn't want to leave a tip! Disgusting!! Zero stars read more

Nice, clean and definitely will come back. Their hot stone massage is the best in the area. read more

PLEASE DONT COME HERE! If I can rate this zero stars I would. I came here with my sister to get a massage and we picked the $50 private room and we waited for 20 minutes for them just to get started. When they finally came in they kept talking and their massaging was painful! After the massage I went to pay and they kept telling me cash was better and they preferred it but I only had my card. When I came home my legs started to burn and itch terribly when I went to check I saw bumps all over my legs, so I knew that whatever oil and lotion they used did it! When I called the girl over the phone she kept telling me "idk" "go to hospital" after her rudely disregarding my situation I told her that I wanted a refund or if I do go to the hospital I was going to send her the bill and she hung up on me. Mind you they have very poor English! I urge you not to come here! These people are unprofessional and the product they use will make you break out with bumps! read more

Waste of my money! Very rude ...asked for someone who can give me more pressure. Someone came and was rude. Instead of a 90 minute I ended it for 70 mins and wanted to charge me for the full 90. So dishonest! read more

Highly recommend getting a wonderful massage here. My job is highly physical so I need a good massage to get the muscles relaxed My favorite is the hot stone massage. read more

I love this place, I have been going here with my hubby for couples massage and its a very great deal for the quality massage that you get, they use hot stones and a nice hot towel. Very relaxing. Jenny is my favorite, she is strong and can get my back to crack, no one else has been able to do this ha! Love it here~! read more

I've been waking-up with body aches for several weeks, and every time I promise myself a visit to one of Camarillo's massage parlors. I picked Lucy's because it's across from the Post Office. It had good and bad reviews but I have nothing but good things to say. I have trouble with her name (apologies) but I'll work on it, as I'll definitely be back in a week or two. She knows her stuff. I'm a big guy, and she got to all my sore spots, even ones I didnt realize until she found them. I literally left there feeling energized. 5 stars, for me. read more

What a great massage. Shi Shi has wonderful hands and feet. Love the walk on style. The young girls are pretty but they just don't have that magic in their hands that pops, cracks, snaps a body with sore joints all back in place. So relaxed after wards and she was so easy and thorough. read more

I had a great massage here once and called today to come in. She told me 7:30. I showed up and she told me to come back at 8 because someone before me wasn't done. I waited in my car because it wasn't worth going home and back. Walked in at 8 and she still wasn't ready, didn't tell how long so I sat down and waited. Another 1/2 hour passed and I gave up. So an hour of my day wasted on my only day off for 10 days. Lame. read more

Excellent. My neck and back were killing me. I googled "massage near me" and Lucy's Massage came up. Yelp reviews were good, so I went and met with Anna. I left there feeling wonderful. Anna was excellent! Professional, courteous, and such a great massage therapist. I will ABSOLUTELY return. I am grateful to have found this place. read more

I've had a lot of body massages in my life, but never one quite as strange as the one I had today at Lucy's massage. I went in with my best friend Vickie so we could each have a full body massage. Unfortunately, the staff speaks very very limited English, so that was my first clue. Things wouldn't be great. The masseuse took 20 minutes to come into the room, and while the massage started pleasantly enough, it quickly became apparent that she was not a full body masseuse. She did not have any kneading or massage experience. To the contrary, all she did was use her elbows and forearms to "massage" my back. She did not massage my neck, or my arms or my legs. Nor did she turn me over to do my front. There was no hand massage, there was no foot massage, there was no leg massage. It was really quite the most bizarre experience I've ever had getting a full body massage. I would not recommend Lucy's to anyone based on my experience today. my friend Vickie did enjoy her massage, and together we figured out that while she had a true masseuse, I was serviced by one of the chair masseuses, not a full body girl. I can recommend several other places that charge the same $60 for a much better full body massage. I like "Cosy" massage on Arneill and I like "Happy Feet" on Daily. I have never had a bad experience at either of those places. I will not go back to Lucy's ever again. read more

I called to ask if they take walk ins, here's how the conversation went. Hello? Hi, do you take walk ins? No, busy. Click.

So relaxing & great service! Two friends and I decided to stop in close to closing time and they welcomed us with smiles.

Worst message I've ever had! She answered 6 calls during my massage, left the door open during the massage while I was naked on the table, rubbed me down with sandpaper towels, had horrible bedside manner, was rude for speaking up about her hurting my spine, she doesn't care if you're enjoying it. The quality of her was extremely poor. The massage was rough, fast, rushed, and unskilled. She also cut my time early and tbh i was happy to get the fuck out of there. I wasn't relaxed not fucking once during my massage. I don't know why they even have any good reviews because I couldn't find one redeeming quality about the entire place. I tried so hard to stay positive but after a hard week, this is all I was looking forward to and I was very let down. read more

This place is horrible to anyone of color. They treated as if I was a slave and my skin was infected.. I'm black and beautiful and they should not be in business! The disrespect they display as Asians showing racism! The massage was horrible and I was barley touched, she only wanted to walk on mr with her feet! After I asked to use her hands it downhill! DONT GO HERE EVER! read more

Lucy's Massage - Front of store - Massage Near Me - Camarillo, California

I've had a couple of "chair massages" done here in the past and they weren't too bad. Decided to get a full on body massage on a table in a private room. It was the worst massage I've ever had! I had thought the lady that put me in was gonna massage me but once i put my head down a different older Asian lady ended up doing it. She was terrible! Too too rough, not enjoyable at all! Left me bruised n achy. I would try to explain how I wanted it done, she would do complete opposite! Not a good experience here at all read more

WALK-INS ONLY. APPOINTMENTS NOT HONORED. So, I just left the shop after being told I had to wait 40 minutes for my appointment. I scheduled it 4 hours ago and came 5 minutes early, only to be told they had bumped me for a walk-in who had come 20 minutes before I arrived. This is the third time this has happened. Not much ruffles my feathers (I guess that's why this has happened to me three times), but I'm pretty annoyed. The women who work here are generally good, but scheduling is very unreliable. If you are willing to call last minute and come in right away before someone else gets there or just show up as a walk-in and wait until they are finished, then you will probably have a good massage. If you need to plan your day or like to look forward to something, definitely go somewhere else. It's so disappointing and frustrated to be treated like that. I like to give people a chance and understand that mistakes happen, but I now realize that this is how they do business. It's a deal-breaker for me and for most adults with busy lives. read more

Went there with my husband for a relaxing "couples massage." As soon as we walked through the door the lady at the front asked us for our payment. Which I thought was kinda weird. I've never been to a massage parlor where they ask up front for payment. Oh well, we paid and then they took us to a room where they had two beds. As we are both getting our massages (trying to relax), the ladies giving the massage keep talking to each other in Vietnamese, meanwhile I'm trying to relax and not be rude about it, so I stay quiet. Then during our massage, her cell phone rings and she answers it! Ugh!!! So rude!!! Plus it's so rude that they kept speaking Vietnamese among them as they are giving us the massage! I'll never go back to them again! read more
