I was really hoping for a better experience, but unfortunately, it was disappointing. The place had a strong smell of cigarette smoke, which made it uncomfortable from the start. The woman working there was extremely rude--she made an inappropriate and uncalled-for comment about my husband's stomach, saying he looked pregnant. I was shocked and offended; that's something no one should ever say to a customer. To make matters worse, the water for my foot soak was scorching hot and not adjusted to a comfortable temperature. Been going here for years, even before they moved to old town. I go several times a month because it is a good medium to deep pressure massage. My favorite is the combo massage, 30 mins just on your feet and legs it's amazing and they soak your feet in warm water while they give you a nice facial/head and shoulder massage and arm massage. Then- feet and after you turn over they do your back and legs. It's perfect! And you don't have to change just wear leggings or pants easy to roll up. Money well spent! Last Sunday I had the worst experience... I requested for a 90 min and it was a short guy with not only good massage techniques but he was coughing like non stop. The most brutal 90 mins and I filed a complain to the one in charge. He was very sick that coming home I felt instantaneously some sensitive was on my lip and day after got some blisters and couple days later got sick and ending up with a cough starting yesterday. I made Jack aware of this. Esp with you want a 90min massage and he will just give you some random person to do the services is pretty unfair to the clients and unacceptable not to mention they charged me 100$ for the 90 mins plus tip. Went to a couples massage. Thought it was mediocre. The whole time, the male masseuse was applying very little to no pressure on my body. 90% of the time it was just a stroking motion throughout the whole body. Mostly forearm and elbow was being used on my back and when it came time to put pressure on my shoulder area, I felt like I was being choked since the headrest provided was such poor quality and I was basically being squished to the table making it very hard to breathe. It seemed like the only technique he knew on the back was to use his thumb and apply pressure from the lower back to the shoulder blades repeatedly. Then came the hot stone! I have a pretty high pain tolerance and when he first tested it out it felt fine. Then he started using it on my back and boy it was hot. More than a little uncomfortable but it was already happening so I didn't bother to tell him to stop. Little to nothing was done on my arms, legs, and feet. The lotion used felt really cheap. He would apply it to his hands, rub it on my body in one stroke and then it would feel slightly dry again. Towel used to dry the body was also poor quality. Felt rough to the skin. Only thing I liked the whole massage was when he had me interlock my fingers behind my head and then he put his hands underneath my elbows on both sides and slightly lifted me up. That stretched my arms but left me in a pretty vulnerable state considering I was naked on my upper body and my chest had left the table while I was being lifted. Felt the same while he lifted one side of my elbow and then the other side. While laying face down, only time I felt significant pressure was towards the end when he had both hands on my back and cracked it. When I turned over to lay on my back, he focused on my head. I was looking forward to it, but not surprisingly, not a lot was done. At the end of the massage, my legs were brought up to my chest to stretch it and he slowly shifted it to the opposite side and with a quick push, cracked my back. Same thing was done to the other side. Only reason this place isn't a 1 star is because I never really had any expectations of this place and I didn't completely hate everything. read more

Just walked out of this establishment ever so swiftly. I'm in Cam for a couple weeks and was looking forward to a massage. Called here, asked if someone was available to give a full body massage and the lady on the phone said YES so I said see you in 10 minutes and she again said YES. The forced us into tipping more! Most ridiculous interaction. Tipping is not required and is at client discretion. We paid for the service a tipped about 15% and they wanted at least 25% tip! Absolutely ridiculous!! Especially when they kept getting up and leaving us in the middle of the massage as well as making us wait for an hour. read more

My massage therapist who name Jack, he's massage was PAINFUL so I told him to relax on his pressure...I'm not sure he understands English or what? Now he started to using his ELBOW and digging deep into my shoulders! So I asked him again please less pressure on my shoulder and he said "Really?" so I'm like "Really!!!" After massage I went back to home and I felt really tired so I went to sleep. I woke up and I felt some strange feeling on my shoulders so I touched my shoulders and OMG!!!! Huge bump on my back of neck!!! Today 3/17/2018 As I writing this review and posted my back of neck.my husband called this place to complained this matter to owner of this massage place. He yelled at my husband "what do you want! Many people call me complained so they can get money!!" And guess what he hang up on my husband! No apology! No caring customer! No offered for refund!!! My first one was full of my distaste for this place, specifically this one guy that was working here everyday giving the most terrible massages. Well after my review, they fired the dude and reached out to me apologizing for the poor service that I seemed to receive over and over from this guy. My wife likes this girl named Linda, she has been there a while and she always provides great massages. I tried the new girl 2x, Karen I believe and I must say that for the price I am definitely getting a great deal. I recommend this place, the do not turn you away. You should give more of a tip this is hard work and I deserve more" it was shocking. We'd seen the $35 per person per hour with the pictures in their site on yelp, then called to confirm that they still offered the service and the price. The massage was supposed to include half foot/half body. The massage was great, but included no foot massage at all. When checking out to pay, the cashier said "cash or debit only"...ok, this was not mentioned anywhere ahead of time. The when I paid with debit, they added another $10 on to the bill. I had planned on leaving a tip, but when I saw they'd charged me to use the debit card I did not leave one. I told the cashier as much, and he got angry and threw his pen.
