I was so nervous to go so I hope my review helps someone else wanting to go but too scared. Once you check-in they lead you to one of the massage beds. You sit on the end of the bed and they bring a tub of warm water to soak your feet. I throw my shoes off to the side. They bring out a large cloth with ties and hold it over you so you can take your shirt off while being covered and they tie it in the back. They lower your bra straps to the side and clip your hair up starting to work your back and neck while you're sitting up soaking your feet. Once done you will lay on your back face-up with a blanket over you and washcloth to cover your eyes. They dry your feet and begin working from your head, both arms, feet, and legs. You will flip onto your stomach and they will untie the back the cloth string (to expose your back). You can take your bra off here (I usually do). They work on your back, neck, thighs, etc. Then they bring the hot stones out. They feel amazing on your back. They put the hot stones away and re-tie the cloth strings. They continue to work on your for another 5-10minutes. Once your hour is up you sit up and put your bra back on (over the cloth) Su will untie the cloth and you can pull it out from under your bra (so you are always covered). Then you but your shirt back on, shoes, jewelry, etc. Walk to the front, pay and tip generously! I've had massages $90 each and this places charges $40 plus $10 tip! (I usually tip $15-20 because Su is the best) I came multiple times before finding a masseuse I like. Keep going until you love it! All the customers in there look so relaxed and always have a smile on their face. I came here while pregnant too (you stay face up the whole time).

However, I tried to schedule a massage yesterday, which I showed up for. I was hesitant about having a male masseuse but I truly needed a massage and Holy was out of town. I then left the massage early (20 minutes into the massage) and I spoke to the lady at the front desk who was very sweet and understanding, and told me that I am scheduled the following week for a regular two hour massage with Holly. I left feeling better that a place was so understanding excited for my massage with Holly the following week. I then received a call from one of the owners the following day while at work stating that she was sorry about my experience but she was asking if she could charge 55 dollars for my massage with the male masseuse who thought I had just left to the restroom. I did not feel comfortable going back and explaining the scenario to the masseuse, I had thought that my experience with the front office staff was sufficient. I then told the owner I have no problem pls charge me 60 and I will not be returning to this massage spa. This is a place supposedly run by women, I was expecting greater understanding and care rather than immediately pivoting to the charge. As a regular customer as well, I was shocked especially I explained the entire sequence of events over the phone . Very disappointed. I hope no one else has this experience, but it was important I shared my own.
