I have to say the first time I came here for a foot massage about 6 months ago, it started really…read morewell and then it switched to a guy and when we got to the massage part on my back, I was in agonizing pain. It was way too rough. Tonight I went through a break up and really wanted to release some toxins and bad juju so I decided to give this place another try, booked a 60 minute foot massage and requested a lady. She did such an amazing job and actually I started crying because I felt like I was just like releasing all the bad stuff and she asked if I wanted an additional 30 minutes to make it the 90 minute king massage and I'm so glad that I said yes because they use oil on your back and the hot stones and she did such an amazing job. It was probably one of the top three best massages I've ever gotten. Her name was Anna and she was incredible. I will definitely be returning. She is the only reason I'm giving 5 stars. On a sidenote, the man who was there, for the first 30 minutes of the foot massage part, was so loud clearing his throat, clearing his sinuses, opening candy wrappers, etc It was so distracting and disruptive when I'm trying to relax during massage, but luckily eventually stopped, but if you're the only one there at 9 o'clock at night and someone's eating candy with loud wrappers and clearing their throat, it's not a good vibe for the people paying money to be in a relaxing environment. Do that in the back room and respect your customers.

My first thought was that $100 is surprisingly inexpensive for a massage for two people. So if you are looking for a massage on a budget, this place may be for you. This is a small business, but it is located in a large plaza with plenty of spaces for parking. The spa itself is laid out simply, with semi-private spaces separated by curtains. My bf enjoyed the massage, as he enjoys massages that apply a lot of pressure. I can't say the same for myself. I told my masseuse a few times that it was too hard, and I requested for lighter pressure. It was still too much for me, and I kept bracing myself throughout the session. I would say that No. 1 Heath Spa is perfect for those who want an intense massage that almost breaks you. If you are like me and want a massage to be relaxing, I would probably go someplace else.

I'm 24 female been coming here for a year now. ASK FOR SU!!! She's amazing light/medium pressure…read more If you want stronger pressure go morning/midday. If you want lighter pressure go after 5pm. I was so nervous to go so I hope my review helps someone else wanting to go but too scared. Once you check-in they lead you to one of the massage beds. You sit on the end of the bed and they bring a tub of warm water to soak your feet. I throw my shoes off to the side. They bring out a large cloth with ties and hold it over you so you can take your shirt off while being covered and they tie it in the back. They lower your bra straps to the side and clip your hair up starting to work your back and neck while you're sitting up soaking your feet. Once done you will lay on your back face-up with a blanket over you and washcloth to cover your eyes. They dry your feet and begin working from your head, both arms, feet, and legs. You will flip onto your stomach and they will untie the back the cloth string (to expose your back). You can take your bra off here (I usually do). They work on your back, neck, thighs, etc. Then they bring the hot stones out. They feel amazing on your back. They put the hot stones away and re-tie the cloth strings. They continue to work on your for another 5-10minutes. Once your hour is up you sit up and put your bra back on (over the cloth) Su will untie the cloth and you can pull it out from under your bra (so you are always covered). Then you but your shirt back on, shoes, jewelry, etc. Walk to the front, pay and tip generously! I've had massages $90 each and this places charges $40 plus $10 tip! (I usually tip $15-20 because Su is the best) I came multiple times before finding a masseuse I like. Keep going until you love it! All the customers in there look so relaxed and always have a smile on their face. I came here while pregnant too (you stay face up the whole time).

Without an appointment, I usually get helped right away. I will say every masseuse is different. I am always asked, "if it's okay". If they are too light or too hard, then the customer didn't speak up. They do ask for a minimum $10 tip. But they put in hard work and they deserve it. A fancy massage would cost a lot more. So for a deep tissue massage that clears out all your knots, this has helped me time and time again. I will always come back because of the price point and service.
