By far one of the cleanest and most sophisticated spas I've ever been to in this area. I did two services today, deep facial with Ana and Swedish massage with Tatiana. Unlike other facial treatments, Ana explained each step and was super informative which I appreciate the most ( I don't like therapist who start something all of a sudden without explaining, very uncomfortable). I enjoyed Ana explains the type of skin I have and really found her tips super helpful on what to use in the future. For the full body Massage, I couldn't ask for better/ relaxing session than the one provided by Tatiana. She made sure that I am very comfortable and relaxed. Her massage specially in the neck and shoulder area was HEAVEN, took all the pain I had from my gym workout Will be an absolutely regular client for this place. Ninotch is amazing. The float pools are spotlessly clean. I felt immediate pain relief in an area that I recently had surgery on after floating for one hour. And per usual, Tatiana gave the best massage ever, always in tune with what my body needs. Nobody else is ever able to relieve the tension in my back except for her. Disappointed....I came here for a relaxing massage and intended to use the birthday $20 coupon Ninotch sent to my email. I made an appointment for a 60 min massage with Megan online and it did not specify which type of massage. When it was time for my massage, Megan again confirmed it was a 60 minute massage. After she was done, I showed the receptionist the email with the coupon. She said that this coupon was not applicable for this type of massage and it was for a signature massage. I told her it did not say anywhere what type of massage it would be and asked if she could still apply it since it was my actual birthday. The receptionist did not comply. Your employees were especially thoughtful, friendly, competant and welcoming! They made.our treatments special...I was greeted by Zahra! Both facial treatments were excellent and you open float room was amazing too! I was worried i would feel claustrophic as I didnt know it was a open room! It was really better than I imagined. Everything in the whole spa is immaculately clean. Our only problem was getting there... We were 4 min away by car but spent 45 min looking.for your spot as GPS keep taking us in circles. GPS service was unstable.in that area. It ended up being stressful getting to the appt. I'm from out of town but look forward to another visit when I return...Finding your location and finding parking.was quite diffucult on Dec 19th & 20th as access to your position in building is thru Founding Farmers Garage & Restaurant...the problem also garage was backed up by poor design to many cars leaving at same time with blocking us from entering because their machine to accept payment was broken.. your team at Ninotch made up for all hassle getting there. I got a spray tan here before a trip to LA and I'm very disappointed with the results. I have been getting spray tans regularly for the last five years, and I have been looking for a new place to go since my regular place changed ownership. The woman who did my tan was extremely kind and professional, and the salon was beautiful and clean, but the tan itself was awful. Immediately after being sprayed I noticed some patchiness on my shoulders. When I asked about it, she assured me it was just the bronzer and once I rinsed it off the tan would be even. It was not. Twenty four hours after the tan my shoulders and chest were peeling, splotchy, and uneven. I moisturized twice a day and didn't touch any exfoliators, but 48 hours after the airbrush tan my entire body was just a mess. The entire tan was uneven and spotty. Again, I have been getting spray tans for a while now and I know the routine and instructions for both pre and post tan to ensure this doesn't happen. I tried to contact the salon with their online form and by phone several times since my tan (which was about a week ago) and I have gotten no response. Maybe the other treatments at the spa are great, but do not spray tan here. read more

Great place to wind down and relax. Tried the floatation and I couldn't get my neck to be relaxed and comfortable but when I find out how it will be pure bliss. It's seriously relaxing and anti gravity without feeling weird. The massage was great too. The only thing is that there is a bit of noise maybe from the floatation machine but don't let that deter you! read more

Decided to give flotation therapy a try as I've heard many good things about it. I found Ninotch spa in Tyson's corner and thought I would give it a shot. Spoke to Michael at the front desk. He was tremendously helpful and told me how the therapy works. I arrived to a quiet, clean room that was dark, quiet and soothing. The pool was perfect temperature and it only took 5 minutes or less to fully relax (relax your neck muscles you won't go under the water). I felt tremendously at ease and the music allowed my mind to stop the daily madness. A shower in the room makes rinsing easy. I will be back soon! Thanks Ninotch! read more

Cannot say enough good about Tatiana.. my daughter is 17 and had a horrible car accident. We sought the help of Tatiana for some type of relief from back pain. While we've only had the first appointment, we will continue to seek her expertise. What I can speak to is her compassion, empathy and communication. Teenagers are clearly not the easiest clients and she was able to get through to both my kid and to me some very good points and some effective ways to get on a path to recovery. While we have a long way to go, I am confident that Tatiana has the skill and temperament to get us there. read more

Outstanding! My first ever float experience and I'm hooked. I can't ever quiet my mind enough to meditate, but this took me straight into my moment of zen. So easy to relax and just be. Slept like a baby and came out refreshed, with a clear head and energized. They were wonderful enough to even give me an extra 15 minutes, since my snoring was a dead giveaway that I was completely knocked out.
