Service was excellent and the food appeared tasty but did not live up to my expectations. Was still good. Taste was slightly bland. Could have added salt? But then maybe I should have just made my own ramen. Prices were decent. I might still come back if within the vicinity but will not be something I'd look for. read more

Look at this foodies! A delightful mix of Pork slices, kernel corn, green onion, sprouts, ramen noodles, and an egg. It's pretty and you can't eat it with the spoon that's provided! Now, this isn't a 'Pho' place! It's Ramen noodles and other foods. This is a new dish for me but it's tasty and the flavored are perfect together! R6 Garlic Miso Ramen. The restaurant is casual funky, plenty accessible, and a Boba Tea setup next door. Enjoy! read more

So disappointed in this place, don't even try it! Server was nice but food was not an enjoyable experience. I ordered the tonkotsu ramen, noodles were not chewy like the other ramen places and soup was bland. While eating, I did find a piece of twine in my food!! Very good ramen, love it so much, but the service was not good. One guy was so rude when he took our order. I asked some questions about the menu because it was my first visit, but he was like "Hey, hurry up, I gotta go..." He was in rush so much and just left our table, said nothing. I also asked him to give us a small bawl and folk for my little kid, but it didn't come even after we got all our orders. It was really hard to catch someone at the hall, they looked all very busy and no one looked at me even I handed up. So I had to walk by the kitchen and ask that again... I had a Tsukemen and was really good, soup, noodle, all ingredients are just great. But unfortunately it was very disappointing and frustrating experience for me and my family. This place is super yummy! Their portions are great and food always on point! Highly recommend this place!

Appetizers were yummy, we got the takoyaki, karaage and gyoza. Tonkatsu ramen was tasty. Would recommend to others #happyeating

I've been a few times and I really like this place! If you go later at night, the food doesn't come out as hot but if I'm going out later it's for the starters and not the ramen anyway. The chashu buns and croquettes are my favorite dishes from here! I crave the buns all the time. The service is fantastic and the atmosphere is really nice too. read more

Something went wrong in the kitchen. We saw a waiter move his tickets to the front. My ramen was amazing. Almost done. Oh wait. My wife wasn't even served yet. Someone should have come around and apologized more than our poor waiter. 30 minutes since I have been served and her poke just showed up. Thank god they didn't have to cook anything for her. We would still be waiting. read more

Very disappointed I was not able to try this place. sadly I am allergic to sesame seeds and I asked if they could not put any. They ended up telling me "there is nothing you can eat here." Hopefully they could end up making a dish without any seeds like other ramen places in the future. Even so other ramen shops were willing to work with me, I felt shunned out. Sorry to say this but I felt this place isn't for me. read more

This is probably my absolute favorite place in the Arlington area to grab ramen. And honestly, I don't know which I like better: the customer service or the food! They have a great vast menu of Japanese food, sodas included. I ordered a Ramune soda and honestly couldnt figure out how to open the damn thing. In come my hero of a waiter who happily gave me a full tutorial on how to pop the bottle. She then recommended the garlic miso ramen and the Chashu Pork belly buns...which I gladly ordered. Y'all...My food was so good that she caught me do a happy dance while eating. Everything has so much awesome balance and flavor. And again, the staff is awesome here. Some fun side notes: they have a cool kids menu! (See photo) And they have a sister Boba Tea shop called RoyalTea literally next door! I stopped by for a Taro Bubble and it's the perfect refresher. This company in whole does a really great job on the food, atmosphere and staff! I have already become a regular, haha! read more

Filling, Tasty, and Cheaper than competition. The ramen here isn't as thick as Hanabi Ramen or Tatsuya Ramen, which I consider a good thing. However, it's not as dense in flavor. The upside is that the broth isn't obnoxiously over bearing and it's cheaper than most other ramen places (~$9 comparer to $12). Mushrooms were sweet and really enjoyable. Pork was amazing!! Definitely would order more pork next time. Service was phenomenal. The waitress kept checking up on us and refilled our waters. The wait for our food wasn't long at all. From what I saw during my first visit, the waiters & waitresses were all really friendly and welcoming. The facility was clean and quite appropriate for a ramen place in my opinion. Although the dragon artwork above didn't really appeal to me, seemed like it didn't fit in. Regardless, the restaurant had a very nice environment and feel to it. Close enough to a 5 star, will definitely come back. Yay for Arlington's first ramen place!!! read more

Always great! Love it. Took my wife, dad, great friends and they all had a great time. Many choices to make on the menu. Great service.

The environment, setting, and decor in this place are fantastic. It's a clean place and nice place to chill out to have a good meal. I could see this place being packed full of people, if the food was better. I ordered Tonkatsu Ramen, Chicken Karaage, and Chashu Buns. The Ramen broth tasted slightly better than prepackaged ramen. The noodles were what tasted like a "generic" noodle would be. I guess that means that they tasted like "nothing special?" (3/5) The Chicken Karaage was cooked well and had good texture, but once again tasted like nothing special. (3.5/5) The Chashu buns were a complete disappointment. There was a small amount of filling and in one of the buns, the filling was literally just a piece of fat. I would recommend coming here if you're introducing someone to Japanese food for the first time and not wanting to have any of the flavors be off-putting to someone who may not be entirely familiar with Japanese cuisine. read more

Average, just average. I really really wanted to love this place. Immediately walking in the environment was awesome, I had been excited to try and review this place. But maybe I shouldn't have had my expectations so high. For starters they had very limited chicken options, I believe they only had one bowl with just chicken, the Creamy Broth Chicken Ramen, and it was just average. I finished as much as could just because it was in front of me, not because it was delicious. Don't get me wrong, it wasn't terrible, but just all around average. The chicken had such a weird taste I could only take 2 bites of it before shoving it to the side. But I must say the noodles themselves were rather tasty, and the broth as well. I don't eat pork so I don't think it's worth me going back since I wouldn't be able to try anything else. So if you don't eat pork, beware! Very limited. The service was solid, they were attentive to us, so that was definitely a plus. If you're thinking of trying ramen I guess this is a good option, but I would look around for other places. Glad I went, wouldn't go back. read more

Definitely nice atmosphere.... Very Reasonably priced ...Great selection of food ,appetizers, and of course Ramen. I ordered the (A12 Geso Karaage) deep fried squid legs for appetizer , it was perfectly cooked, perfectly breaded ,and surprisingly big, the dipping sauce it came with is delicious I also ordered the Spicy Tonkotsu (R2) First off presentation was nice, also very good amount of noodles and toppings, the soft boiled egg was very delicious and tasty, the broth definitely needed a lil more flavor,I found myself adding soy sauce and even a bit of salt, the spice was definitely on point ,but since the broth wasn't flavorful it came across as to spicy (imo) the noodles were very delicious, perfectly cooked read more

Ordered Ramen tonight - to go. Get home and start eating my food when I find a super long black hair in my soup. It was very tightly wrapped into the ramen. I was disgusted and couldn't finish my food after that. $18 down the drain. Guess they're not using hair nets in the kitchen. From what I did taste, it wasn't that great. I ordered the vegetarian ramen. read more

To me the one thing that stands out is their spicy sauce. Had the Spicy Tonkotsu (spice is on the side) and tried the broth before putting in the spice. The broth alone was good not out of the world but above average for sure. I kind of liked killer piranha's broth more. Once I put in the spicy wowww it tasted soooooo good!!! Can't wait to get Ninja's spicy and Killer Piranha's Tonkotsu. Their apps I got weren't the best and I would just stick it with their noodles. Apps: The Takoyaki was just meh but their tuna tataki was really disgusting. It wasn't very fresh and just was not appetizing at all, I was actually worried when eating it I would get sick so I ended up spitting out my second slice and throwing away the rest. read more

I give this place a solid 3.5. I don't hate or love this place, but I'm glad it's here. The owner of ninja sushi recently opened this location (hence the name) and will eventually open the doors to their next door dessert spot, Royal Tea. I just ordered an Oyako Don w/ miso soup (8.50) and was impressed as well as disappointed. Oyako don is known as the parent and child dish, but it was missing the child, the egg. I was confused at first but this is what they offered. The individual ingredients were fine, but as a dish overall it just felt insufficient. It was missing that creaminess of the runny yolk. There was a mayonnaise sauce included to fill in that void, but there was only enough for a single bite, so I ended up longing for it the entire time. There are sesame seeds for grinding and chili powder at the table, so thankfully I could use those to give some more variety to my dish. The sautéed onions are very prominent in the dish, which some may find a bit unappealing, but I'm all about onions and shredded seaweed. All in all the Oyako Don they offer here is a very dry dish. My brother ordered the Spicy Miso Ramen (9.50), which I ended up enjoying more than the Oyako Don. The spice level wasn't excessively spicy, which I found quite nice. I didn't try the chashu since my brother ate it, but I was quite content with the broth/soup. The soup works, but I can't say much about the rest since I didn't try it. I'm glad the location is so close by, especially being right off I-20, but I also wouldn't mind going to other ramen locations that may be further. read more

Although they didn't have as much help the service was great! Although we didn't get any refills on our soda the ramen was amazing. *Update* I had a taste for ramen but didn't want to travel to Dallas or Ft Worth, I remembered Ninja was right around the corner. I wanted to see if things had changed since my last visit so I reviewed Yelp. Much to my surprise it appears things had changed. The reviews reflected a upgrade to service and food. So with hubby and daughter in tow, we decided to take a chance. The place was packed and people were waiting for tables. We lucked up and were offered seats at the bar. There were plenty of servers available this time and we were promptly waited on. We ordered the squid appetizer and 3 bowls of the garlic ramen. Our waitress was awesome and always checked in on us. The food was tasty and it arrived piping hot. I am happy to report that things are looking up for my little neighborhood Ramen restaurant. They were off to a rocky start in the beginning but service has done a complete 360! Good job! read more

I recently got back from Japan and was invited to eat at this place. Given how I feel about Americanized Asian food, I wasn't too keen on eating here. I thought the ramen would taste bland and wouldn't have the same personality that I found overseas. I was proven wrong and i'm thankful for that! I went expecting bad tasting ramen but went out satisfied and very happy. The service was top notch but more importantly, the food was very delicious. I would recommend this to anyone! read more

We had Ryan as our waiter and he made the experience so amazing! He was so attentive to all the customers! When we come back, I hope he is our waiter again. The food, of course, was also great. Got the first two ramens on the menu. We asked for the spicy sauce on the side and were able to add it in ourselves, to our satisfaction! We also had the "Yuki Nigori Mango" (alcohol) and it was so good! He had recommended this and it was so good! At the end, I had asked his recommendation on the Boba Tea. I ordered a Match Milk Tea extra sweet (I love sweet!) and it was perfect with the spicy ramen I had! read more

I used to order delivery from here a little over a year ago almost 3 times a week. I remember the Creamy Broth Chicken Ramen (Which is the only thing I'll eat here) having a lot more flavor then it did this time. The flavor was very bland, like it wasn't seasoned or made with very little salt or too much water. My friend couldn't finish her meal because she said her food was the same so it wasn't just the Creamy Broth Chicken Ramen. My visit was on June 29th, 2022 around 3pm. Walking in for a dine in, it was like walking into a club with slow jams and rap music. Our server Cici was very nice and professional and did a good job serving us. The music was highly inappropriate for the this type of restaurant, no one want to listen to loud gangster rap music while eating Ramen at a restaurant. While we sat down all we could hear, apart from the very annoying music, was a very loud ding every time someone would walk through the door that would just disrupt the entire restaurant and it was every unpleasant. I ask our server if they had access to the music and she said yes. I asked if it was possible to change the music to something a little more appropriate and she said "I'll try, the music is managers preference". I guess the manager cared more about their rap music the doing their job and making the guest are more comfortable with their visit because the music never changed. Overall this was a very uncomfortable visit, I wouldn't want to eat here again. read more

I've been seeing the sign for months and has been waiting for Arlington to have its own Ramen place so I was pretty excited to stop by for lunch today. The restaurant was nice and clean. Service was warm and efficient. I went by myself so I was seated at the bar. Appetizer: I ordered the Geso Karaage (fried calamari legs). It was very flavorful, crunchy and slightly more chewy than regular fried calamari, which I like. We are off to a good start. A+ Ramen: I ordered The Spicy Miso Ramen. Presentation looks wonderful, just as pictured, with corn, chopped wood-ear mushroom, scallions, chasu, and half of a soft-boiled egg. But after the first bite....boy, was I disappointed??? The broth was bland, chasu was not as tender as it should be and could use more seasoning, and the egg was cold. As I've only ordered 2 things from their menu, I will come back and try other items from their menu but this was not a great first impression read more
