Amazing ramen by far, however; the service is consistently terrible. The rudest serving staff I've ever come across and the boba is subpar. However the ramen is so good I keep going. Moral of the story, bad service, great food. read more

I had great service the waiter was great we walked in 30 mins before closing so I was surprised they allowed us to dine in. The food however could use some improvement I ordered the edamame and potstickers as my appetizer and it was great nice size portions and flavor was amazing. The ramen however did not have great flavor that goes for both the noodles and the meat. The noodles were soft that was the only thing I liked about the ramen. I would give it another chance at a different time just to see if it was close to closing time or if that's how it is read more

Super cute and really good food. I really enjoyed the ramen here. Can't wait to come back and try the chicken ramen

Very great quality food, as well as service. Definitely one of the better ramen spots in town.

typically i only ever order to go but the ramen always tastes the same and is very consistent. however, there's just one hostess that seems unhappy and rude every time i've interacted with her. i don't know if she just so happened to have a bad day the 3 separate times i went to pick up food in the past year. the most recent time, i wasn't greeted and just blankly stared at. but for the most part everything was fine and she called me over to the other register to help me after deeply inhaling and rolling her eyes in an exhausted manner from helping another customer that was confused. overall, she makes the experience awkward and every time i go and she's there i'm scared to make a mistake especially after seeing her reaction to that other customer. however everybody else who's greeted me or given me my food has been really nice and i'll still come back!! read more

Amazing food for late night cravings. The kaarage is the best appetizer here in my opinion. The ramen is top tier.

This was my first time eating here. The food was hot and tasty. Great service and will return again.

This place was pretty good. It's worth trying. I'd definitely go again. Nothing to tell Mom about YET but I'll be back to try something else. read more

The food was awful and the service was horrible. We ordered Takoyaki and Yakisoba. We had to wait for hours for the food. Yakisoba noodles looked like 75- cent- instant noodles, but they charged me 13$. Sigh.... Takoyaki was very soggy. We didn't enjoy it. read more

food is delicious every time. service is quick and friendly. the vibe is really nice as well

It was a rainy day so ramen sounded perfect. I had heard good reviews about this place so my girlfriend and I decided to check it out. We waited a bit before we were seated, and ended up sitting at the bar. Some of the employees seemed kind of new when we went but they were nice. We ordered the gyoza for appetizer, tonkatsu ramen with bokchoy, and the chicken Katsu. Overall the food was just okay. Although the portion size was decent, the flavors were not exceptional when we went. The tonkatsu broth was too salty. The katsu tasted just okay. At times the service was a bit slow to fill our waters. It was a decent experience, but we may be going to other places to fulfill our ramen cravings. read more

I have been eating here since it opens and today was outrageous. Came in during the slow time and got our food right away. But unfortunately there was a FLY in my husbands food. I sent it back and tried to understand things happen and keep going. But when that came we noticed there was something funky tasting about that dish too. It was so bad that my husband had to stop eating right away. And that man works over seas on a military base. As I tired to salvage our lunch I had to stop eating my food because I was too busy swatting flies left and right. I finally told my family we had to leave and not even worry about finishing. I was too disgusted and I wasn't hiding it. Funny thing is that it didn't seem to bother the staff. Not even an apology about the first fly in his food. Trust me when I say we will never be returning ever again and I suggest you don't either. read more

My boyfriend and I were so excited that finally, there is a ramen restaurant in Arlington. However, after eating here today, I really not recommend eating at this restaurant . We ordered miso ramen, tonkatsu, and takoyaki. First, the ramen. The broth lack in taste and noodles are still pretty hard. Takoyaki is pretty good. The tonkatsu was a disappointment! The serving was very very small! The side of salad was just two bites and steamed rice was very small serving that you really have to order extra side of rice just to be full. Over all, I'd rather drive far to get some good Japanese food than go back to this place. read more

I had a vegetarian bowl. It was alright; not so impressive since it's $11 for that bowl. It was mainly to hangout with friends, otherwise I would just eat Korean spicy ramen at home instead...if I was craving for ramen. My friends had other meat ramen dishes; they didn't like them much neither . read more

The food is always delicious, especially the udon soup U1! I always receive great service from whatever server that I get.

Service is a little slow . Not a place to go if you don't want to be there for a while. The ramen is good and so is the portion.

Came in and was a relaxed atmosphere. Got the miso ramen with the spicy sauce on the side and added nori, spicy edamame, and a red dragon to drink. The red dragon was delicious, a little on the sweet side for my preference but still good. The spicy ramen was super spicy so glad that I got it on the side. Honestly would recommend it on the side if you are unsure about spicy level. The ramen was amazing! There was more noodles than I thought would be or that I've had before. read more

Awesome food Very authentic. It was my first time eating food here. We ordered it to go, and it was still very delicious.

I've been here multiple times. The workers were nice. I can't eat gluten so I like coming here because they let me sub the ramen for rice without charge. Some ramen shops don't even have rice. The broth is very flavorful. Price isn't bad. They got our order right and put everything in separate containers. I would recommend and go again. read more

First time here it was okay there wasnt much to choose from the menu. The good thing about this place was that it was local they did serve beer and saki there but no liquor so you would have not been able to order drinks. One of the items we order on the menu was si spicy we could not have finish the food. So be careful when it only shows 1 pepper by the picture they come out very spicy. read more

I was looking for new Spicy Miso Ramen and this place came through big time. I think it's my new favorite!

Love this place this is what i call food Confort !! The only thing I wish they really change its the package of the food when you order true any app I alway get my food cold because the packages they use don't keep your food hot but the food quality it's amazing and always the same. read more

Stopped in at this place as I had a hankering for some Ramen. Very clean and pleasant atmosphere. I'll be coming back here! read more

Not understanding the comments about average maybe y'all had an off-day, or are picky!? But I love this place I used to come a lot in 2018 but moved far from here. Now that I'm close again it's dangerous... second day in a row here, I decided to get the poke this time but the ramen is definitely where it's at. Their spicy miso broth... girllll. Get on it. I just want to bathe in I swear. It's honestly so good it's the only ramen I've tried other then the creamy chicken which is perfect if you don't like spice it's just all flavor! I would recommend this to anyone on any given day. Thanks guys! read more

I had high hopes for this place as I absolutely love the owners other 2 nearby establishments (ninja sushi and royal tea) so I felt as though in comparison, this wasn't as perfect. I enjoyed my meal a lot anyway. The fried squid was good. Not the crispiest, but fresh and with the sweet sauce and lemon that was easily forgotten. The takoyaki on the other hand was to die for. I got big chunks of octopus (which was very much appreciated) and they were fried til deep golden brown rendering a really crunchy exterior. I also really enjoyed the abundance of bonito flakes it came adorned with. Wouldn't have minded even more. In fact, I enjoyed my appetizers more than the main dish. The creamy chicken ramen was topped with thinly sliced scallions, half a miso softened boiled egg (is what I assume since it was super soft, jammy and full of umami. I wanted the whole egg. I wanted several of them honestly), delicious bamboo shoots, shiitake mushroom, bean sprouts and some really good chicken karaage. The noodles fell flat to all the accompaniments. They just seemed like the frozen kind you get at the nearby Asian market. The broth itself was pretty good, creamy and flavorful but nothing that truly wowed me. As other reviews have stated, if you really want ramen in Arlington then this is a perfectly decent place to go but don't expect it to be like what you've tried in Carrollton and Dallas. A big plus is that this place is right next door and directly connected to royal tea so I highly recommend you leave a little room for dessert and grab an eggette waffle sundae. You'll be grateful you did read more

This is the second time I ordered online. The service seems to disorganized. For this last time our order will be ready in 30 min, according to email confirmation. My husband went to pick it up & waited for an hour! However, our order was on the counter ready for awhile. The server did not even bother to check on it periodically. There was no apologies & anything. The food was cold & our boba tea melted. What a disappointment! read more

I had such high hopes. I tried their creamy chicken ramen and squid salad. The salad to be fair, I ordered because they no longer had the grilled squid:( But the ramen broth was so untrilling.
