My wife and I were searching for ramen places and came across ninja ramen, food was amazing but we didn't get our appetizers I guess they forgot I don't know, but the food was amazing I give it a 4/5 because service was a tad bit slow and I didn't get my appetizer and oh yeah boba tea & Thai tea is the staple of the place! read more

You will be disappointed . I called an hour before closing , the girl told me 30 min till closing then I get there and she then tells me the kitchen closes soon so hurry as she talks to her friends , she completely ignored me when I tried to order , I always tip when I'm out but I got to say her attitude was uncalled for . I ordered on of their popular orders and paid 20 . For nothing but bread .avoid coming here you won't regret it read more

There are not many Ramen joints in the Arlington area, we would have to travel to Dallas or Fort Worth to places like Ichiro or Oni Ramen. We finally decided to try Ninja Ramen last week and we were highly satisfied. We started with the pork steamed buns and altough they weren't terrible, I could've done without the iceburg lettuce, it changed the taste of it completely. The pork slice was not the most tender but it was good. Oni Ramen takes the cake in the steamed buns Dept. I ordered the spicy miso and the broth was really delicious. It wasn't overly spicy, it had a great taste. The curly noodles were good and all of the ingredients we're on point. I ordered extra bean sprouts and she gave me a plate full which is a plus. The service was good. Our waters were always filled and when we needed napkins, we got them quickly from her. We try not to bug the servers too much once we have everything we need. Ramen: 5 of 5 Steamed buns: 3.5 of 5 Service: 5 of 5 Atmosphere: 5 of 5 We will definitely be back for more since it's only a 10 min drive for us. read more

We walked in like an entire 75min before the business was supposed to close and the waiter like dead ass came to the table before we had even like looked at the menu I'm talking like .5 seconds and he was like you've got order right now. and then you can tell the food was just kind of thrown together not hot I mean it's soup ya know? And homie wouldn't serve a beer off of a tab that the cleaning process to re-clean it would be to like wipe around it and put the lil thing back on ya know? Not pushing P. Only here because I'm in the industry so pro tip close at 1:30 or two or run to the finish line ya know? Or walk even lol. Or maybe schedule cooks to come in later on night shift read more

I have to update my previous review about this place: Last time I came here they were just starting operations and had some hiccups in the service...but now they have improve a lot! The food is fantastic, the attitude of the servers is nice and friendly and now the service is really good. Congratulations to the management and to all the staff. read more

I normally get the Blazing beef or the Miso ramen. Yesterday i ordered the blazing beef and to my surprise i encountered a dish that was made from the fires of hell. In a meal where i would normally have broth for my ramen i was encountered with a soupy paste of satans saliva. Whoever the cook was that made this spawn from inferno should chug a gallon of this "broth" to understand the pain and horror i went through trying to eat this ruined meal. The dish is normally delicious but this last time it was completely unenjoyable. The first bite was so overwhelming with spice that it caused all other flavors to secede. Absolutely TERRIBLE cooking. To the cook of that Blazing Beef ramen. I hate you and everyone who lives in your house. read more

I always get tonkatsu.. everywhere I go for ramen. I think the flavor they have here is fine. It helps with the ramen cravings during the week! It's not the best ramen in town but it's a cute place, you can grab boba next door to have with your meal, and it's cheaper than most ramen places. A few times the meat in my ramen was mostly fat and kind of inedible. That can be disappointing. I've always had good service.. very accommodating.. even once when I called ahead for a group of 6 who were in a hurry to see if they could go ahead and get our food on the table before we even arrived! (rushed hour lunch break...) They totally had everything ready to go for us! I don't know if they use the same rewards program as their boba shop does, but they should if they don't. I'd come more often! read more

nice atmosphere! the takoyaki wasn't anything special but it was pretty good! we tried the furikake fries but they could have used a little more sauce :( the RAMEN itself was quite good! the chashu and meat inside was delicious and very very tender. the 4 stars is mainly that the oyakudon wasn't nearly as crispy as i would have liked it, but overall the ramen was quite good. read more

The spicy Osaka miso ramen is SO good! The broth is really addicting. The portion was really generous--I wasn't able to finish and had to request a to-go box. My favorite part of the ramen was the soft-boiled egg--the yolk was just perfect! The custom poke bowl is delicious and with generous portions as well! I love how they had a large variety of toppings and sauces. They also separated the raw and cooked protein selection, which was really convenient. The servers were friendly, but the service was slow. However, the quality of the meals made up for it. read more

Not the clearest, slow service, and neither my husband or I enjoyed our food. The spring rolls were okay, but the veggies were not the freshest. The sushi in my poke bowl was dry and his ramen tasted odd. Both of us are feeling sick today. I wanted to like this place, but I'll have to continue my search for decent sushi/poke/ramen in TX. read more

Best Ramen I've had so far in DFW. I have tried other places and they just did not compare.

Love the vegetable ramen with fire spice bomb. My bf noticed they changed the soup base, not as creamy

March 4th I ordered 2 R1 Tokontsu which comes with pork belly per the menu. When I picked up my order it was ready I got all the way home and there was hard fried chicken instead of pork. I called the restaurant and I was told there had been a change to the menu but the person who took my order over the phone didn't tell me. Ok that's fine but it's not okay because the chicken seemed old and heavily battered fried hard. The gentleman on the phone then said to make it up I could get my next bowl free. Well I called today to order my free bowl and no one seems to know anything about it. The young lady over the phone offered me a free appetizer. No thank you! If I purchase or place an order give me what I paid for! Sneaky bait and switch! And I paid $26.30. Do yourself a favor try Jinya they're way better. This place might not be clean. read more

I was so happy to see a vegetarian ramen on the menu!! But at $11 for a bowl?? A little pricy... but majority of the other ramens were cheaper. The ramen itself was... interesting. I enjoyed the broth a lot- flavorful and not too salty. Tip: if you like spicy things, add spicy sauce! It's so good with the spicy sauce. The toppings on the vegetarian ramen was what was interesting. Most of it was raw- avocado, cherry tomatoes, onions, and a spring mix. It also came with mushrooms, corn and fried tofu! It was a super interesting combination of things... I'm glad it came with such a huge variety of veggies, but it was kinda odd? I felt like I was eating half salad/half ramen. I'm not from the Arlington area, so probably won't be back anytime soon, but overall, it was a good experience and I did enjoy my food! read more

We stopped by this restaurant an a whim when we were craving ramen and man did it deliver! It shares the same space as the tea shop next door which is also a bonus. The menu is affordable and absolutely delicious compared to other restaurants with heftier prices. Thankfully we didn't have to wait for a seat which is almost a shame because this place deserves way more business! read more

So having tried ramen at Oni Ramen and Hanabi Ramen in Fort Worth this place is not up to par with the broth. The restaurant is very clean and inviting the servers are very nice and attentive and the prices are reasonable for a Japanese restaurant. I give it three stars because the broth really lacks flavor I ordered the garlic miso ramen and the broth was not there it didn't have a punch to it I had to add soy sauce and salt and black pepper to get more flavorFrom it. The noodles were a little to hard for me kinda tasted undercooked and I know they get Softer with the broth. Broth was also not piping hot like you get at Oni and Hanabi ramen. The veggies were ok nothing to special and the chasu needed more flavor as well. I would come back and try it again because the service was good and hats off to the servers they were awesome but they need to focus on broth and make it tastier. read more

Service is good but food was mediocre. Stay away from the spring rolls they taste burnt

The food was really good. The server was attentive and took the time to explain the menu to us and the kids. The delivery of the food was very fast and we went to eat at dinner time when the restauras really busy. If you have never had Soju you need to try it. Really good with the food. read more

I got my food delivered to my hotel and it was fine food, just nothing that stood out to me. I ordered the spicy edamame, and would definitely order these regular the next time. The spicy sauce wasn't my favorite flavor. I also ordered the gyoza and the chashu bun for appetizers. The pork gyoza had great flavor but the dipping sauce was very strong with sodium. The chashu bun had the perfect bun, but the flavors weren't my jam. For the ramen I ordered Hokkaido Spicy Miso ramen. The broth was delicious, but I definitely needed to add additional spice. I also loved the black mushrooms and nori in the soup. The flavors of the noodles was ok. All in all, I may try this place again on a future visit - but I will probably go to the restaurant so I also get to experience the atmosphere. read more

First time trying and it was bomb, would recommend to friends and family! Definitely will go back.

I honestly can say we love this place. I grew up in a very diverse Asian community back home. Eating ramen from grandmas secret recipe from back home in Korea, eating pho the way it was made in Vietnam, and then living in China. It's hard to find authentic or even authentic related restaurants that cook with intent to make their customers happy. This place has the passion for customers. It's our new go to no matter if it's 105 out or 75 I'll eat ramen from here any day!! read more

My new favorite Poke Bowl restaurant!! This place is really cute and clean and the staff is incredibly friendly. I didn't realize they had a "bar" area so I sat there. My poke bowl was soooooo fresh and the portion was impressive! Much larger than other places I've been AND cheaper (8.99). I got the PS4: Custom Poke Bowl with Ahi Tuna, Spicy Salmon, seaweed salad, masago, cucumber, pineapple, and avocado (50 cents extra) and then sesame seeds and poke sauce. Everything was so flavorful and fresh. I especially loved the spicy salmon and the seaweed salad. They serve wine, beer, sake, and cocktails but nothing is served on tap except for one sake. It's all cans or bottles. The cocktails are definitely premade so it's not in the craft selection, but they have a few local brews like Dallas Blonde and Love Street available. I would definitely go back. Living in North Arlington it's a bit out of the way, but for how large the portion was and all of the choices and ramen they serve I would say it's worth it. read more

So Fresh! The food had the best flavor hands down and the portions are generous too. That is typical for a noodle & grill eatery. Guarantee a to-go box with each meal. Visit 1: R12 Spicy Mazemen    Dry ramen, chopped pork, onion, green onion, cucumber, fried egg, special soy sauce, kizami nori, garlic paste, jalapeno ring, and spicy sauce 10.50 Visit 2: P1 Shuriken Bowl   White rice, crabmeat salad, avocado, scallop, masago, baby lobster, buttered corn, baked ichimi, cajun sauce, sesame seed, green onion, and wonton chips. 12.50 A15 Grilled Ika   Grilled squid with mayo/ 7.00  Peach Sake to drink My favorite and go to dish is R12. I like it hot and it didn't disappoint. The meat was tender and perfect seasoning. P1 is good too, it has a rice base and I usually avoid those type of dishes because it fills me up to fast. But flavorful none the less. The A15 was amazing. I tried that on a whim and so glad I did. It tasted like crispy bacon with the right amount of smoke and chargrilled flavor. I found myself zoning out into space because I couldn't belevie the level of deliciousness. If you like a alcohol beverage, they have a nice selection aswell. The staff seemed alittle distant at frist but quickly became a tentative. It's a cozy corner cafe connected to a dessert shop. Ill be back and hopefully save enough room for ice cream. read more

I wanted this review to be as fair as possible, so after multiple trips coming back here and trying all the ramen dishes, two rice dishes, and three appetizers - Ninja Ramen is 3 stars at best. First of all, major props for being the only legit ramen restaurant in Arlington. Very smart. Arlington needed one. I just wish it could be better, but it's mediocre and thats fine for revisits. As mentioned above, I have tried all of Ninja Ramen broths by now ( with the help of my boyfriend trying new things everytime as well ), and well, the only two that we find ourselves going back to is the Spicy Tonkatsu and Spicy Miso Ramen. These are the only two that has an actual punch of flavor - the other broths are plain, and lacking the authentic flavorfulness you'd get at other ramen joints in the DFW area. In fact, I wouldn't consider this authentic ramen. Aside from the broth, that chashu (marinated braised pork belly) taste like simple boiled pork meat. The kind you'd put inside summer rolls, except a big slice of it - not any unique grilling flavor or well, any flavor really. With the rice dishes, they're once again mediocre. The rice itself is just plain white rice that's not flavored - and the meat isn't exploding in deliciousness either so it's all pretty boring and dry. Honestly, some sort of sauce on the rice or EXTRA flavor on the meats would greatly help. I feel like the only thing that really gets me, is the Takoyaki ( pancake battered balls filled with octopus ). Boyy, these are yummy. If only everything else on the menu was just as delicious as their Takoyaki. read more

This is one of the first ramen shop in Arlington! I have been here numerous times and tried multiple items on the menu. Decor- 4/5 - modern feel to it - has a nice canvas Service- 5/5 -The staff here are great! Always friendly and ready to serve. -Jeong, our waitress is great and very helpful Food 3/5 -the takoyaki is a lot smaller than your average takoyaki. However, it is pretty good, you can taste the octopus inside. -The normal tonkatsu is my least favorite here. It is super bland and you don't really taste anything. It is not recommended if you're like me and love food with a lot of flavor in it. -The spicy tonkatsu has a little more flavor with the spice. It tasted pretty good and a lot better than the normal tonkatsu. -The garlic miso ramen is probably my favorite ramen here. It has a lot more flavor than the tonkatsu for sure. The egg is cooked very well, while the ramen is quite soft. Recommended over the other ramens. -I have not tried the seafood ramen, but was told by the chef that it's probably the best ramen there. -My first time trying the shuriken bowl here, it was awesome! It has scallion, tuna, lobsters, crabs and a bunch of different things. It hit every taste buds and I loved it! However, the second time getting it, the shuriken bowl had way too much spicy mayo. That ruined the meal. But I believe the shuriken bowl is the BEST thing at this restaurant. - The poke bowl "Ninja lover" wasn't for me because it was a bit too healthy haha. More for people that love raw fish and vegetables. - Geso Kaarage- very similar to calamari - Chicken Kaarage- pretty good, better than the gesa kaaraage Ninja Ramen isn't quite the ramen shop as other famous ramen restaurants, but it is the only ramen shop in Arlington, so it will do for those days where you crave ramen. But their better food isn't the ramen, it's actually other food like poke bowl read more

I dont know what to rate it off 3-4 stars but I'll be nice being it was my first time having ramen. The dumplings where good, the ramen it's self didn't have much flavor. I got the garlic one and it had a funny strong taste but honestly did not taste garlic. I had not seen anything in here about a kids menu but luckily they do have one. I tried my son's meal the chicken was gods but the rice was hard. Service is not good they served our food and didn't check back on us. The waitresses pass back and forth fast so they v really can't be stopped. They took our card after 15 minutes of just sitting their. They ran our card and we waited for ever for them to getting it back. read more

This is truly the best place in the word... I've been coming to Ninja Ramen for maybe a year and a half, and it's arguably the best ramen in DFW. I bring my friends here all the time. Hell, since COVID, I get my food delivered from them via UberEats because I missed this place so much. My grandma who never likes trying new food even loved this place!! Pork belly Chasu buns are very tasty! I'm a low carb eater so I didn't eat the buns, but as a Keto eater, I appreciated the delicious fattiness of the pork. Eat fat ! It's good for your brain! I'd love it if places like this offered low carb versions of their foods, priced less of course since it's minus the bun. Got a custom poke bowl. Yellow tail, ahi tuna, avocado, cucumber, seaweed salad. Ginger, crab meat salad. Very generous size for only $8. Especially if you compare it to Ahi Poke Bowl just up the street on Cooper. Theirs is much smaller but at least they do not charge extra for avocado. Lettuce could be chopped smaller. I wasn't given a knife and the bites were huge. read more

RAMEN IN ARLINGTON .... (THAT TASTES GOOD!) We went on the grand opening, something I usually try to avoid, and there was a decent sized line . This was around 8:30 ish but no matter because the host took maybe 5 minutes max to seat us! Super quick and even though you could tell it was busy, all the servers kept their composure and didn't look flustered at all. Everything from the front door down to the signing of the check went smoothly and we were checked on multiple times. This is service done right, ladies and gents. First impression definitely made! read more
