The company scheduled the estimate appointment timely and Adam came the same day I called. After seeing the location of the clean out and he gave me an estmate of $280 for the job. The reason, he said, was the sloped backyard where the drain clearout is located and the access is difficult. While I accepted the argument (pretty much no choice due to the urgency of the problem), I feel they could have clarify on the web that $73 was only for an easy access in-house drain clearing and all other jobs are estimated at site. After the representative worked his calculations for a couple of minutes, he said, $435. I felt so abused to now that he would take advantage of me for almost $200 and who know what the cost should have been? I was in a spot so I agreed. Working with them has been a bit of a headache, and by a bit- I mean a total migraine. They are getting two stars because the girls who answer the phone are always pleasant, and because the one time they actually came out for the call in question, the technician told me a way I could DIY the project and save money (one star for honesty). We called a few weeks ago to have them fix a leaky water filter. The tech came out, told me how I could fix it, and boom, done. Well about a week later, the part failed again, so I called to have them come out and just fix it once and for all. They got it on the schedule for the following week (which was too long but whatever). The day comes, and they are supposed to come between 12 and 2. I get a call at 1:45 that they aren't going to make it in time, needs to be between 2 and 4. Ok. Then again- nothing. They didn't show until almost 7, to which at that point I said it was too late in the evening since it's a kitchen repair and we are making dinner and need to reschedule. I never hear back regarding rescheduling. So I call back this morning at 7:30, they say they'll be able to get someone out today, and they need to call me back within the hour. Hour goes by, nothing, so I call again. They said again, "just checking something, will call back in five". Nothing. I call back again (by this time it's 1:00PM) and I'm told that they don't have any availability until next week. Even though first thing in the morning, they said that they did. Anyway. Super disappointed. We had the replace our main line last year which was almost $20,000 and they did a decent job then. Unfortunately the issue is getting them to actually follow through with the appointment. I typically use Gold Medal Plumbing for anything else, and this just reaffirmed why I will continue to in the future. read more

Was referred by a friend, had a terrible clog causing shitwater to overflow downstairs shower/bathroom...naturally on a Sunday, when its hardest to get a hold of a plumber without boffing you for emergency/weekend charges. They did call and the plumber arrived by 9 am. Our plumber, Adam, showed me why our toilet was such a disaster and after we looking at the alternatives, I decided to replace the toilet. He went out scouting for a new Kohler toilet for us and with some persereverance he finally found one. I had to write a review about these great guys. I had a gas leak and they came out quickly to access. They explained the work in full detail but I still wasn't sure I would go with them because of the price. A few hours later their gas expert came out to re-acess and explained again the work and price. He did indeed offer a discount so that and his sincerity sold me! I have to say they earned every penny. The work was done great. And when they were done, I couldn't even tell that they were there! It was cleaned up beautifully. DON'T USE!!! SUCH A WASTE OF TIME!!! NO CONSIDERATION FOR YOUR TIME!!! I called Ninja Plumbers this morning because we had a backup that was slowly draining out of our clean out at the side of the house. They hydro jetted it 15 days ago and it needs it again! Arthur came out at 11:00 a.m. to inspect the problem. He told me that he had a doctor appt for his 3 month old so he could return between 2 p.m. and 3 p.m to scope and hydro jet (again). He was very nice and I had no problem with him coming back b/c he needed to pick up the trailer with the hydro jet anyway. Then, about 45 min after Arthur was due to return, I start reading their reviews and see that they often tell people they are coming and then call them last minute to say they are no longer coming! I called the office asking for his ETA and they had him call me. He said he was sorry and he'd be over in about an hour, which is now 5 p.m. (2 hrs. later than he originally said). Then I receive a call from him saying HE'S NOT COMING AT ALL. He said their hydro jet machine was broken and no one bothered telling him. I told him that he knew since 11 a.m. he was going to need the hydro jet machine and he nor anyone in his office bothered to make sure it was working? That is poor planning and customer service! I took the day off of work and would have much rather spent my day off taking my kids somewhere fun than spending the day being strung along by plumbers. What a waste of my sick day (which I don't get many)! They also charge almost $300 MORE (for hydro jetting) than every other plumbers I have called!!! read more

These guys have always been fantastic to work with. We've used them as an HOA for building plumbing problems (usually leaks), and also in our individual unit. Recently, Jonathan and Joshua came out to fix our toilet, which was running in between uses -- it would just start running, mid-day, and then stop. The boys came out, detected the problem, presented a fair price but definitely more involved fix than I expected, and got the job done. In fact, when the problem started up again only days later, Jonathan immediately returned with very little notice to make a few adjustments to his and Joshua's work, no hassle, no complaint, just happy to help us have it done right. Thanks guys! A few months earlier, Albert was sent out to fix our kitchen sink, which was just a mess. The actual faucet was broken and the disposal was spitting things back up in the other sink. He presented options for parts to replace our old faucent, returned the very next day (nice availability with these guys!), and completely overhauled our kitchen sink with a beautiful new faucet. Normally I do not write Yelp reviews; however my experience with Ninja plumbers was so rewarding that I decided to post this review. I called them at 3 PM for a simple job of replacing my shutoff spigot that was leaking. Normally I am a do it yourself type of guy, but I realized that what I thought was a simple job turned out to require the services of a plumber. Within an hour Ninja sent Adam to help me out. He was honest, had years of experience, and quickly replaced my leaking shut off valve. Do not go any further in searching as Ninja is now my go to for any plumbing needs. JONATHAN IS AMAZING! Came out on a Sunday to fix a semi-diagnosed(or so we thought) issue! Garbage disposal leaking ruining the apartment below me (NIGHTMARE!). He picked up a new one and installed it and identified another issue. I'm tight on budget and he negotiated with his boss to get the job completed and please me with a discount! Had this company come to my house and address my Pumbling problems. However all they did was replace my toilet and then tell them they couldn't do the job because of a pipe issue under the house. they would of charged me $3000 to supposedly fix the problem And try to charge me $225 to put the toilet seat back. They left my tub a mess. I called another Pumbling company and they finished the job for under $100. They did the job in under 30 minutes The manager had called me back to charge me a service fee of $89. This company tried to rip me off. I shouldn't have to pay anything. Our shower has always had problems with being too hot or too cold but we learned to live with it. Then our dishwasher wouldn't drain properly so I reached out to Ninja Plumbers. Ahmad came out the same day and he was very knowledgeable and provided a reasonable quote. 5 years ago they replaced nearly 60' of sewage line. They stopped at the last ~4' of clay just before the mainline, now that is broken. Now I'm being quoted $6,000-9,000 to open it back up. Yes, they did exactly what they quoted me, but why not replace the whole line??? Now we have to open it back up and of course, give them more money. Not looking out for their customers and they are EXPENSIVE. read more

The main plumber appears uninterested in the job. He just leaves the work to the young man who is orienting with him and then goes back to his car. The young man was nice and apologetic for repeating what he was doing as he was new. In the end, because the main plumber really didn't check his job, they forgot to re-attach the plunger connection of my sink and I ended up doing it. I own a rental home with two separate bathrooms tub/shower faucets, both of which lately ran the water at extreme hot or cold temperatures with nothing in between. CONSUMER BEWARE! We contacted Ninja Plumber on several occasions in regards to a faucet that was installed in our home on 5/26/21. The total cost was $692.00. It was a faucet that we later saw at Home Depot for $24.97. I called Ninja Plumber twice to speak to the owner and then sent a certified letter to Mr. Mor Cazakov. NEVER RESPONDED TO ME...
