My dining experience at Ninety Acres was NEXT level. I'm so happy that we came here to celebrate our anniversary. Vibes, food and service are absolutely impeccable. The Natirar estate is breathtaking and we felt like we were dining in the French countryside. Food is farm to table - it's literally grown onsite at the estate farm. Every bite was better than the last. We started with lemon poppyseed crab agnoletti - the sauce was rich and tangy and came with so much crabmeat. Octopus was tender and out of this world. My salmon was cooked perfectly and I loved how crispy the skin was. Filet was perfection and the fresh corn and pea puree was the perfect accompaniment. Dessert is a must. I'll dream about that cappuccino gelato forever. Service is exceptional - they made us feel like royalty. We were even treated to a champagne toast and mini cheesecakes for our anniversary. Really and truly it does not get better than this. For a special occasion dinner I could not recommend Ninety Acres more highly.

Meh - Not bad but not memorable either. You know when you have a meal and you immediately can't remember what you had? You didn't hate it but also you have nothing good to say about it? This was it. The appetizers, entrees and desserts were all meh. We have had better pork belly and burratas in much smaller and less luxurious restaurants. For a farm to table restaurants some choices were questionable (blood orange, yuzu in new jersey, spring peas and asparagus in the summer). The space is beautiful and inviting but that's about the only thing that is inviting. Servers and hostesses were a bit cold and standoffish.

This review is a bit old but I had to express how wonderful my experience was. We were able to get a last minute reservation which was about 9pm I think. It was dark so we couldn't see the land, which I am sure is beautiful. We pulled up, gorgeous building. They took our car. We walked in. Someone took our coats, someone took our names, someone took our orders, someone brought our food and drinks, someone took our dirty dishes. There were many different people for different roles. Which was kind of nice. I feel it made everyone more comfortable and focused on their roles. Inside was very warm and inviting and kind of sexy. Great for date night, very intimate. My cocktail was amazing. The menus change so I cannot even look up what it was but I think the point is that it was delicious! For appetizers we ordered an heirloom tomato salad. It was very delicious! So fresh! We also had to get the wagyu, melted in our mouths. We didn't want that dish to end. I saw pork chop on the dish and I had to get it. I was sooooo in love. Even my date wanted more. My date got the rabbit which was also tasty but shifted my taste buds so I only had one bite. Every dish was a lovely experience. I definitely recommend going with someone who appreciates food and flavors.

Was here for a wedding 10/10 service all the staff was amazing and very attentive to all the guests. The staff took care of my food allergies and made sure I was safe during the night very appreciated.

The restaurant and it's grounds are beautiful. It is definitely worth checking out even if you just go for some cocktails which are delicious (we tried Gimlet, Negroni and Plum & Proper). It is warm and inviting, upscale and sophisticated. Service is top notch, with all staff being attentive and polite. Food presentation was visually stunning for most dishes. With that said, I have to honestly say not all dishes were up to par. We started of with Charred Carrot & Beet Tartare which was amazing. We loved the presentation and taste. Next was Lemon Ricotta Agnolotti, didn't disappoint either. New England Scallops were good but for 2 pieces not worth the price. Last appetizer was Bluefin Tuna Crudo which was our least favorite and bit disappointing. For main entree we had Pork chop that was very tasty. Rare Prime Rib Stake, juicy and delicious. Fish filet was next. Last dish was Cauliflower. Seasoning on it was tasty but it was overcooked, falling apart and not visually appetizing. We ended the evening with 3 desserts. Mini Pavlova, not impressed at all with this one. Mixed sorbet was fine. Last was Sunday, even though was good it was very rich an overwhelming, we were not able to finish it

The food is good, but a little bit overpriced. Loved the lighting and interior decor, and the outside of the building is beautiful.

What happened? After celebrating many occasions at Ninety Acres, I left last night's birthday dinner disappointed and confused. Each course was thrown together and lacked the signature refinement. For starters, I had the agnolotti with crab. The crab was lost in a thick butternut sauce which was plopped on top of the agnolotti. For main, I ordered the scallop dish. Again, all the elements were plopped on the plate. Plus, the sauce was excessively salty which is a notable assessment since I like salt. For dessert, I ordered the tried and true sundae. However, the presentation changed to a deep sundae glass. Like the rest of the meal, it felt premade and lazy. While the setting remains stunning, the food does not come close to justifying the cost.

Was wondering about the Vegan option for the prix fixe menu. Is this something you need to request a specific amount of time ahead? Also has anyone ever done the prix fixe vegan style and can comment on if it is worth the price?

Located in a restored 1847 colonial farmhouse, it offers a perfect balance with a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere and top notch service and food. I really appreciate how they strive to incorporate locally-sourced ingredients in the menu whenever possible; you can definitely taste the freshness. I also have to mention that their seasonal cocktail menu is definitely worth checking out. Since it's in season, we started with the freshly flash-fried asparagus tempura ($15) appetizer. It was very tasty and well-presented, with a portion size was perfect for sharing. For my entrée, I ordered the tempura shrimp bowl ($27), a southwestern-inspired dish with four perfectly fried tempura shrimp over a bed of frisee and farro, topped with charred corn and avocado. It was incredibly tasty and way more filling than I expected. My dining companion selected the jambalaya ($28), a cajun-inspired treat packed with shrimp, andouille sausage, and chicken. She absolutely loved it and brought half of it home to enjoy for lunch the next day. A special shout-out to our server, Chris. Even though he's only been there a few days, he was fantastic and made us feel like guests for a meal in his home -- attentive, friendly, and totally on top of everything. Gladstone Tavern is a must-visit whether you're a local or making a drive from outside the Peapack-Gladstone metropolis. PRO TIP: Gladstone Tavern features live music on Friday nights (8pm til 11pm) and Sunday (1130am til 230pm).

Unfortunately, I could not in good conscious recommend the restaurant to friends or family: 1) We had reservations for my husband's birthday. Despite this, we ended up waiting for a table 2) We ordered sparkling water and the waiter apologized but stated that the restaurant doesn't carry any. Not a big deal, but strange for a "nicer" restaurant. 3) We then ordered two glasses of champagne off the menu. We were then informed that despite this being listed on the menu, the restaurant does not offer any champagne by the glass. 4) We ordered popovers several hours before the restaurant closed. We saw other tables with this appetizer, but they informed us that unfortunately they ran out for the rest of the night. 5) Even after delayed seating for our reservation, it took 1 hour to receive our appetizers. We didn't say anything, but the waiter was nice enough o recognize this and offered us 1 of the appetizers for free. We were charged for this anyway, despite the waiter's promise. 6) I had notified the restaurant that this dinner was special and was for my husband's dinner. Not only was the service pretty bad throughout, there was never even a verbal happy birthday. I was hoping for so much more, and to be honest, the food was pretty good. However, the lack of food and drink available that was listed on the menu, and the delayed seating, and delayed food, and bad service was enough to turn us off after just 1 visit.
