I asked her again for quote and she said it depended on length of nails and shape and... Red flag #2. But the icing on the cake was when she offered to do a pedi for $30 for my child. I left and came back the charge was for more than discussed. She gave my child gel instead of a regular nail polish and expected me to pay the extra. My trust was lost. I cannot recommend a business that has questionable practices especially when you can get better service and prices up the road. I have 2 stars because the nails were nice. The toes were sloppy! I learned later that this is common practice here. They charge you more than what they say.

But if you're looking for extremely talented manicurists, then look no further. I've been on the hunt for a good nail salon for YEARS in delco and I finally found it. When I walked in, I was kind of surprised to see that everything is brown. Literally everything. In some corners you would see tiki posts and then in others are Roman columns. The ceiling is checkered- that's right, the CEILING. Everything is covered in about 6 inches of dust and the wall art, I haven't seen since the 90s but these girls are GOOD. They still have Covid precautions up so that's a bit strange but the girls are so talented I didn't care. This is the first nail salon I went to in Delco that actually charges what is written on their pricing sheet. It's a major red flag to me when they don't. They don't have a huge variety of colors but I was happy with what they had. I'm taking a star off because of how dusty it is in there. And yes, I understand it's a nail salon and it's going to be dusty but this was a different level of dust. But I'll definitely be back.

I was told by another customer to not have the male do my nails. So when he suggested I go to the chair for my pedicure. I asked who would be performing my services. He said he would, I said that for my nails I prefer a women. He says do you need a women for your pedicure too? I replied it doesn't matter to me. He then informed me that he is the only one that does pedicures in this salon, and if I needed a woman for a pedicure this salon might not be a good fit.....well ok...I reassured him it would not be a problem. Got in the chair for my pedi and let the water circulate until it was cold. I sat and sat while he continued to work on another client. Meanwhile his daughter sat in the chair and chilled; she is also a nail technician. Finally he did the pedicure and he did a quick and efficient job. I was pleasantly surprised. Once done, he informed his wife I was waiting. She continued drilling/filing something in the back....no customers in her chair. So I waited some more. Eventually she told me to come to her chair after he informed her a second time I was waiting. Once in her chair she did a great job. There was no conversation...no pleasantries. She kept repositioning my hands on the elevated stand because I am short and my arms could not reach that far. Very awkward and quiet. Overall, the quality of work is really good. But the atmosphere lacks warmth and the wait is too much. Btw the place is spotless. After this review I am sure I will have to find another place but honest feedback should help a little...js.
