Vitaly was very easy to work with and as a new business, I really appreciated him accommodating to our specific needs as well as giving us a reasonable price. Overall, the service they provided was excellent. They displayed a great deal of professionalism with how they communicated from start to finish. I cannot recommend Vitaly and the Lancelot team enough. Thank you so much! I will be contacting you again if we need more cameras.

At no point did Brinks inform me that there was a separate contract with Synergy Security, and it appears there is very poor communication between the two companies despite Synergy selling Brinks services. Years later, I discovered a collection account for over $2,000 on my credit report. Had I been properly informed, I would have addressed the issue immediately. Instead, I found out through a collection agency. As a Realtor in Las Vegas, I would not recommend this company based on my experience. The lack of transparency and communication created a very frustrating and costly situation

Joel was our sales representative and did a wonderful job representing the company. Garrett, Darren, and Brian handled the installation, and we were truly impressed with the beautiful work they did. The turnaround time was also incredibly fast, which made the whole experience even better. We also had security window film installed on all of our windows. Knowing our home has that extra layer of protection is incredibly reassuring without changing the look of the windows. The entire process was smooth, and the finished work is clean, professional, and high quality. The screens blend beautifully with our home while adding both security and functionality. Absolutely worth every penny. A friend recommended this company to us, and we cannot thank her enough. If you're considering security screens or window film, we highly recommend Guardian Security Screens. It's an investment that not only improves the security of your home but also makes it more enjoyable to live in.

Update The day after…read moreposting the below review, Eagle Sentry called and said they would waive the cancellation fee. I wish it had not come to that, but they did make it right. When I purchased my new Tri Point home, I paid for the pre-install of a security system. When I moved in, I was told to contact Eagle Sentry. I paid for everything upfront and for my entire first year of service. At the beginning of my second year of service I once again and paid for one year in advance. After five months I decided to put my home up for rent and cancel my service. I was told that I was committed to them for three years and would owe not only my remaining pre-paid months but an additional $351. I have asked to speak to upper management and to see a copy of the contract stating that I signed a three year agreement, but I've had no luck in speaking with anyone or seeing a copy of my agreement. I had planned to install Eagle Sentry in my new home, but will definitely re-examine that after this terrible experience that I've had.

It was very unprofessional and business like.! I know who you guys are and I know how you got started and where you came from and where you have ended up and I believe due to good customer skills, and but once you decided to switch over to protection, all that go out the window! I was working with the salesman in order to get a new panel and then all of a sudden everything went silent. I heard anything for a long time so I decided to call my salesman and when I spoke with him, he informed me that he no longer worked for the that you guys placed on disability, and the right thing to do would've been for your to notify me and let me know and get me a new salesman or something, but I never heard from you never heard from my salesman. I never heard anything so you tell me what is wrong with that picture so of course I was pretty shocked and surprised to hear that reached out and called you guys got things I straightened out got things rolling again. Got you in my corporate office together and it took forever day to me. It seemed like you were putting more energy into making sure we signed your contract and you were to actually give us customer because our contract was finally signed back in March and the project was finally finished the last week of August and the issue originally started in October 2025, the first two months you guys are not accounted for but the next eight months you're definitely gonna be held accountable for and there's no way in hell regardless of or whatever it was not acceptable and it was very unprofessional and considering you guys were out to look at the many times in order to get all the information you needed in order to order and do whatever needed to be but then we're short on Parts we're missing and then all of a sudden are on backorder and then they're having to because there was no more left in stock back at the factory Lottie doll Lada It was just lip after lip service. ! With all that being said, I do give credit credit is due, and I would like to give the credit to Mr. Danny Garcia and his crew for taking over the project and getting it pushed through and of with all of the nonsense and unprofessionalism that had taken place and was still place by our inspector/Marshall, but Mr. Garcia and his crew were very diligent on helping me get this across the finish line and they were very professional about it and they wanted it across the finish line as badly as I did he knew and understood what customer service was all about because Mr. Garcia showed up whenever I needed wanted him to talk to answer questions to go over things there was times that he had worked all night, but still showed up the next morning because he wanted to help me get this project finished. I'm going to be honest I feel that Mr. Garcia and his crew were kind of thrown under the bus by your management to put out fires that they did not create so Mr. Garcia definitely stepped up to the plate. He took all criticism sarcasm or whatever because he knew that I had considering how long the project was and all of the hiccups bumps excuses, or whatever was thrown at me, so I definitely wanna give Mr. Garcia and his crew a thumbs up and a thank you with a lot of gratitude for their professional professionalism and due diligence on making sure that they help me and get this project finished and across the finish line because they had to deal with a lot of nonsense and BS from the inspector, and they did nothing but show the upmost professionalism and courtesy to a very, very unprofessional and rude inspector. So in my opinion, I believe that management should take care of Mr. Danny Garcia his crew for putting out their and I believe once Mr. Garcia and his crew can get caught up in all of the put out and really be able to handle their business without having to run around with chickens with their heads cut off. I believe that Fire side of Sting Alarms will be in good hands and should be able to do nothing but provide good customer skills, service and professionalism to their clientele and customers. !!!
