I've had many boba over the years and so I am kind of a snob for what I like. Let's start with the positives. The reason I decided to go here was they had a guava fruit tea and I love guava. I've not seen that option before at places I've gone to so I decided to get that. Another positive was when I asked for less ice she actually listened and I didn't still have half the cup left when done of just ice. I also appreciated that the popping boba was 0.85 instead of the $1 it usually is at places. Now to the negatives the gal that was working was nice however before even saying hi she was like "the brown sugar boba won't be ready for 30 minutes" I said that's fine I'm not getting that and then when I asked if they only had mango and strawberry popping boba she again told me about the brown sugar one which I didn't care about. So I ended up getting a medium guava black tea with mango popping boba. Do I think mango went,no but I wanted popping boba. The guava smelled strongly of guava but didn't have a ton of guava taste neither did the boba they were pretty bland. For me getting it 100% sugar I expected it to be really sweet and it wasn't but that meant there wasn't a lot of flavor. I think maybe the guava doesn't go the best with the black tea and another might be better.
Overall I'm glad I tried it but I don't need to come back. read more
