This cost had absolutely nothing to do with the reason the car had to be transported back to the dealer. This towing service was through Volvo roadside assistance. Buy your own and don't chance using them. The chances of them owning this damage.... worst experience and equally bad Volvo customer care. Don't buy a Volvo.

The sad part is he took my Truck to Gabrielle Ford Truck sales , knowing the truck was leaking Oil and to get the transmission programmed but while the mechanic was diagnosing the truck he listed all the parts that where damaged and that needed to be replaced. Despite promising it would be done in "one, maybe two days tops," he missed the deadline completely without proactively updating me. He later told me he delayed my job to take a higher-paying walk-in. Ultimately it took him six days past our agreed upon deadline to finish the work. During that time, none of the completion timelines he gave proved accurate, leaving me unable to plan, without a vehicle, and uncertain if or when I'd get my truck back. As a result, the experience was extremely stressful, my family lost five days of vacation, had to cancel multiple appointments more than once, and was out over $200 in non-refundable reservations. To add insult to injury, when he finally presented the bill, the price was inflated -- followed by a long speech about how much he cares about his customers. Unprofessional and unreliable.
