The steak like I said was tenders could be cooked exactly the way I like it you could cut it with a fork even though I had a steak knife. We were gonna go out the next site to celebrate our anniversary, but with the price that we paid for dinner that first night on Tuesday we didn't really have enough in a bunch left to go out the next day.
