I'm extremely disappointed with how this salon handled a situation involving my two daughters, who…read morewere only 8 and 10 years old at the time. Their father brought them in for nail services and then left the salon, leaving the girls there without a parent or guardian present. My concern is that the salon knowingly allowed an 8-year-old and a 10-year-old to remain in their care without an adult responsible for them present. After I learned what happened, I contacted the salon because I was concerned about my daughters' supervision and requested the available video footage from that time. The manager acknowledged remembering the situation, confirmed that video existed, and even told me that she felt the need to watch out for the girls while they were there. Despite acknowledging those concerns, the salon refused to provide me with the footage I requested. As their mother, I find this extremely concerning. A business providing services to children this young should have clear policies regarding unattended minors and should not put its employees in the position of informally supervising someone else's children. I'm sharing my experience because other parents should be aware of how this situation was handled when deciding whether they are comfortable bringing their children here.

FYI - Her salon has replaced the "Alice Nails" salon in the plaza. It is always relaxing to come here, chat with Sally, and get nail art done. I've been doing tips/nail art each time I've come. I love her dip application, and she's really thorough with completing any nail art you request of her. If it's your first time doing nail art mani, just know that it's likely a 2 hour ish process. It was my first time doing nail art when I came, and I didn't know it'd take that long haha. In that time frame, I got: + Cuticles cleaned up + Tips applied + Tips cut/shaped (I like the almond/oval look) + Dipped (or gel, as my 2nd visit was a gel look) + Nail art! + Cured? I feel so pampered and these were some of the nicest most caring nail techs I've ever encountered out of any salon. I got a classic pedicure with regular polish and the queen manicure with gel, everything came out to $91 including a removal of some gel polish on my feet. The Queen manicure offers multiple scent options and starts with the gel polish, exfoliating scrub, another scrub with your selected scent, paraffin bagged steam towel treatment, lotion and then a shoulder massage. I selected aloe vera and what was really neat is it appeared to be a real spear of aloe and gel! Quincy was so caring and really made sure everything from my purse being placed on the right side, my hair was clipped up for the massage was ok for me. The classic pedicure promises a cleaning of the nails, scrub on the legs, calf massage, and warm water jet. Sophia was equally excellent and really tended to my comfort. What I appreciated the most is the ladies were caring and attentive but also didn't bug me with small talk or chatty with each other. They were fully focused on their tasks and making sure I was ok! 5 stars for that alone!

She was gentle during the removal process, took her time, and made sure my natural nails looked clean and beautifully shaped afterward. I also happened to come during their happy hour, so I received a discount on my service, which was such a nice bonus! One thing I really appreciate about Nail Love is that every nail technician I've had has been consistently great. The staff is always friendly, the salon feels relaxing, and the service is always worth coming back for.

My Daughter and my mother got pedicures and they loved their service. I myself love the shape of the nail and she cut them the length that I requested however, I don't know why nail salons. Let customers leave with their nails looking unfinished. I had to ask for her to clean around my nails and she didn't do a great job. Overall it wasn't a bad experience, I've had worse. 3.8/5 for me and my mom and daughter gave it a 4/5. I'm the one that paid $200 for everything , so my opinion matters.

i am blown away by this place. everything about them has exceeded my expectation…read more found this place on yelp and it is really close to UTD so why not give it a try. called ahead to make sure they are not busy and they weren't! perfect. the place isn't that big but is clean and felt very homey. walked in and greeted immediately and after a long process of deciding what i want i finally picked out a design. and they fulfilled every little thing i ask for. from glow in the dark nail polish to making the fake nails thin to adding the gemstone(see picture!). they done it so professionally and took their time to perfect them. the color is beautiful especially with dipping powder. This place has just turned into my new favorite nail salon. Everyone is so nice and friendly. they can count on one more person to be a regular starting today! me :)

They're in the same building as as Pizza Hut, next to the vape shop. They used to be a different name, not sure if they changed ownership. I believe it's family run and it's always good to support local businesses. They do hair and nails, so it's a good place to know! They're pretty friendly and accommodating. I did gel nails and the lady who did my nails did a good job. I'd chosen my color from their paint samples but they couldn't find the exact color so she gave me a close one she could find. The color I wanted was more violet-ish maroon and what I have now is more red. Nail shape is consistent and the paint lines are generally clean. She missed a couple sides which bothers me a little. She did kind of file my nails a little too short too, when we agreed that we'd keep the length. It took about 40 mins for the whole process.
