I am truly so confused by all the 5 star reviews for this place. Working with Integrity Plus has…read morebeen the most baffling, frustrating, and disappointing experience I've ever had with a business. Please don't make the same mistake I did--take your vehicle literally ANYWHERE ELSE for repair. I was in an accident (for which I was not at fault) in late July, 2023. I went and got an estimate at Integrity Plus on July 27, 2023. I chose them because they're very close to where I live and they were a Nationwide On Your Side Repair Network partner, so all the work would be guaranteed for the lifetime of the vehicle. I dropped my car off to them for work to begin on August 8, 2023. I was told that it should be done in 2-3 weeks. I got my vehicle back today: December 19, 2023. That's close to 5 months later. I lost track of the number of times we were "promised," "guaranteed," or "assured" that my van would be finished and back in my possession "by the end of the week" somewhere after the 10th time. There was always a different excuse, ranging from "we're waiting on a part to come in" to "the part came in wrong" to "we're understaffed," and then a promise that it would be done on a certain day, and inevitably, that day would come and go without a word from them. The official estimate wasn't even submitted to my insurance until a month and a half after my vehicle was dropped off to them. There were times when they just wouldn't return my calls, so I had to call Nationwide to intervene or send my husband over to see what was going on in person (he's far less of a pushover than I am). Even after Nationwide transferred responsibility of payment for my rental vehicle to the shop, it was still radio silence. I received a call two Fridays ago saying that all that was left was for my car to be detailed, and it would be ready either that evening or on Monday. Another week went by before they were apparently able to "get to the detailing," which I'm confident either never happened or is simply the worst detailing job I've ever seen--my van is dirtier on the inside now than it was when I dropped it off, and considering I have a toddler, that's really saying something. I decided not to make a fuss about that, because I just wanted my van back, but I took pictures of the interior as it was when I picked it up and have included them with this review. When I went to drop off my rental vehicle, the rental company mentioned that they've had significant problems with getting Integrity Plus to pay them in the past, and it apparently happens quite often due to the insane amount of time they take to repair vehicles. They said I'd have been better off choosing ANY other shop in the area, and I believe that's true. I anticipate that we'll probably have more problems getting them to pay that balance before all is said and done. The exterior repair work is good--meets expectations, at least. But it's nothing that should have taken almost 5 months to complete. The one and only positive about this whole experience was interacting with Glenda, their front desk/administrative person. She was so kind and understanding, even when I was at my most frustrated, and she tried to advocate for me to the best of her ability. On our first meeting when I went to get an estimate, the owner, JR, spent a frankly bizarre amount of time talking about the name "Integrity Plus," how it was inspired by God, and how he's a man of his word. He has proven over the past five months that all of that is a farce. I am typically an extremely compassionate and patient person, but even a saint's patience would be tested by all the lies, broken promises, and lack of communication from this shop. They should really be ashamed to call themselves "Integrity Plus," as the name is nothing but irony when compared to the service I received. Even if the staffing issues and supply wait times are true, they are clearly taking on more business than they can handle and failing in their communication with their customers.

I had just bought my Highlander so I was pretty upset. I was worried it was going to be totaled out. I have Progressive insurance and they like to set up claimants that own Toyotas with Midwest Auto Collision. Apparently these guys are the unofficial garage of Toyota West, which was a plus in my book, as they're used to dealing with Toyota vehicles. I dropped it off there and waited a few weeks until it was ready. It was not a very long wait given that they had to order parts and pretty much rebuild the front-end. I was pleased to see that it looked great when I finally got it back. Midwest even said it was okay to drop off my rental with them and they'd get it back to Enterprise... no worries. A couple weeks after I got my SUV back I noticed that the replaced headlamp was bouncing up and down on the highway, making my lights effectively flicker up and down. I called them up worrying that they would say it's not covered. But instead they gladly told me to bring in it back in. I drove in a few days later, and they remounted the light in 15 minutes and that was that. No extra money or stress. All around the folks there were extremely friendly and did a good job of putting my Highlander back together. A+ Customer Service. Gary is a nice guy that reassured me the whole way that everything would work out.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH DAVID COOPER! MIDWEST AUTO COLLISION TREATS CUSTOMERS HORRIBLE, ESPECIALLY…read moreWOMEN!!!! I was in an accident, my car needed cosmetic repairs, I agreed to let David Cooper, from Midwest Auto Collision repair my car. He had my car for nearly two weeks, when it was finished he tried to pressure my husband and I into paying him with cash instead of check...that was the first red flag. I told him no, came to pick up my car, had to sit in a filthy office for 30 minutes while he pulled my car around. It was nearly dark, and his shop is in a bad neighborhood, and I couldn't see my car well because there was inadequate lighting outside. The next morning, I went out to look my car over, and I saw there was paint over spray all over my car that David neglected to clean off. In my contract, the agreement was free full detail of car to customer, that did not happen...my car was filthy dirty, it looked like someone put muddy shoes all over the dash and inside of my car doors, the attention to detail was lacking to say the least. When I saw these things, I called David and asked why he did not honor our contractual agreement, he tried to talk over me and just kept telling me to bring it back in. I advised him that I don't have more time to waste bringing my car back to do something that should have been completed. He then became belligerent and said: I can make this easy on you or hard, which way do you fucking want it? I told him that he has no right to speak to me that way. He proceeded to curse at me and yell and finally hung up. I texted him to advise I am reporting him to the BBB. At that time, he started calling repetitively, and texting. I did not answer his calls. Not one time did David Cooper ever apologize take accountability for doing a terrible job on my car, and for breaching our contract. Stay away from Midwest Auto Collision. They will not honor your contract, if you say something, be prepared to be harassed and talked to like YOU did something wrong.

That shouldn't take long. Got into a rental and I ended up keeping my rental for 32 days. Because my vehicle wasn't ready. I would call and I hardly could get Shane on the line. And when I do, he would say, yeah we should have it done by the end of the week. I would say great. You can email me if getting on the phone is harder. He said he'll email me tomorrow. Tomorrow came and went, no email. The same goes for the following day. So at this point I'm beyond pissed. I went to the shop and demanded for them to show me my car. The kinda stumbles with that one. But one of them took me. My car was missing it's tire, there was still damage on the car and the door wasn't painted. 30 days came and my insurance said they won't pay for the rental. So I told the shop they have to pick up the bill. I'm not paying for someone for his lack of motivation to get my car fixed. All of a sudden when the shop was paying for my rental, they did the work in two days! A miracle was done!! Meanwhile I was left with over $800 bill for insuring the rental due to the amount of days I had to keep it for. The rental company told me that they will talk to Shane about possibly helping me with some of the $800. How do you think that went? So no I don't recommend them. 1. Lack of communication. 2.
