My first clue should've been that they were available and virtually no other auto glass company was doing mobile repairs this quickly due to the recent hail storms. They were supposed to be here between 10 and 1 today. I was told I'd get a call/text the day before (Tuesday) to confirm. No call. I messaged them on Yelp today and was told that I would be getting a text when the tech left his previous repair in New Braunfels. At 10:30, I got a text saying he was 20 minutes away. By 11:30, I began to become concerned as to whether they were coming. No replies to texts or calls. After a second call, he told me that he was redoing his last repair and he'd be leaving there in 20-30 minutes and said that repair was not the one in New Braunfels. At this point, I cancelled. This place has more red flags than most online dating sites.

Called after not hearing anything and got in touch with someone and got all the details of cost, etc. I told them I call them right back about scheduling. I needed to work with my partner for someone to be home when they showed. Then it was pretty hard to get back in touch with them. Took a few calls. I would honestly would knock a star because of this. However, when I finally got in touch with someone they said they had a family member pass. It is the year of COVID. I get it. Life is too dang hard at the moment and a windshield is nothing compared to death. Got something scheduled. The day of someone called and said his guys were going to stop for breakfast in Oak Hill and then head my way. Two hours later they showed. Again not really cool to take two hours for breakfast. Obviously, they either were far away (Oak Hill is about 15 minutes from me) or did something else. Usually wouldn't be a big deal but we had somewhere to be and needed time to get there. Bad on us for scheduling something three hours post a scheduled time to meet. The two guys that came out were professional and fast. I guess they did a good job as the windshield is in place and hasn't fallen out. They moved the toll and inspection sticker for me. $400ish seems high but when I called around it was about the same price and they come to you. Things cost more than you ever think they should. Overall I would have them improve their communication. Then again maybe I caught them at a bad time. Either way I have a new windshield and didn't have to go anywhere to get it. Do note you can't move the car for about 90 minutes post installing a new windshield. Thankfully, we have multiple cars to drive to our appointment.

They were extremely professional, efficient, and competitively priced. I'm still waiting for Norman to contact me so I can return his windshield to him. 5/23/18 Took my truck to get another windshield because Norman refuses to honor their "lifetime warranty". New business says this is the worst adhesive job they have seen and it's no wonder my windshield still leaks. I have added photos of the crap adhesive job. I have been dealing with this company for over a month with no resolution on their end. Consider this when choosing a mobile glass company. 4/12/2018 Austin Mobile Glass sent someone to replace my windshield about 4 weeks ago. It wasn't properly sealed and leaked during the rain we had recently. There was water all over the floor of my truck. Someone came back to fix it and they broke a piece of my trim. Now I can't get anyone to return my phone call. 5/17/18 They were supposed to come fix my trim yesterday but never showed up. Today they came and did a shoddy job fixing my trim. They will not return my phone call--they slowly reply to a text message. Has been an absolutely HORRIBLE company to work with. I requested that they send a different person out to do the repair. They were supposed to call before coming out. Instead, they probably sent the first person back out to fix it, because I never received a phone call. I wanted to talk to the person before they touched my truck again. But, no phone call. Ran through a car wash today 5/17/18, and big surprise, my windshield still leaks even after repair. Norman refuses to repair their shoddy job. So much for their "lifetime warranty".. I asked him to pay someone else to do if they can't. He still refuses. Won't speak to me or my husband on the phone. Please take your business elsewhere. I wish zero stars was an option!!! Beware, this fella also offers bribes for positive reviews. Scroll through all the one star reviews and you will see. They have 7 BBB complaints that they have not responded to and have an F rating. ***a coworker saw someone working on my truck and it was indeed the SAME PERSON that broke the trim in the first place. Even after specifically asking for someone else.

AGS changed the windshield on my car and gave back the keys saying they couldn't calibrate the camera. Had they informed me, my choice definitely would have been Safelite or the dealer. The money got wasted and AGS is not refunding anything. Be ready to wait for few mins though as he is busy on phone sometime with other customers. He provided us both repair and replacement cost and gave us pros and cons of both. Didn't force to go for replacement, like some shops do. The repairs itself was very quick, took around 10 mins, it was done by Jason. He explained the process very calmly and answered all of our questions. The owner trusted his guys with repair and only came to see afterwards. Overall smooth experience and would recommend this place for glass related work.
