Terrible experience. They replied to my initial Yelp inquiry and claimed they could do a mobile repair. My first clue should've been that they were available and virtually no other auto glass company was doing mobile repairs this quickly due to the recent hail storms. They were supposed to be here between 10 and 1 today. I was told I'd get a call/text the day before (Tuesday) to confirm. No call. I messaged them on Yelp today and was told that I would be getting a text when the tech left his previous repair in New Braunfels. At 10:30, I got a text saying he was 20 minutes away. By 11:30, I began to become concerned as to whether they were coming. No replies to texts or calls. After a second call, he told me that he was redoing his last repair and he'd be leaving there in 20-30 minutes and said that repair was not the one in New Braunfels. At this point, I cancelled. This place has more red flags than most online dating sites. read more

Not to long ago, I had my 2012 Toyota 4Runner windshield replaced and now a few rock chips then "BAM" that happen. Chip turned into a cracked line from the Texas heat. First person in mind, was David Reyes from High Class Auto Glass since he did my previous windshield replacement. I couldn't get Pilkington glass since it has been replaced by TRIVAL with same quality as before. I had a scheduled appointment 2 days in advance for a window and regulator. They gave me a 4 hour window for me to be available on repair day. After about 3 hours of waiting for them, they texted me that the are still in the process of acquiring the window. After the 4 hours had passed, I had to message them on what the deal was now that they missed my scheduled appointment. Only after I MESSAGED THEM , did they offer to come over to install it, an hour later. Shit happens, I guess. Unfortunately, I was no longer available that day. So I asked them to set me up for Friday (2 days later) instead. They said that they will reschedule me for Friday, but failed to ever set up a time for me. Friday comes, and they asked how we're looking today for the repair. Well I wouldn't know because they never took the time to set anything up for me. Luckily I went Main Autoglass instead, who were extremely communicative, and there when they said they would be with all the parts in hand. These guys are sleeping on the job and don't respect the time of their patrons. Perhaps they would have done a great installation of my window, but their communication with the customer is terrible, and something I would expect from teenagers running a business. You guys really need to do better with your business. read more

My car window (along with many others around the neighborhood) was shattered by a vandal. I found High Class online and was quoted significantly less than any others in the area. (For scale, I was quoted a full 200$ more from a local competitor). David was quick, professional, and very easy to reach. He even made sure all of the glass was completely out of my car. Thank goodness for David Reyes and High Class Auto Glass. I needed David to install a quarter glass I purchased from a salvage yard. His installation estimate beat the competition by almost 50%, and he made it out to my car in hardly over an hour after we first arranged service on the phone. David is very friendly and personable. I was excited to have saved so much money on a job that would have cost me almost $400 for labor and new glass. Of course, it was too good to be true. As soon as David got to actually affixing the glass I had purchased from the salvage yard to my car, he realized it was the wrong side. The salvage yard had given me a passenger side quarter glass, while I required the driver side. Imagine my rage! But David was totally cool. While I felt like I had just wasted this man's time, he offered to hang around while I settled things up with the salvage yard. I advised him to continue on to his next job, however, and he offered to come back whenever I got the right glass. Sure enough, David came back out on the SAME DAY. He installed the glass beautifully, and didn't even charge me extra for the time I cost him earlier. Just to preface... this is the first yelp review I've ever written... that's just how fantastic this place is! I was running the lake yesterday (don't park at the S 1st and Riverside lot!) and when I came back my rear passenger window was smashed, purse stolen and credit cards already charged by the punks... After calling the places my insurance recommended (although this wasn't covered), I found High Class online and am so happy I did. They turned this incredibly sour situation around! Their price was $100 LESS than any other place I called including those that my insurance suggested. Not only were they significantly less expensive, David (who is fabulous!) came to me on a gross, rainy day. All the other places you need to bring your car to them and wait around. I called at 10 AM and David was here and finished by 2:30 the SAME day! He also cleaned out all of the glass and was a pleasure to work with. I'm moving back from the west coast and en route my drivers side window get's smashed in by vandals. Yay for the holiday season! After driving around Austin for a few days in the cold and the rain, wasting gas because of the drag, I look up my fellow yelpers reviews. High Class Auto quoted me a hundred dollars less than everyone else. I don't even know the name of the guy that helped me though he was personable and friendly. I know, I'm an ass. Anyway, he came late instead of rescheduling for the next day. He made sure ALL of the glass was out of the door even when I told him it was no big deal. Not only that but he recommended a guy for some body damage that I had on the passenger side of the car. I will definitely go to them for all my future repairs and replacements. I have had it with the custemer service, it sucks. To start off it was ok for the installation of my windshield. Then it rained and there was a leak, not a big deal, it happens. David came out to fix the leak, ok. it rained again and there was still a leak. he came out to fix it. 1 more time it leaked after I just put a new head liner in, I went to the truck to find my brand new head liner soaked and hanging down the leak is worse now and David was suppost to show up on sunday sept 5th 2010 and never showed or called and I have been calling and leaving messages with no call back from him. it is still raining and the interior of my truck is getting soaked because of some wanna be professional. I came back out from a hair appointment to see that the spider crack I'd had for over a year had split 2 feet clear across my windshield. This was a Saturday, and after calling shop after shop, no one was able to do it until Monday because suppliers were closed until then. Enter: High Class Auto Glass. I called David, got the lowest quote out of anyone I'd called, and he was able to come out same day. He had a lamp to work after the sun had set, worked for about an hour, and gave me aftercare instructions for the days after the replacement. I was extremely happy with the results. It's been about a couple months, and there have be no problems whatsoever. It was just him and his truck, and I don't believe he accepts credit cards (he didn't a couple months ago at least). He was really nice, pleasant, and good about communicating (got called back for a quote in a timely manner, called when he was on the way, etc). I'd recommend him over and over! read more

Dave let me choose the manufacturer of the glass he ordered. I went with the one the dealer recommended. Total cost was under $225 out the door and he saved my registration/inspection stickers as well. It hasn't had a true rain test, but my impression is all is and will be well once the rain arrives. Allow ample/extra time to arrive, as he's all over town, traffic and other jobs are a factor. He came across as a good guy. read more

We just got our BMW's front windshield replaced and David did a great job. He arrived totally on time and we had the comfort of getting our only car fixed while we had the chance to do something else instead of waiting in a shop...
