Being a long way from home, I needed to get the glass repaired on my pickup after a break in during the night in the parking lot. David got to my pickup that afternoon. The repair was done quickly and accurately! I highly recommend High Class Auto Glass! read more

Terrible experience. They replied to my initial Yelp inquiry and claimed they could do a mobile repair. My first clue should've been that they were available and virtually no other auto glass company was doing mobile repairs this quickly due to the recent hail storms. They were supposed to be here between 10 and 1 today. I was told I'd get a call/text the day before (Tuesday) to confirm. No call. I messaged them on Yelp today and was told that I would be getting a text when the tech left his previous repair in New Braunfels. At 10:30, I got a text saying he was 20 minutes away. By 11:30, I began to become concerned as to whether they were coming. No replies to texts or calls. After a second call, he told me that he was redoing his last repair and he'd be leaving there in 20-30 minutes and said that repair was not the one in New Braunfels. At this point, I cancelled. This place has more red flags than most online dating sites. read more

Not to long ago, I had my 2012 Toyota 4Runner windshield replaced and now a few rock chips then "BAM" that happen. Chip turned into a cracked line from the Texas heat. First person in mind, was David Reyes from High Class Auto Glass since he did my previous windshield replacement. I couldn't get Pilkington glass since it has been replaced by TRIVAL with same quality as before. See link below for break down of the different glass companies. http://www.phoenixglass.biz/windshield-and-auto-glass-brands-we-sell.htm Outstanding job and great customer service as always. Highly recommended. read more

I had a scheduled appointment 2 days in advance for a window and regulator. They gave me a 4 hour window for me to be available on repair day. After about 3 hours of waiting for them, they texted me that the are still in the process of acquiring the window. After the 4 hours had passed, I had to message them on what the deal was now that they missed my scheduled appointment. Only after I MESSAGED THEM , did they offer to come over to install it, an hour later. Shit happens, I guess. Unfortunately, I was no longer available that day. So I asked them to set me up for Friday (2 days later) instead. They said that they will reschedule me for Friday, but failed to ever set up a time for me. Friday comes, and they asked how we're looking today for the repair. Well I wouldn't know because they never took the time to set anything up for me. Luckily I went Main Autoglass instead, who were extremely communicative, and there when they said they would be with all the parts in hand. These guys are sleeping on the job and don't respect the time of their patrons. Perhaps they would have done a great installation of my window, but their communication with the customer is terrible, and something I would expect from teenagers running a business. You guys really need to do better with your business. read more

David was super awesome! On time, super nice and friendly! Price was really good for the quality of work he does. Only took about 30 minutes to fix up my rear passenger window and looks great! Would definitely recommend to anyone in need of repair or replacement 10/10 read more

David did an amazing job replacing my car window. I placed an inquiry on Sunday night and he was able to come to my house and replace it by early afternoon Monday! My car window (along with many others around the neighborhood) was shattered by a vandal. I found High Class online and was quoted significantly less than any others in the area. (For scale, I was quoted a full 200$ more from a local competitor). David was quick, professional, and very easy to reach. He even made sure all of the glass was completely out of my car. He accepted cash, card, or check which made the entire process even easier. I cannot thank High Class enough for their help! read more

Made arrangements to stay home yesterday to have windshield repaired between 2-4pm. Vendor agreed to call me yesterday when departing prior job. It's been over 24 hours and still no call. Don't waste your time. Very unprofessional business. read more

Great service. Provided quote quickly & immediately scheduled an appointment. The technician appeared on time and fixed the chip in my driveway. I didn't give the 5th star because I was still able to see where the chip in the windshield occurred but that's because apparently the sealants aren't perfect and you can always see some trace. read more

This will be a first time recommending a business on Yelp. I needed a new windshield for my vehicle and when I found out my deductible was more than the cost I got busy checking out companies and cost. After I saw there are so many options I sent emails requesting price quotes and called several companies. Laura with High Class Auto Glass was the first to return my calls and emails. She was so thorough with her questions and answering my questions. She quoted me a total price ( which was my best price) and scheduled me the next day at my residence. David, the owner/installer texted me when he was on his way. He did a great job and took my credit card payment all less than 90 minutes. I am so pleased to recommend High Class Auto Glass. David and Laura care about their customers and want you 100% satisfied. They will be my go to for repair and replacement from now on. read more

High Class Auto Glass - Auto Glass Services Near Me - Austin, Texas

My car was broken into and my driver side window was smashed. I needed to resolve quickly and the only place that was helpful and accommodated me for the same day was High Class Auto Glass. They came in just an hour and a half after I called them. My window was looking brand new after 45 minutes and included warranty. The best part is that they charged way less than any other big brand auto glass repair I found. I can't recommend them enough. Great service! read more

Technician showed up right at the beginning of his scheduled window to replace my broken windshield, which is practically unheard of. He was very professional and did a great job. I wish we had found High Class sooner! Will definitely be using them again if we ever need any more glass replaced. read more

Thank goodness for David Reyes and High Class Auto Glass. I needed David to install a quarter glass I purchased from a salvage yard. His installation estimate beat the competition by almost 50%, and he made it out to my car in hardly over an hour after we first arranged service on the phone. David is very friendly and personable. I was excited to have saved so much money on a job that would have cost me almost $400 for labor and new glass. Of course, it was too good to be true. As soon as David got to actually affixing the glass I had purchased from the salvage yard to my car, he realized it was the wrong side. The salvage yard had given me a passenger side quarter glass, while I required the driver side. Imagine my rage! But David was totally cool. While I felt like I had just wasted this man's time, he offered to hang around while I settled things up with the salvage yard. I advised him to continue on to his next job, however, and he offered to come back whenever I got the right glass. Sure enough, David came back out on the SAME DAY. He installed the glass beautifully, and didn't even charge me extra for the time I cost him earlier. As long as High Class Auto Glass is around, they will have my business and highest recommendations. read more

Just to preface... this is the first yelp review I've ever written... that's just how fantastic this place is! I was running the lake yesterday (don't park at the S 1st and Riverside lot!) and when I came back my rear passenger window was smashed, purse stolen and credit cards already charged by the punks... After calling the places my insurance recommended (although this wasn't covered), I found High Class online and am so happy I did. They turned this incredibly sour situation around! Their price was $100 LESS than any other place I called including those that my insurance suggested. Not only were they significantly less expensive, David (who is fabulous!) came to me on a gross, rainy day. All the other places you need to bring your car to them and wait around. I called at 10 AM and David was here and finished by 2:30 the SAME day! He also cleaned out all of the glass and was a pleasure to work with. I hope I never have to go through this again but having a company like this to deal with when going through a mini crisis is such a God send... Thank you High Class! read more

I had great service from High Class Auto Glass. They replaced both the back and front windshield in record time. David, the technician, was courteous and knowledgeable about his services. When the time comes, we will be using them again. read more

I'm moving back from the west coast and en route my drivers side window get's smashed in by vandals. Yay for the holiday season! After driving around Austin for a few days in the cold and the rain, wasting gas because of the drag, I look up my fellow yelpers reviews. High Class Auto quoted me a hundred dollars less than everyone else. I don't even know the name of the guy that helped me though he was personable and friendly. I know, I'm an ass. Anyway, he came late instead of rescheduling for the next day. He made sure ALL of the glass was out of the door even when I told him it was no big deal. Not only that but he recommended a guy for some body damage that I had on the passenger side of the car. I will definitely go to them for all my future repairs and replacements. Gotta love supporting local, upstanding people. read more

Always does a great job!! We've had David install glass on multiple vehicles and he is professional and a pleasure to do business with. Always answers or quickly returns calls, shows up on time, reasonable prices and installations are perfect! Highly recommend!! read more

NO SHOW for a scheduled appointment. Called and left two messages and have not received a response. Because of the wait it is now raining outside and the likelihood of having my windsheild repaired by anyone today is slim. Was not raining prior to the appointment time or during the appointment time. read more

I have had it with the custemer service, it sucks. To start off it was ok for the installation of my windshield. Then it rained and there was a leak, not a big deal, it happens. David came out to fix the leak, ok. it rained again and there was still a leak. he came out to fix it. 1 more time it leaked after I just put a new head liner in, I went to the truck to find my brand new head liner soaked and hanging down the leak is worse now and David was suppost to show up on sunday sept 5th 2010 and never showed or called and I have been calling and leaving messages with no call back from him. it is still raining and the interior of my truck is getting soaked because of some wanna be professional. I will be calling a real window company to reinstall my window and will only recommend him to people I hate. Rick read more

I came back out from a hair appointment to see that the spider crack I'd had for over a year had split 2 feet clear across my windshield. This was a Saturday, and after calling shop after shop, no one was able to do it until Monday because suppliers were closed until then. Enter: High Class Auto Glass. I called David, got the lowest quote out of anyone I'd called, and he was able to come out same day. He had a lamp to work after the sun had set, worked for about an hour, and gave me aftercare instructions for the days after the replacement. I was extremely happy with the results. It's been about a couple months, and there have be no problems whatsoever. It was just him and his truck, and I don't believe he accepts credit cards (he didn't a couple months ago at least). He was really nice, pleasant, and good about communicating (got called back for a quote in a timely manner, called when he was on the way, etc). I'd recommend him over and over! read more

Quick service. I called and the repairman arrived within the same day. He was skillful and efficient. They guarantee their work. I had a chip in my window and they repaired it and said if it cracked further they would discount the repair cost against the cost of replacing the windshield. Very satisfied. read more

Dave let me choose the manufacturer of the glass he ordered. I went with the one the dealer recommended. Total cost was under $225 out the door and he saved my registration/inspection stickers as well. It hasn't had a true rain test, but my impression is all is and will be well once the rain arrives. Allow ample/extra time to arrive, as he's all over town, traffic and other jobs are a factor. He came across as a good guy. read more

My passenger side window was smashed last night. Upon discovering this morning, I called a few auto glass repair companies and found very few in the Austin area that work on Sundays. We just got our BMW's front windshield replaced and David did a great job. He arrived totally on time and we had the comfort of getting our only car fixed while we had the chance to do something else instead of waiting in a shop... He did a wonderful job and he told us important info how can we make sure that the glass will stay in place and it'll have the chance to settle in nicely for the first few hours. We are super satisfied! It was a really pleasurable way to clean the glass. :) And on top of that: They use only the Original Equipment Manufacturer glass which guarantees a proper fit and finish and they offer a lifetime guarantee on all leaks. Now, how cool is that? We got 2 business cards, but after saving the info, we'll give them further for sure to spread the world. We highly recommend this company! If you are skeptical, ask for David to solve your problem and you'll be happy as a clam. :) read more

Awesome service! I'm new to the city (originally from California), and are relying on other's reviews for many of my servicing needs. I found High Class Auto on Yelp.com. After calling several other auto glass repair companies, David from High Class offered me the BEST price - $100 less than 3 other stores I called. He was responsive to my needs, and reliable. He sent out Joe, one of his technicians, to help service my smashed window (yes, a car thief smashed my window in the parking lot of Gold's Gym in Austin the day before Christmas.) Joe was extremely nice, courteous, and careful with his work. I am very happy with High Class and will recommend to others in the future. Thanks, David and Joe! read more

Nice guy, competitive price, on time, fixed it right up in about 15 minutes. He's got some skills!

Great experience and I was really dreading it. Called me back within 30 minutes of me leaving a message. We worked out a time for him to come to my house and he called before he got here. He was within 10 minutes of the time I was to expect him. Very friendly. Took about 30 minutes and he was done. Guaranteed work. I will also say this rock chip repair looks neater than what my daughter got done at the Toyota dealership. Yes, if you get a chip in your windshield give them a call and don't stress. read more
