The Christmas holiday went by and soon it was the end of January with still no call. At first I didn't think the timeline was odd because of the holiday. I called for a status update and could not get a clear answer. Eventually after multiple calls I was able to reach the tailor in March... who informed me that there were no instructions for the alteration so nothing had been done. I attempted to explain the alteration over the phone but was told that I needed to explain the job in person and that I needed to make an appointment. I made the 45 minute drive to the "appointment" where the tailor was hostile, gave me my jacket, and told me to leave. Also they lied about dry cleaning it, which I would have paid for. So in summary they had my jacket for 4 months, did absolutely nothing and returned it to me in the same condition it was left. At least they didn't ruin it or lose it.

Above all, the employee that helped me was what made it great! Helpful and friendly made for the perfect combination. She noticed i was not in the system and asked if I had recently moved to the area. when I said I had, she welcomed me to the area and commented on what a nice area it is. She was also very accurate in making sure she knew what I needed with each article of clothing. When my wife picked up the clothes, she also said how nice they were. Now, I realize many people will say, who cares, how were the clothes? I can happily report that they all came out great. I asked for lightly starched, and they were. Creases were all correct. Fold were correct. My shirts actually looked newer than when I dropped them off! As far as prices, I had 3 pants pressed and 10 shirts pressed for a total of $31.00, which as far as I can remember seems about average. This is definitely my new permanent cleaners and I would recommend it to anyone in the area.
