This laundry' (sic) wifi network pops up. This coin laundry is very close to a plaza where you'll…read morealso find Sonic Drive-In, stores, and the liquor store... Inside you'll find a wide variety of laundry machines, from the humble single-load machine to Big Bertha ($7.50), the behemoth of laundry. We brought two heavy hampers full of laundry and still didn't have enough to fill it (it holds 75 lbs), so we used two of the 30-lb ($3.00) machines instead. Next time we'll bring all our thickest comforters just so we can use Big Bertha. The dryers are 25 cents for 10 minutes, and they're big enough that we were able to dry our stuff in half an hour using two dryers. Inevitably, the coin pocket of blue jeans, the collar of polo shirts, and other problem areas will need another spin; that's actually better than over drying everything else, since you can do one final spin while you're folding everything else. Amenities include T.V, one vending machine filled with Coke products so cold they'll hurt your throat, and one vending machine with snacks reasonably priced.. Given all this, you'd think I'd award five stars. You'd think that because you haven't been spoiled by a Laundromat 1 hour north in Dodgeville where they serve draft beer and have a big-screen projection TV. But I strongly suspect this is the best coin laundry in the area.

Sanitary Cleaners - inside of the patch: way too large for the repair, and the "~" outline shows where the hole could have been closed.

They tailor in house and the customer service was above and beyond anything Ive ever experienced as a customer. If they clean the clothes as well as the customer service then Sanitary Cleaners will have all my business. I gave 4 out of 5 because I still have to have some things cleaned this was strictly customer service review. stay tuned for more

I have used Sanitary Cleaners for light repairs here and there, and have never noticed anything even hinting at a poor quality mending job. So, when my vintage pair of Levi's ripped on the back thigh, I thought I knew just the place to take them. I brought them in early November, and they said their seamstress was out on vacation for about 14 days so it wouldn't be quick -- no biggie, I couldn't wear them anyways. 15 days after dropping them off, I picked them up, paid, and went along with my day. When I got home, I was immediately upset with the quality of the repair. I worked in a theatrical costume shop, so I understand the basics of fabric repairs, and this falls so flat from what my novice mind could conceive. They simply attached a denim patch underneath and stitched 100 times over all the frayed material. I have worked in service on and off for 8 years, so I am always very careful when bringing forward complaints of any kind, but I needed to have something done because I felt cheated for PAYING to have my vintage denim ruined. I brought them back IMMEDIATELY the NEXT day, and I asked for the patch to be removed and/or to have my money returned to me. Not a bad deal considering they RUINED a pair of vintage Levi's... They said it was out of their hands and that their district manager would need to call me back. On that call (now, the following day), I learned that the cleaner was bought-out between the time I dropped off the repair and when I paid for it, so even though I paid a day earlier, they would not refund a dime. They threw a fit when I asked for something to be done. I was not happy simply walking away having paid for my jeans to be ruined. The seamstress said she could not take the patch off (which, after further inspection, it's not knot-stitched and a seam-ripper would make light work of removing the patch). All 3 staff members stared at me blankly when I was asking why they chose to not close the whole & stitch over it, or why a seamstress wouldn't be able to remove their own patch. All in all: they credited my account (won't be returning so boo hoo), they won't remove the patch, and I am currently seam-ripping a terrible mending job that cost me $16. Money wasted, terrible management.
