Washing machines are clean, trash is usually always under control, for the most part the bathrooms are clean (albeit a little stinky). The higher capacity washing machines are out of order more often than not these days, and most of the time when my wife and I do laundry there is always at least one or two dryers out of order too. A few of the dryers don't have good heat at all, so it can take a good hour or more to get your clothes dry. Not under management's control, tonight my wife and I were verbally assaulted by a deranged lady demanding to know if we were watching pornography when we were reading a book and watching YouTube whilst waiting for the dryer to be done. I can only hope the video cameras this laundromat claims to have going twenty-four hours a day actually record. Sadly, this is the best laundromat in the area; will probably be going into Dixon to do laundry from now on; getting tired of things always being out of order and prices increasing, on top of homophonic tweakers not minding their business.

I was VERY uncomfortable & retreated to my Car to avoid any further confrontations. The Washing machines are mainly broke down or not working properly to the point the door may fly open mid wash & flood the floor w/ Soapy Slippery Water which in turn causes a chain reaction; the floor becomes dangerously slippery, clothes in that Wash machine have to be transferred sopping wet & very heavy to another Wash machine which causes alot of frustration, hassle & more money to finish your sopping wet laundry. If you enjoy throwing your money away, being very irritated & possibly becoming injured due to Wash machines failing mid wash possibly harrassed by inebriated strangers then by all means this is the place for you!
