I went in to see it and they had pieces of my dress stuffed into a small plasic bag and stapled shut. There was a rip in the dress, and a button and flowers all hanging by threads. The dress is still dirty and they told me they thought maybe they could make it cleaner but more of the dress would fall apart. They refuse to pay to repair the dress AND THEY ARE STILL CHARGING ME FOR THE CLEANING!!!! I have been round and round with them, lying, telling me it was not their fault, telling me my dress was ripped when I brought it in, telling me the dress was cheaply made....but never once telling me they were sorry that I brought my dress i,n in 1 piece, and I'm going to have to PAY to take it home in SEVERAL pieces

They claimed that the doors get locked at 8:40, even tho there is absolutely nothing stating that anywhere in the building. We just recently started going there, but there was another time we were running behind picking them up and got there at 8:55 and the doors were still open with people inside. If they close at "8:40" that is what the door should say.
