The first time I was putting money in the dryer but it was not adding time to my dryer and wouldn't give me back my quarters. This time, I spent more than an hour and over $7 drying because the dryer wouldn't get hot. I shouldn't have to keep switching dryers until I find on that actually gets hot. There is no one on-site to assist with any issues. Don't call because you'll never get an answer. I would much rather find a facility that I won't have issues with. My windows are sparkling clean. It was a hot and humid day but they worked tirelessly until the job was complete. Can't praise them enough for the way my windows turned out. Last year I used a name brand company that soaped the windows and then used a squeegee, which after they left I found left some smeared areas. The girls used cloth to shine up my windows - no streaks. Took the girls a little longer than the other company but the end result was so much cleaner. Thank you for a job well done.
