I only need one other for blankets. You could tell everything got clean in 29 min. We set the dryers to run 40 min. and everything was dry. It's not cheap washing there. You have to pay more in the washers and dryers depending on what cycles you choose. We would return to this laundromat. As soon as you finish using the machines the gal wiped them down so they're ready for the next person.

The Washing machines are mainly broke down or not working properly to the point the door may fly open mid wash & flood the floor w/ Soapy Slippery Water which in turn causes a chain reaction; the floor becomes dangerously slippery, clothes in that Wash machine have to be transferred sopping wet & very heavy to another Wash machine which causes alot of frustration, hassle & more money to finish your sopping wet laundry. If you enjoy throwing your money away, being very irritated & possibly becoming injured due to Wash machines failing mid wash possibly harrassed by inebriated strangers then by all means this is the place for you!

About ten minutes after I arrived, the power went out. I contacted the owner, and the owner told me that it was my fault because I was running too many washing machines at the same time. That explanation makes absolutely no sense. Why would you have that many washing machines available if they are not all capable of being run at the same time? That is exactly what I said to the owner, and the owner promptly hung up on me. To make matters even worse, a couple of pieces of our clothing were completely destroyed by their washing machines. I will be uploading pictures of the damaged clothing and attaching them later. I would recommend looking into other local laundromats, as the prices are also less just about anywhere else you go.

She contacted back promptly and got in touch with my Mother in law. They set up Tuesday at which time Laurie came and picked up all the clothes and washed them, dried them, and folded them. She then brought them right back and delivered them right into my in-laws apartment. Great service for anyone with mobility issues or someone that does not have time. I dropped off a futon cover (it's actually a sofa day bed cover) for drycleaning. The tags also say dryclean only. Well they washed it, with water, and it shrunk to the point of being unusable. I called them about this and they told me it was somehow my fault they wet washed the thing I'd asked them to dry clean. They said things like "YOU were the one that stained it! YOU DID THAT!" which, yea, that's why I brought it to the drycleaner... the person I was on the phone with that, boy sounded exactly like the owner, says to talk to the owner the next day. The owner, boy sounds like the same guy, calls me the next day and tells me the same thing: it's my fault they shrunk it. OK whatever, I dropped this off for drycleaning, the tags say dry clean only and it shrunk after you washed it. So they ask me for the solution and I tell him to replace the cover ($99 plus tax and shipping). I'll give them the one they damaged and its pretty good quality so it could easily be repurposed, but the owner tells me "world market is junk and they only have crap" and they will give me a $50 credit on future cleanings. For context, this is the first time I've been there and they've returned the one thing I dropped off in an unusable state... no I don't want a credit. They've got to replace the thing they damaged. The owner says "then you can see me in court" and hangs up. You'd think that would be enough abuse for one person in one day but I had to call back because their credit card machine wasn't working when I picked up the damaged item. They wrote down ALL my cc information and told me they would charge me later (with the threat of showing up to my house with the police if it didn't go through.. which is an odd concern to have regarding a customer ready to pay....) so I call them back to figure out what's happening there, only to get hung up on 2 more times. It's unfortunate that in these times a small business would force a lawsuit rather than rectify a situation but after such an extreme lack of civility and such a clear request, that will have to be the only option. Do yourself a favor and just take your stuff to be cleaned somewhere else.
