    Highly professional, honest, punctual, family owned and operated, this business is a rare find in auto repair industry! The car was repaired to pristine pre incident condition in amount of time promised, standing by estimated cost. I had my car repaired here 2 times, and both times it is consistently absolutely magical job! Luis De La Torre was very approachable, strait forward, who truly care about quality of their work and who also have a beautiful heart. They Resque and care for 2 cats and 2 dogs on premises. So all you pet lovers out there, these is the business you want to support! Not only they provide the best service, but also they love and help animals.I highly recommend this business to anyone expecting quality repair work done!

    Read this review if you have AAA as your insurance company. My son was in a minor accident during our rainy season mid-January 2023, where he hit a pipe that was overextended onto a street consequently causing damage to his right front hood and both wheels on the right side of the car after sliding onto the curb. He was not hurt but his beautiful 2014 Audi A5 was damaged and had to be towed, due to the extensive damage to his right front axle and both right rims were scraped badly. We contacted AAA, our insurance company and had the vehicle towed to our home until we could find an auto body shop to do the repairs. We came across Nice & Easy Collison Center in Chula Vista on Yelp and saw all of the 5 Star reviews. I checked out their website which boasts 30 years of Service Excellence, Family Owned and of course the great reviews on Google & Yelp. The website also states that they Guarantee the repairs as long as you own your vehicle. So, of course we decided to have the vehicle towed there for the repair. They sounded trustworthy. We were greeted by Danny who was to be our Advisor throughout the repair process. He was very nice and cordial. But as time proved, he was very ineffectual at his job. His role was to keep us informed of this process and call us with updates. Needless to say, we did most of the calling. We brought the vehicle in for repairs on January 14th, 2023. There were numerous delays which extended the original delivery date. New issues with parts being ordered and our insurance company paying out additional monies to resolve. We picked up the car on March 23, 2023. But after a week or two my son noticed some shaking when he went over 55mph. This was coming from the exact side and tire that took the most damage during the collision. He thought it was his tire and so he took it in to Discount Tire to evaluate it. Discount Tire determined that the wheel was bent and needed to be replaced. They moved it to the rear because they said it would be too dangerous to drive the car with a bad front wheel. We returned to Nice & Easy Collision Repair Center and spoke with Danny so that they could check the bent wheel situation. They kept the car for a few hours and checked the alignment and wheels only to determine that the wheel was bent. They contacted AAA to see if they could get an additional $800 to replace the one wheel! Our insurance denied that additional money and told us that they already paid to replace or refurbish both wheels that were affected by the collision. Nice & Easy Collision Repair Center chose to refurbish it rather than replace it with new parts. AAA told me quite frankly that since Nice & Easy Collision Repair Center is not on their preferred list of repair facilities, they could not force the issue and consequently we had to pay for any further repairs that may arise from this accident. Of course, this did not sit well with me, I tried contacting one of the owners or managers through Danny. My first try was to no avail because I was trying to reach them through Danny, one minute he was going to get them on the phone next thing I knew they just left for the day. Must have been my bad timing. Danny promised to call me when they were in the office but of course this never happened. I called a few days later and finally spoke with Armando Jr. who was very nice and explained that they would be happy to put the new wheel on the car if we purchased the wheel ourselves. I asked him why they are not guaranteeing the work they performed on the wheel. He told me that too much time had passed, and he said anything could have happened to bend the wheel that way. I told him that would be easy to detect since the car is not damaged on the front right side and besides, the wheel has a custom paint on it that would be scraped off if my son would have really caused any new damage. But he wasn't budging from his position. In conclusion, I really should have read the one-star reviews first. I came across one review from Christine P. where the Owner Armando responded and boast that they offer a Lifetime Warranty on their work. But more importantly if you have AAA Insurance do not have your vehicle fixed here. You will be taking a big risk as we did. I am now taking my son's car to get completely checked for other safety concerns so that he doesn't get hurt or worse on the freeway.

    Bottom line: Do NOT go here. Do NOT believe the 4+ stars on Yelp. Do NOT go here just because they're partnered with Geico. I went here because of the impressive reviews on Yelp, because Geico partners with this collision center, and distance. I chose to ignore the 1 star reviews sprinkled here and there because they were few and far in between. Welp, now here I am making a similar review, and all of those other 1 star reviews were so right. I was rear-ended and fixing the damage entailed replacing a bumper and tail light along with repairing some things. Here are some of the issues that made me regret my decision in choosing Nice and Easy: 1) Off the bat, parking is a total dumpster fire. The collision center uses the sidewalk opposite the collision center in order to park their overflow vehicles. The sidewalk is clearly painted red and has signs that the lane should not be blocked for fire safety reasons. But nope - the ENTIRE LENGTH of that sidewalk is COVERED by cars literally parked on the sidewalk and part of the road, making getting in and out of the collision center a complete nightmare. There is only one entrance and exit so if you manage to get in, good luck coming out if someone is coming the opposite direction. Every time I went here, it was an instant spike in stress even before dealing with any employees. 2) One of the times I came and checked on my vehicle, the employees were sitting on the hood of my car. I DON'T EVEN SIT ON MY CAR (buttons, zippers and whatnot can scratch the exterior). Goes to show the amount of care they put into taking care of your vehicle. 3) Employees are actually nice in terms of when they are speaking to you. But when my car was presented to me with a friendly "Here ya go! Let us know what you think," and there are BLATANT discrepancies between how my car looks and how it should look, the niceness almost feels like a stab in the back. Take a look at the attached pictures and see for yourself. They made it seem like "Okay we're all done!" But were not upfront AT ALL about how the job even looked. I mean, anyone with eyes can see the parts don't quite fit. They only attempted to explain why they didn't fit AFTER I pointed it out. They blamed it on "non-OEM parts." Well, then it would have been nice if they just warned me. A simple warning before they invited me to pick up my car would have sufficed, like - "Hey, your insurance covers these parts, but just FYI we installed them and they don't quite match. So when you come and take a look, just keep that in mind." However, they simply said my car is ready for pickup, and later on they explained only when I expressed concern. Also, because after this whole experience I found them completely untrustworthy, I believe that it is not because of the parts but because of the workmanship. *On a side note, they did fix the alignment of one part, but the photos are after the adjustment and do not show the adjusted area. 4) After taking my "fixed" car home, I noticed the next day that one of my windows had the tint scraped off. After calling the collision center and notifying them about it, they agreed to pay for the damage after I show them an invoice. I went ahead and showed them the invoice and they gave me a check, but not before literally stating that they would BILL MY INSURANCE for it. I'm going to say that again for emphasis - they stated they would bill my insurance for damage that they personally caused. I repeated that statement back to them when they told me this, and I asked why they would do that. The employee who was in charge of my case said something along the lines of "You never know, sometimes they pay for it, it's always good to try." So they are A-okay with using your insurance for damage that they caused. Cool! NOT. 5) They mentioned the paint would look slightly different because it's new paint vs. old paint. There is a slight difference, but I don't believe their reasoning of new paint vs. old paint because my bumper was literally repainted last year and the color-matching was impeccable from the day I picked it up. Now there is a noticeable difference. I completely regret going to Nice and Easy. Don't make the same mistake that I did. They should be renamed Stressful and Difficult.

    I had two Mistubishi 3000GT's worked on here back in 2008-2011. These cars were show cars, and I've been competing since 2006. Armando Sr, the owner at the time, was also a car guy, who competed at car shows with his classic cars. Before we started any work on my cars, I was given a tour, and met several of the staff. Their attention to detail was top notch, and fast forward to now, in 2022, the cars still look great. I still take my cars to car shows, and am diligent about maintaining them (no car wash, I hand wash my cars). During the repairs and paint process, I was kept apprised of their progress, and any hiccups. I could stop by anytime to check on the cars, and was always welcomed. I retired from the Navy in 2011, and moved to Dallas, TX. I stay in touch with this shop because they feel like family. Armando Jr and his sister run the shop, since Armando Sr and his brother have retired. I have referred friends to the shop, because I trust their expertise. I still own both cars that they worked on, and still take them to car shows. I encourage anyone to take their vehicles there for their paint and body needs, and have full confidence in this established family owned shop.

    Receipts for the additional repairs and rework

    just now NEW Honestly, save yourself a hassle and below standard service. They had my car for over 5 months in total and never fixed it correctly. Where do I begin. I'll start with the initial repair taking 3 months. Then the day I picked it up I noticed that they ordered the wrong parts for my car. The parts were completely off centered and crooked. They told me they needed to order the correct parts and asked me to bring the my car in another day after the new parts arrived for the parts to be replaced. It doesn't end there the same day I got the car after they had radiator replaced the hoses burst and my car begins to overheat and leaves me stranded. I had to get a Uber to my shop and have them tow the car to "fix it again". Keep in mind all this happened THE SAME DAY I was told my car was initially ready. I was in complete shock at that moment I realized these guys had no idea what they were doing. They called me the next day told me the hoses had a sudden burst. I simply thought it myself what a coincidence. So I go to pick it up and the AC wasn't working which was another thing they were supposed to fix because it worked perfect before the accident and they said the ac compressor was damaged because the accident. They then tell me I have to take it to the dealer and they have to determine whether it was caused by the accident because they couldn't for some reason. Which I thought was stupid because I took it to them for that specific reason they were supposed to be the "professionals" and that's literally what they do all day. So I took it the dealer to find out. The compressor they replaced was defective and needed to be replaced. They also found metal shaving inside the cooling system because it was not done correctly. This is all According to the dealership. It cost my insurance 6k additional in repairs and me hundreds in additional expenses and tons of headaches and rideshares because they didn't know what they were doing and half a** work. I feel they low balled my insurance with a cheap estimate to get them to approve the repairs and not total my car from the beginning like what should have happened. My insurance had to pay close to 14k in repairs for a car that wasn't even worth 9k. Luckily Gieco had a policy which says the repairs have to be done correctly or I would have probably been screwed. Save yourself the headache and go with a shop that actually cares about their customers. The service and accountability I've gotten from this shop is dumb founding. I can't wait to hear their response.

    Almost two years after their substandard repair, the paint they used on my car has cracked/chipped. This autobody company continues to be a nightmare. I wish I never set foot at this place. To make matters worse, I brought my car to another autobody shop to have it fixed and they asked if the repair was a DIY. Yep, that's how bad it was! Please see attached current picture and my photos back in 2016. Customers beware. In response to Ricardo M: A customer will never go back to a hellhole business- unless she's desperate, or worse, stupid. I was stupid to go to Nice and Easy to begin with and I am not that stupid to go back again. As I said in the review, I already had it fixed.

    I called Armando Garay for a quote for my repair. He was very responsive, reasonable and quick. I dropped of my car on a Monday and had back on Tuesday by noon. I highly recommend the team at Nice and Easy Collision Center for your job! I hope to bring my old VW for some TLC In the near future. Thanks Armando for taking care of my car! Let's hope I don't run into another wall!!! ‍

    Was hit on the 805 and my drivers mirror fell and scratches/dents all along my drivers side. Went to a shop by the mile of cars which could not do my repairs but recommended this place. Gave em a call and Jr. helped me out that same day to take my car in and explained the process. They fixed my car in about 6 days (not including weekend/memorial day) After ,he showed me what they did, paid, and was out the door. Worked well to also provide a ride to Enterprise to rent out while my car was at the shop. Hopefully no accidents happen to me soon but will stop by if my car needs any repair. Thank you!

    4WP Chula Vista - Very poor experience…read more On December 17 we made significant purchases in cash. Staff mocked us in Spanish (not realizing I understand Spanish), made inappropriate comments about our payment method (cash) , and even shared other well known customers' names in a mocking way. The parts they recommended were incorrect and for a different vehicle, even though they had already seen our vehicle in the parking lot. An employee later threw the shock absorbers on the counter and raised his voice at my partner. As of January 10, we are still missing paid parts and have not received a refund. Extremely unprofessional and disrespectful behavior. I do not recommend this location.

I was looking for a particular grill-mounted off road lights bar for my newly purchased 2024 Ford Ranger Raptor. I went to the store and spoke with salesman Jesus Balverde. Jesus quoted me a price for the part and installation but explained since the part was not from a company that they do business with, he would have to charge extra for the part and it would cost me more than if I ordered the part myself. Jesus explained they would still install the part if I ordered it myself and would not charge me anything over the installation price he quoted me. So I bought the part myself and scheduled the installation with Jesus. I brought the truck in as scheduled and had to wait for it since I didn't have a ride home. Jesus said the work should take about three hours to complete which I was good with. I explained to Jesus which auxiliary switches I wanted the lights to be connected to and he said he would let the installer know. I was surprised when the job was completed in less than two hours. Everything was wired correctly as I requested and the installation was flawless and professional. I spoke to the installer after he completed the work but I never got his name. Big shout out to Jesus, the installer and all the other staff at 4 Wheel Parts Chula Vista. Thanks for your excellent service. I will definitely do business with this company again and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for 4 wheel parts and accessories with honest sales staff and excellent service.

    Had a most unpleasant experience here, not with the work but with Hector specifically. He told me 4…read moredays and it took 24. Instead of following the estimate we agreed on he deleted it and substituted Geico's without asking me then told me I had to pay him my $1000 deductible! I told him that if I had wanted Geico's estimate I would have taken it to their body shop. Hector said he had to follow Geico's repair order. When I called my appraiser he said NO, IT IS ONLY A GUIDELINE. When I told Hector I wanted him to follow his estimate, he said I'd have to pay the 20% restocking fee for the Toyota parts I never authorized him to buy in the first place. He also told me that if I wanted to take my car to another body shop I'd have to pay $500 for them to put my car back together. Also told me I'd have to return the rental car immediately! After talking to the manager he was happy to tell me they got it down to $595 instead of $1000. The original difference was $81 out of pocket for me had they followed their estimate. I felt bullied and harassed. I wonder if they treat all seniors this way.
