I can't speak for value for big jobs but he's a fair and honest person. I needed a new driver's side mirror and he gave me the Allstate price for the replacement and paint job. I called in the morning and let them know what happened to my bumper that was just falling off. I sent the guy pics of my bumper and he said the bumper replacement would be $1000 and to fix it, I would need to bring it in. I brought it in without an appointment and he quoted me $120 for two hours with no guarantees that the bumper will stay on because I didn't want to replace it. I was sent by Allstate to this repair shop. As soon as I entered the office, I noticed no one, absolutely none of the personnel had face masks on while customers where indoors. This is totally ridiculous considering it's been a year since the pandemic began and the people in this business should know. As soon as I asked if face-masks were not required, the people in charge became aggressive and told me it was up to each customer. Really? CDC guidelines and mandates apply to everyone, businesses included, not to whoever wants to do it or not. I'm surprised and greatly concerned that the city hasn't closed this business that obviously doesn't give a damn about public health as long as it takes your money. Rented a car through enterprise and when we returned the vehicle, there was a dent on the roof. The DENT was the size of a softball, if not smaller, about 4-5 inches long and 2-3 inches wide. They quoted my insurance company $1,857.61! For a dent on the roof. Apparently they have to remove the windshield and replace the whole roof. So instead of fixing the dent, which almost every repair shop can do, they're quoting to replace the whole roof! I wouldn't want to imagine how much other people paid to get their car fixed there. read more

On July 4th my car was rear ended while parked... ruined my vacation since it was literally 1hr into it... anyways my insurance company right away helped me out. I had my car in the shop by July 8th since I was still out of town. Jr. Sanchez was my contact the entire time very helpful and polite I have nothing bad to say at all. My car was there for a little less than a month since one of the parts was on back order (not the shops fault) can't blame them for that. Once I got my car back August 3rd I was very please with the work! Looks better than it did before the hit and run. Paint was blended and unless you are looking very hard you can't see anything showing a repair was done. Everything looks factory. All parts are OEM and paint very good quality! Terrible attitude from a guy named hector. He acts as if hated his job. Very curt and close minded. Never talked to me straight to my face and he had this attitude like f*** off and go away. I asked him if they could give me a better deal and he responded: "why would I give you a better deal? Your not my friend! I don't even know you! Take your car from here to a cheap place where they'll give you cheaper prices and cheaper results if you can't afford a high quality shop!" I wasn't asking this a** hole to work for free!!! I just thought that the price was extremely high for what it needed to be done but then he said that they mostly work for Allstate insurance and that they pay them whatever they want to charge so they didn't need little jobs like mine, that if I wanted them to fix my car I would have to pay what ever they wanted to charge me and what they would charge to the insurance companies. I took it to Bennys Auto Body and they did an amazing job and charged a great price without even asking for a discount (about 40% less) same work with same new parts replacement and a MUCH BETTER ATTITUDE!!! read more

After contacting them and asked about coming down for an estimate, the rep that answered advised that they were open til 6pm and to come on down. Upon arrival, the rep that approached me asked what I needed and I responded that I had called and another rep said to come down; he began to ask about the work and if it was an insurance claim. I do not recommend this place! Do NOT use! My insurance uses this place so I thought they would be legit. It took them 2 weeks to get work done, after I picked up my car I noticed my wipers weren't working right, I called and Hector said to take back which they fix BUT my windshield was damage while there care. Now I have a crack going across my windshield. Notified my insurance, I called them and no call back! Not to mention the front side bumper is coming out. Bad repair!! Even if your insurance has them listed I would NOT recommend!! When I picked up car, Hector watches you fill out survey, I gave them okay review but wanted to influence my answers! WTH?
