Wanted to share a follow-up review of Premier Auto in Spring Valley. Christmas came early for our 2007 RAV4 when a bunch of warning lights lit up the dashboard. Brought it into Premier Auto and Omar quickly assessed the issue. He said the issues would be covered under warranty from the last repair. Like many have complained about dishonest auto repair shops, we could have been told anything and charged accordingly. Took my 2023 Ford Bronco on aftermarket lifted suspension here. Previous alignment shop couldn't get my alignment dialed in, only to leave w/ a right leaning steering wheel when driving straight. Premier Auto Center was able to remedy my issue & get things dialed in. Alignment specs are within limits & now my steering wheel is center when tracking straight as it should be. I highly recommend Premier Auto to anyone looking for quick, honest, and reliable work done. I went to an atm to deposit money in my account, parked smoothly with no sound, or even scraping the bottom of my car on the curb... but when I went to back up and pull out the bottom plastic part on my front bumper got caught on the curb and ripped my front bumper almost completely off. I was sure I would have to replace it. I called premier auto and they told me to just come on in whenever I could. I was there the next morning and I spoke to Omar. He was kind, and direct. He didn't lie to me and say "everything is fine, we'll put it back and you never have to worry." Omar was honest and let me know that he still recommends that I replace the bumper, but they could get me driving safely (enough) for now. While working on my car they looked at my brakes and saw I was practically metal on metal. (I knew I was hearing a weird screeching sound.) I decided to get the bumper put back on (as much as possible), and get my brakes fixed. Even though they had to order my brake parts, my car was ready in 24 hours! Absolutely incredible. If you ever ever had to wait a week or more for your car to be worked on you know that getting it back within a day is the best feeling ever. So, again, I'll say I highly recommend premier auto for any car work. They estimated a 3 hour wait for replacing spark plugs, tire alignment and rotation. They did it in 2 hours. Quote for replacing spark plugs was $250. I shopped around and most places were around $300-$400 for this place wins! Friendly customer service. Their office and restroom were very clean and new looking. I was looking to renew my registration, but saw that the DMV was closed. I searched nearby and came across this place! There are a few things you have to have in life to ease your mind and not worry. One of those things is an honest, professional, very knowledgeable, and experienced automotive mechanic / mechanic shop. I first went to Premier based on their 5 Star ratings and I am staying with them based on their ethics, integrity, superior work, and dedication to ensuring the customer is totally satisfied. I needed some basic but extensive detailed maintenance completed on our 2018 Lincoln Navigator. I was searching for somewhere not only to perform all these maintenance tasks (new spark plugs, spark plug ignition coils, change all the cabin and engine filters, oil change, transmission flush and fill, new brakes, new rotors, and new caliper replacement and upgrades, 4 brand new tires mounted and balanced, wiper replacements, etc.) but somewhere I could build a nexus and relationship with by having them as my one and only Premier auto center for all of my automotive repair and collision needs. Foddie and Robert (ASE Certified Master Mechanic Guru) took on the task providing updates, excellent advisement (not up-selling) and guidance, with fantastic pricing. Although this shop only uses OEM products I wanted parts that were equal to or better than OEM after completing my own research I.E. power stop brake kit (rotors, brakes, calipers for front and back), etc. Were installed meticulously and professionally along with everything else I provided. I had to fly out of the country on business and my wife decided she would drive the vehicle while I'm gone. However when she was driving there was an issue with the cheaply made OEM transmission cover replaced during the flush and fill causing the vehicle to smoke. My wife quickly brought the vehicle back and Robert took the time to thoroughly explained to her what the issue was and the cause. My point is they did not treat her as someone to take advantage of knowing I was not there. This is where honesty and being respectful plays a major role in why Premier Auto Repair and collision is my absolute No. 1 choice for vehicular repairs. The situation with the smoke from the cheap plastic OEM transmission oil pan is resolved for now but because of the inferiority of the OEM part I am currently searching for a better upgrade. In short, you cannot go wrong with selecting Premier as your center for auto repairs. These gentlemen are avid professionals that are knowledgeable and just flat out perform "DAM GOOD WORK"!!!!!! I thought their 5 Star ratings were hyped and false but I can testify truthfully that this business lives up to those ratings easily!!!!!!Make them your number one choice for all of your auto repair needs!!!!! read more

These people try to rip me off big time. I brought a PT cruiser in there with a pull to the left for an alignment and they told me I had a rear axle crack PT cruisers do not have rare axles. They have a front axle and they have a solid frame in the back they ripped me off and tried to rip me more for a "cracked rear axle, which is bullshit. Omar and his team at Premier Auto Center go above and beyond for their clients. Registration was due and after a failed smog check, I needed to reset my drive cycle on my Jeep Cherokee in order to get my check engine light to turn on so I could figure out what needed to be repaired. I had googled the instructions on how to reset the drive cycle and thought that I was doing it right but after driving more than ~3000 miles, I couldn't get it to reset. I decided to request a quote on yelp and also reach out to dealerships to schedule an appointment. Omar was one of the first to respond and was quick to explain that having to drive that much was unnecessary and that he was confident that they would be able to figure out what was wrong. All the dealerships were booked a week out and were quoting really high fees just to run a diagnostic. Initial fees at PAC were reasonable and Omar was ready to look at my car as soon as I was able to bring it in. After bringing it in, they were able to get the check engine light to turn on and determine that I needed to replace my catalytic converter. Since the turnaround time was about two weeks to get one, I decided to take the car back with me and wait. The NEXT MORNING I received a call from Omar: he had been making phone calls to dealerships and one had just got one in. I dropped it off and converter was switched out the same day. Last part of this great experience: Now that the converter was switched out, I needed to reset the drive cycle once more. Since they knew that I had trouble doing it the last time and was in a time crunch, they offered to do it for me. Talk about going above and beyond!
